Excellent service! Basil was friendly and completed our Nissan s brake job same day. He was knowledgeable and took his time speaking with us. His rates were very reasonable. We don t live close by, but will take our cars to Basil whenever possible!

My Pilot runs better than before! I had an oil leak, my car is a bit older, and Basil diagnosed it same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was very accommodating working around my work schedule to get the repair completed. I appreciate the integrity in which I Tune Automotive is ran. Highly recommend them!

This has been long over due for a review... I am sure by now y'all heard the phrase "the car Doctor" based on experience I tell you I have found him. Mr basil is an expert in what he does and how promptly he gets it done... clean work guaranteed work and great products... service is excellent.. very knowledgeable in conversation any topic he will indulge. Basil did a great job in getting me the best possible price for my repairs! This required countless hours of research. In the end, he came up with an affordable solution for me and my family. My Nissan ac line was damaged and had a leak. Brought it to two repair shops; one had no expertise to repair it, recommended replacing the entire ac line, 2nd shop was charging too much to repair it. Basil of I Tune-auto repaired it for much less and completed the job the next day. My AC is good as new. I was happy with his work so i had other maintenance and repair, like brake pad change, done thru Basil.I highly recommend Basil and his shop. He does not only have the expertise, he is very trustworthy.He was recommended to me by a colleague at work and I wish i had known of his shop long ago.Services: Tires, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement

Basil is very profesional and easy going. He is very open and did an excellent job at communicating all the problems with my car and detailing what processes he was going to follow while completing his work. His service was very timely, and he was very honest and straight forward with anything troublesome and covered the things he fixed in great detail. He did an excellent job at trying and explain just what he was doing and kept me updated on what he was doing as he discovered something new with my car. Overall I was very impressed and highly satisfied by his work.

Mr. Basil is amazing! I've been going to his shop for years now and everytime I go, I know I can count on him to get the job done! He's super nice and always explains the price breakdown for any parts or work that needs to be done. If he finds a problem outside of what I let him know I need done, he explains how he found the problem, how it can affect the car, and the pricing for the parts, but I NEVER feel pressured to pay for the additional service at that time. Basil is hands down the most honest mechanic out there. A lot of people will say this, however notice the conversations you experience with the mechanics you chose. Service with Basil is amazing ! Had work done on my Jetta (AC, coolant system, oil change) he always stayed in communication with me . Also , he told me ahead of time that my car would be there for a while . Which I appreciate because other places would never call me to let me know about the condition of my car of if they need to keep it longer . Would leave me wondering and stuck without my vehicle and I m a single mother with a disabled person at hm.So I was able to plan , if I needed to go anywhere etc.He did exceptional work my air is so cold it fogged up my glasses lol! Car runs better and I was able to afford the repairs .One place tired to ripped me off and was so rude , I sat at there place for hours and they didn t have the hood of my car open (Meineke)I highly recommend i tune automative !!!
