Multiple times this service center has disappointed me. I made clear that I needed new tires for my appointment, they were not available and I needed to keep my car overnight. The next day, still no tires, even though I made this appointment well in advance. My next service, they forgot to reset the service schedule notification on my car, and they did not secure the underneath hood after changing my oil and it has flapped down onto the road. This is a basic safety precaution that you are supposed to re-secure it after an oil change but because of the carelessness in wrapping up my appointment it was not secured. One appointment going poorly is excusable, two times in a row and creating a genuine danger to my safety? Unacceptable.

Disappointing experience. I took it for a couple of "quick recalls". Then hell broke loose with parts arriving late...wrong parts ordere/sent. Then, the technician accidentally broke the hood latch (he must have closed the hood with tremendous force). So the repair ended taking a week instead of a couple of hours. And they never game a loaner car even though I requested it multiple times. Really sub par compared to other Huffines dealerships.

1. I went here March 19 at 10 a.m. to drop off to have an anti-theft recall item installed and was told it would take 5 hours. When I returned, the service person told me it was a software upgrade, and this took 5 hours, you know, like updating a computer - but 5 hours? He said he was 100% sure there was nothing added to the car mechanically. When pressed about this, he finally admitted no, there was zero software change, and instead an ignition lock was installed, 100% the opposite of what he first said.2. The work sheet said the fix took 0.4 hours, 24 minutes, not 5 hours.3. He insisted yes, stickers were put on the vehicle saying it was protected but none were on the vehicle, so I had to ask for these and wait for them.4. Hyundai's website says the new anti-theft device is activated when one uses their key fob to lock the car, not the lock button on the door, and the mechanic never heard of this and said it was not necessary.5. I complained about all of this to the Service Director, Dan Garza, and he didn't care one bit, and he, too, knew nothing about the key fob.6. They recommended a change of I think brake fluid that is done very 35,000 miles, and this was done just 15,000 miles ago - they didn't bother checking when it was done last.7. The mechanics here may be good, but the customer service people were ignorant liars.

Yesterday I went to perform routine maintenance on my vehicle and Ernesto Rosa helped me!! This gentleman was friendly, charismatic, professional and attentive. Excellent service from him!! I recommend it

DO NOT COME HERE.TLDR: After 1.5 months of having my car (without giving me a loaner at any point) + $2,764 in repairs that didn t fix my issue, I went to the McKinney service center where they solved my problem in 2 DAYS and $230.Initially took my car here and told them I was having issues with my collision safety radar system not working properly. After over 1 month of being told it will be done soon, it will be done soon and not being offered a loaner car, they replaced my windshield and sent me home with my car. ($1,534 bill) Later that day, I m still having the same issues.I give them a second chance to fix it. They say the radar bracket was bent and needs replacing (why wasn t this caught the first time?). Half a month passes, again with no loaner car. I get my car back, they say they drove it 70 miles and didn t see an issue. ($1,234) I get the car back and literally that day, I figure out the issue persists.I give up, I take my car to the McKinney service center and I am taken care of quickly. They find that there s a plastic molding from my previous bumper repair that just needed to be cut off because it was right in front of the radar. (Why didn t Plano catch this the first OR second time?) Mckinney fixed it in 2 days for $212.Basically the Plano Service center took $2,768 for not fixing my problem. Ridiculous.

I purchased a pre-owned car from huffines in October that came with a 90 day warranty. My car started doing something funny and my sales advisor told me to go to the service center and ask the speak with the manager. Drew, the manager, had absolutely no interest in speaking with me. He told me they were fully booked through that 90 day period and did not offer any other course of action. When I asked him what I was supposed to do because I want to get my car that I just purchased looked at during the 90 day warranty time, he put his hand on his desk, leaned into it and just short of yelling at me said to go speak to my sales advisor. I'm shocked to have been spoken to so unprofessionally.

I don t know where to start but just in case I run out of space let me first say this .DREW JACOBSON is a phenomenal, professional, caring and a man of his word. I had a torn splash guard (don t know how it happened) that was not cover by my warranty, it was not in stock and I had to wait for it to be ordered and waiting I do not do well. I was upset finding out my warranty did not cover them but Drew quickly put my mind as ease saying, Mrs Butler I m going to take care of you and that he did. I was not out of one cent. Drew called me at home to let me know that I would need not only one but two splash guards replacement, again reassuring me he would take care of me. He told me he had ordered them, where they would be coming from and when to expect the arrival. On my day of service Drew took care of me. My wait time for service was not long at all. On this particular day, I was in a lot of pain from a previous back surgery .Drew carried my bags to my car and made sure I was able to drive home. Huffines Hyundai of Plano you guys have a keeper. One satisfied customer.

The service department here is one of the absolute worst I've ever experienced. A couple of months ago, a piece of wood put a hole in my front bumper and since then the Smart Parking Assist Feature stopped working on my 2022 Tucson. After waiting almost a month for an avaliable appointment, I took my car in for the initial diagnosis. I was very upfront to the service department and told them about what had happened to the vehicle and asked them to check if that damage was causing my issue. After keeping the vehicle for a day, they told me the cause of the issue was a faulty parking sensor and that it would be completely covered under the warranty. I also asked if the issue was related to the damage on the car but the service advisor Jonathon said that it wasn't and he told me to come back in 2 weeks after the part arrived. When I took the vehicle home the first time, I saw a blob of glue on the passenger floor which I cleaned up as whoever diagnosed my car spilled some on the floor.After the part arrived, I took my car back in to get repaired. When dropping the vehicle off, I mentioned that there was glue left on the passenger floor last time and I told them to be more careful with my car. After one more day with my car, they told me that they would not be able to repair it as someone had decided to glue the parking sensor back on. They also told me that it didn't come like that from the factory and they basically blamed me stating that I might've tried to repair it myself or taken in to some type of third party shop even though I've only taken my vehicle to Huffines Hyundai in Plano since I purchased the vehicle 6 months ago.Although the feature isn't that important to the driveability of the car, I thought that it was absolutely ridiculous that they decided to blame me for gluing the parking sensor even after they spilt glue on my car leaving a mark on the passenger side floor.I will never take my Vehicle back to Huffines Hyundai of Plano and I suggest you shouldn't either.

