I am an apologetic Jeeper. My Jeep Jack is a big part of my life- part home part office part instant fun, I need my Jack running well. I do not delay on oil changes, tire rotation, alignment or milestone service. In order to ensure consistency of maintenance and documentation I have been using Huffines Jeep Plano as my go to every time. For over 5 years.This review is a cumulative score summary of that 5 years of experience.Great people here- I can not imagine the service department functioning at all without Rose and Jason- they listen to concerns and always work diligently toward excellent resolution.The mechanics are first rate as well! One actually built a part that was near impossible to find during pandemic.The three star s is a reflection of all the "little" things that add up to an ongoing energy sucking pain in your tush w every visit.- slow to greet you in the service arrival lane- everyone seems to be rushing everywhere with no one in charge. Perpetually understaffed- when you check out with the cashier she announces your total- your car is never picked up from the same spot- after you pay they "bring your car around" but it is often not clear where that will be- my Jeep is never washed after service- I recently learned that detailing is available for a fee if you ask- loaner cars I only recently learned are available- but don't expect to receive a clean one- the service waiting room is tired, dark and somewhat depresssingAs a real estate professional, my attention to details is a large measure of value I bring to a transaction. So my being sensitive to Huffines seemingly complete meh on the subject may be a bit higher than most consumers- but being treated like a number and not a person assembly line fashion does get old.I did own a Lexus previously - and have may be still mentally letting go of that beyond expected experience that is Sewell.Rose, Jason and the great mechanic team five stars plus. The rest of Huffines. Meh.

Recent visit to resolve a check engine light issue that I could not figure out to which my experience was no less than phenomenal. Cassie was the shinning star by making sure to explain every step taken as well as the root cause. Even went the extra mile to help me secure a ride back to the dealership once my vehicle was ready. Amazing staff in the service front desk and the ride service who were so courteous. I also overhead several pleasant exchanges in conversations with other people waiting on their vehicles in the service lounge, almost as if they were old friends catching up. It s been quite some time since I ve seen service of this caliber. Awesome job guys! Highly recommended as I feel anyone would be in good hands with these folks! P.S. Cassie needs a raise!

My husband and I were on a holiday road trip in Texas (we live in Florida) and we began experiencing a Jeep death wobble on our drive from San Antonio to Dallas. While the wobble itself was disconcerting, we wanted to ensure that the car was safe to drive back to Florida for definitive treatment. I called multiple Jeep dealership / service shops in the I-35 area, and they were all backed up for 3-5 days. Huffines was able to fit me in for same day drop-off and ensure a tech would look at the car before we drove back to Florida in 2 days. Cassie was the service representative - her communication was timely, kind, and thorough. The shop didn't do any service, but made a point to ensure that my Jeep was road-worthy for the trip back home for peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough.

Went for service on my Ram. I had an appointment at 9 am for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't have it ready until almost 1pm and I had to call them to check if my vehicle was ready. The one good thing is they provided an uber to take me to work and pick me up for when my vehicle was ready.

One of the best Dodge/Jeep/RAM Service in DFWHaving owned several FCA cars including Hellcat Redeye, RAM TRX and now a Rubicon 392, I can handsdown rate these folks as one of the most ethical and honest dealerships.If you are at the plano location - just ask for Mike!!He is one of the best to work with. Very handson, courteous and an amazing guy. Will do his best to provide a speedy and best service/advice/repair.Further, has tons of experience and will save you hours of frustration.

This is one of the best and easiest processes I have been through when getting a new vehicle. My sales man was Billy and he was always courteous and punctual. He answered emails in a timely manner and had no issue answering the phone when I called. He was also patient with me as the truck I bought was being shipped and took some time. When it came to time to sign documents and purchase protection plans and other sorts, they didn t force anything on me. When I said I didn t want it, they listened and never mentioned it again. So if you re looking for a vehicle, call here and ask for Billy.

