Feel like the parts department insults me every time I try to buy something.I've been buying parts and service from huffines Lewisville for 10 plus years. They usually negotiate a price for me between best price found online and the best price they can do and I don't feel cheated.Huffines Plano March prices of 50% more than anything else and lie to you saying you're getting your great deal. I'm not a dummy and this is not the first mopar I bought.Please do price match because huffines Plano tried to sell me an $18 part for $41. I felt insulted. You act like I just got off the boat and don't know any better. Shame.

Every time I have to interact with someone here. I have to get upset , This time just to set up an appointment to get service of an brand new truck I purchased here. The Lady on the phone, don't even want to take the time to look my account to tell me if I get special price or not, she act like she was owner and don't care much about a client because she had more than enough. The attitude is dispicable, don't want to even call agai. but , since I purchased there, I have to use the special price for service.

Went in for a pre-paid oil change, and they were super busy. Took quite awhile for the paperwork to get put together, but all in all was fine.

Best man in Service Mr. Jonathan Peck. I trust him completely and they fix my car right every time and they are completely honest not over charging me. Come to this dealership and get the quality parts with superb service.

Been here twice and their always helpfull and nice and if i have questions they find you and answers.. Oh and some parts are cheaper then auto zone and oraleys so give em a call before u go to any parts store
