Honestly, I would have given them 5 stars if everything was done right the first time. The first time I went, I lasted maybe an hour and a half, so I was happy I didn't stay long. My car did have to stay at the shop for a day but I got a rental and was able to leave. I was happy I got my car the next day only to find that they fixed my problem but I had 2 other issues when I didn't before. I called them and asked if they maybe forgot to do something after they fixed my car, and they kept saying it's unlikely but to take my car again and do another diagnostic. I took it again even though I couldn't keep going back and forth, and they told me they forgot to plug 2 wires back in when they fixed my first issue. Everything would have been great if the job was done right the first time.

Took in my truck for a warranty repair. It was easy to set an appointment. Dropped it off in the morning and they set up a Lyft ride back and forth. Super easy process.

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday for my Malibu for an oil change, tire rotation and 32 point inspection. My girlfriend got there early. Around three hours later she was told everything was done but they were out of an air filter of some sort. I look the car over when I got home and they didn't rotate the tires, I know this because the rims have markings on the driver's side, they are still on the same side. To add insult to this on the right front tire the lock nut is visible to the eye it's not screwed all the way to the rim. It's sticking out further than the others. What did they do? How does a dealership not have filters for their own models. On top of all this they didn't run it through the car wash.

If you go to Huffines in Plano you must ask for Joby Jacobs!! Best salesman ever!! Everyone there is awesome but Joby will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want with a smile!! Had intermittent starting issues with one of our service trucks. Huffines charged a diagnostic fee and said both battery cables needed replacing and the quote was over $800. wow! I checked a with another shop (that gets the cabkes frim Huffines) and was quoted $535. Since Ed Wallace sings Huffines praises on his radio show I stuck with Huffines for the repair. I got a call from service adviser saying the cables were intalled but, the starter was bad.I asked the obvious question: so it was the starter and not the cables. The service adviser admitted he asked the same question and said they would't charge for the labor to replace the starter.Life is short. I paid and left.

We love these guys but still check that receipt. Trust but inspect. We were almost charged hundreds of dollars for stuff covered under the warranty. They fixed it and were nice. We bought the extended warranty for a reason make sure to have all your paperwork.

I am completely disgusted with the level of detail, repair quality and price of repair. Let's start with the good - They diagnosed the issue correctly, they worked on the truck as soon as they could. It was a rodent eating the wire harness to coil # 7.I called Huffines at 12 noon on Thursday over the memorial holiday and the work was complete by Monday. The bad - I was charged $1189 for towing, diagnoses and rewiring a ignition coil harness (one connection only). So instead of replacing the whole harness, Huffines re-wired the one that was cut. The part to replace the whole unit is $149 on the GM website, buying local. Today, I took the harness off because it happened again, so replacing the harness took a total of 5 bolt (10mm socket) and 30 minutes. So round figures $160 parts + one hour labor.I am beside myself, they did not clean up the cut pieces of wire left behind by the rodent. If you can do it yourself, just do it, it is not worth it to try and trust a dealer like this .Signed,AmazedService: Electrical

Huffines Plano is the only place I take my car for service. Mainly because of Kelsey!!! He is the best! Always professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. He takes a genuine interest in making sure I get the service I need to keep me safe on the road. Huffines is very fortunate to have an employee that really cares about doing a great job for everyone. I've bought 2 vehicles there over the years and I'll always have them serviced there as long as there's people like Kelsey around to work with!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This service department continues to take great care of my families vehicles. Our vehicles incloude my mom's SRX, and my twin nephews Tahoe and GMC Sierra. My experience was wonderful!!!. My service advisor went above and beyond to help me. The communication was great, I got regular updates and changes to the status of my vehicle. They are very professional and courteous. I will recommend Huffines to all my friends!!!

5 years of service and never had a bad experience, my service specialist always checks to make sure I am happy with service before I leave and always go above and beyond to educate me on what is going on with thing I truly don't understand but through patience never do anything until he is sure I know what is going on. Honest and direct, makes for an easy and enjoyable experience for the customer.

As always, the service I was provided with was excellent. I called for an appointment and they got me in, everything was handled quickly and I was kept informed every step in the process. Got to give them kudos the young man who helped me went above and beyond. Had previously visited and this tall Caucasian guy wasn't the nicest but I really enjoyed working with that young man yesterday. Had just an oil change but id recommend them.

Matthew Suttle is one gentleman I have been going to for awhile: he is conversive, very knowledgeable, and cares that I am driving a SAFE CAR!!! I drive a 2002 Pontiac and for him to show that interest AND care really makes me know I picked a great place to get my car: the 40th anniversary edition of The Grand Prix taken care of!!!!!