Had a problem with my appt at 10:15 am. for a transmission fluid change long story short. It took 5 hrs way longer than quoted. And I spoke with Rick Beadles. The service manager, and let me tell you the up most thanks to the professionalism, attitudedemeanor and body language, it was a pleasant experience to get the issues resolved thanks to Dodge and Mr. Beadles

I went in for a slow leak in the tires and the tire pressure was going low. It took about 2 hours to fix it. I loved the waiting area. There were plenty of drinks including coffee and hot chocolate and snacks. Since this was my first time visiting, I think it would have helped if the technician had pointed out the waiting area. They found a metal part in the tire and fixed the issue. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

My 16 year old's 2019 Jeep (previously my car) recently overheated. Afraid to ruin the engine he pulled into a parking lot which was a tow away zone. I paid the extra money to have it towed from the impound lot in Mesquite to Mike Otto at Huffines in Plano, I wouldn't trust anyone else. Mike is the absolute best and always goes above and beyond. He was able to get all the repairs covered under warranty including doing a few other repairs that were also still under warranty. He called every day with updates even on the weekend. My son is now in charge of maintenance on the Jeep. The previous service I went with him and introduced him to Mike and told Mike this is who you'll be dealing with moving forward. It's now his car. Mike was awesome, speaking to my son like an adult and explaining everything so he'd understood what maintenance was being performed and why. It was a great teaching moment and Mike was happy to participate. I can't say enough good things about Mike and the staff at Huffines. I bought my van at Huffines and I have been bringing it back for maintenance and repairs ever since. I m on my 5th year and over 130,000 miles with Huffines and I have had a great experience. They are very big in m good customer service and communication. I also appreciate that they get my van in and out quickly. Special shout out to my service rep Jason on my last visit. I got my Dart in Houston brand new in 2015. I had just moved to DFW and this was the closest dealership. I now live in north Garland but still prefer to come to this location. Through all my warranty oil changes, recall, system updates, and any other visit, they are always very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their service has been consistent all these years and they don't try to upcharge for anything, unlike a stereotypical dealership.

To be transparent, a few months ago I would not have recommended this dealership for service but Kelsey took such great care of me yesterday. This is after I tried to switch it up and see if Frisco Jeep was better it was not (long story short I had a 1pm appointment and told there were 4 cars ahead of me. I left and made an appt with Huffines for the next day). Kelsey absolutely made up for the times I ve been to this dealer and felt overlooked and let down. To top it off I had a parts need and Austin was the absolute best. He answered all my questions and so was nice and helpful. This is a great turnaround story. I will be back for my next oil change and tire rotation. #JeepLife

I took my vehicle in for a check on my engine light and to address the recalls on my vehicle. They were able to quickly identify the issue, and lucky for me, they already had the recall part in inventory. It took less than a day for them to complete all repairs and have my car road ready again.

Jason showed tremendous care about the customer experience and it's obvious that he takes the process and his client needs very seriously. In a difficult supply chain, he went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible on a transmission problem. Normally I would not expect special attention but this was ans is a dire emergency. I really don't want to even give 1 star. While travelling to Texas for an Irish Wolfhound Specialty Show my van broke down and was sent to Huffines Jeep Chrysler to diagnosis and repair. I told them that I did not live in Texas, I was only here for 5 days tops and that my air bnb could not be extended as well as I was alone, no family near the area and that I could not find a motel available with my giant breed dogs. The vehicle has been there 6 days and still not even a diagnosis. I don't understand why they are taking so long just to diagnose the van. They don't seem to even care how would they feel if they or their wide was in this situation I live in Florida and was in a huge dilemna. My husband is a disable veteran we live on a very tight budget. I had saved for a whole year to make this trip and I had someone travelling with me that I also had to worry about their welfare. I now have to fly back when the vehicle is completed and drive it home. Really?!!? Where has compassion and good customer service gone? I didn't expect much just a little bit of courtesy and to try and push getting my vehicle on the road a little sooner. I am sure if the customer ahead of me heard my dilemna they would say to take me ahead of them.It is now 7 days later and the van still is NOT diagnosed. How long is a person supposed to wait snd deal with this?Service: Engine repair

I've had the pleasure to visit a few Dodge Jeep Chrysler service servers, and this one is potentially my favorite so far. Their service center is clean, almost too clean, like bleak, and devoid of grime one might expect at a mechanic. They appear to have ample capacity to handle customer service, as my experience involved walking past a room full of bored service techs ready to spring into action. Did I mention the facility was clean? It's worth reiterating, somebody in management is an OCD clean freak, or something like that. The staff were courteous, genuine, seemingly honest, and lacked any apparent disparaging features that I was almost suspicious of them being too nice, like fake nice, but they were for-real good folks.