I received an email about two days ago and this service department was asking if I want to have my 15000 mileage service. My car was about to reach 15000 so I made an appointment at 1:30 pm. I went there 10 minutes before my appointment. The staff asked my name and he found it from the paper he held. He told me to wait outside until they checked me in the system. I waited outside for 40 minutes and still, I wasn't checked in. It was 95 degrees outside and I was sweating. Service team!! I know you guys having remodeling but if you can not handle appointments, don't even send emails to fill your workload. You guys wasted my hours for nothing and you guys made me regret that I bought a Korean brand car. This will be the last car I will buy from Hyundai. No more. I bought a car from your dealership twice. If you can not believe that please check my name on your list.Thank you.

The lady answering the phone said I couldn t make an appointment for 3 weeks. Huffines in Mckinney was much easier to work with and got us appointment quickly. This happened two weeks ago. I will not go back to Plano location because she was absolutely no help.

Went for a recall repair and found the entire place under construction. Despite that, they had temporary trailers which were roomy and comfortable. The repair took a little longer due to their internet being down due to the construction but they informed me of the delay and why I was impressed when it was costing them money for free work.

Honestly use to really like the service department. The advisors are still great, but the new policies have been hard to work with. They also have become more strict and there is not any flexibility from the management. I will be looking at another service department to deal with my car. They didn t give me any flexibility. They told me the loaner car policy is now a $150 cleaning fee and they told me it s 2.50 a mile over a 50 mile a day limit. I told them I drive 48 miles one way for work and told that there is no flexibility on it. This is super ridiculous and manager denied any flexibility.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been here for over 3.5 hrs for a standard maintenance and state inspection, having made an appointment for this more than 3 weeks ago. What could possibly take this long? What is the point of an appointment? I was told when I came in it would be maybe as much as 2 hours (which is still absurd), but now I'm at 3.5 hours?? I've had to personally seek out my tech every 30 mins to request an update and each time I've been told that it will be "another 30 minutes". The complimentary service plan is more frustrating than its worth

3 weeks to get an appt for check engine light.Service is done. $5002 weeks later a/c goes out.Another 3 weeks to get an appt.. really? I was just there..?This place Sucks. Service is Atrocious. Hate this car. 2020 sonata. Under 50K miles.

Everyone is nice enough, but understand that making an appointment just means you have a guaranteed opportunity to spend half your day waiting here.Whatever system they re using is obviously inefficient, so hopefully no recalls will come up in the near future for me.

Ok, so major construction underway. Always exhibits great customer service. My visit was for a $0.72 part. Parts manager helped me locate the right one. I have been a Huffines customer for 22 years both Hyundai and Chrysler, and am always treated with respect and courtesy.

The old adage of under promising and over delivering is completely lost on this entire organization. They are absolutely the poster children of the opposite way of working. Don t bother taking your vehicle as there are much more talented and punctual shops to choose from.

This review is coming far over due. I was there a few months ago. For years my cruise control would not engage on my vehicle. It was a huge inconvenience since I travel between Houston and Dallas often. My radio controls on the steering wheel had stopped working recently as well. I got a recall letter from Hyundai for a computer flash, so I took my car in for the recall and asked them to diagnose/fix the cruise/radio controls. It took some time to diagnose but eventually it came to light it was the clock spring! They replaced it and detailed my car and now everything works fantastic! Having cruise control for my drives between DFW and HTX has been crucial and changed my life for the better! As for the detail, it was one of the best my car has ever recieved...it was like getting my car fresh off the assembly line. I am tempted to bring my car back just to get it detailed again!The manager, Craig Ellis is a real stand up gentlemen and I would go to war with him any day. I can't thing Craig enough for all his help through the process. Additionally I would like to recognize Nicole, the service tech. I came to the service shop 2-3 times during this process and she greeted me with a smile and kind attitude. She was a true pleasure to work with and I can't say the same for the several other techs I worked with who seemed to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed.Things I liked:-Appointments and payment can be completed online-Complimentary uber took me to work after dropping my car offThanks!Service: Electrical repair

People were nice, Prices were marked up fairly high and it's easy to find where you need to goto. Big the big thorn is the construction on-site that has people flying around carelessly. SoHeads Up on that swivel or your parts bill will be Hella High.

Excellent as always. They get you to book online, collect the car and so helpful in arranging transport back to work.They call up and inform on the services done. Complete it promptly.The services are affordable as well.They give a good appraisal but since my car is so well maintained by them, i am keeping it.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

This place is an absolute joke. I had an appointment set a week in advance and I brought my car in this morning. They informed me that they would not even look at it for 3 days... but I can't take my car til then because I'll lose my place in line. Oh, and they have no loaner cars, but they're happy to give me 20% off on a rental car. Gtfoh. Unprofessional. So glad I took the day off work to waste my time with this clown show

Complete rip off supposedly replaced my battery and the same problem persisted a few months later. I was smart enough not to bring it back. And I had the battery replaced again because the first was apparently wasn t replaced new I m guessing because no way.
