I visited Huffines looking to buy a Blazer EV. Mauriss was really awesome. He took the time to show me the models they had, all the available options, we even listened to some music to see if the sound system was to my liking. Excellent shopping experience here and no pressure to buy. I also met Chris who I think is the owner. Really nice person to talk to. Both were straight forward and honest. It was also refreshing to see they do not have a "dealer package to sell for window tints etc for $3000" like many others. MSRP is what you get. I have had my fair share of dealership visits and this was the best one yet. Highly recommended.

The service at this dealership was amazing. I have dealt with quite a few Chevy dealerships since 2006 and Huffines is by far the best. Technicians and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. My first experience with Huffines was 2 years ago with a brand new vehicle courtesy delivery. The experience was great and I am happy to say my service experience was just as good. Huffines will be my main dealership moving forward.

Back in 2020, I had heard Huffines Chevy was a dealer that offered their vehicles at MSRP. In the setting of COVID and soon to be hyperinflation, I took a chance and got in the corvette z06 waiting list. It has been a lifelong dream to have a 2 seater, mid-engine supercar. After almost four years of waiting, Huffines called me and told me the z06 was ready for pickup. They kept me informed at all critical points of the z06 build. They also kept their word and honored MSRP. No games, no gimmicks. Thanks again!!!!

This is a great location where we take all of our work vehicles for maintenance and personal vehicles. They do very good work and take care of us every time. Joby in the sales department is awesome and took care of us in our search for a new SUV. While he wasn't able to get it for us and we ended up going in different round he took very good care of us in the search and helped us figure out for sure if that's what we wanted. I cannot recommend him enough and this location enough. Super friendly staff everybody always make sure to help you and we are very appreciative of them. The Huffines group is amazing.

My boyfriend came here to get this truck, we came here on Feb 12 and Feb 13 we got to test drive the truck and were assisted by Ashton both days he was very kind and very professional. He answered all the questions we had and was very hospitable offering drinks and snacks. The process of signing for the truck was also very easy thanks to Ashton. Gadiel was also very helpful and provided some great financial advice and was very kind, definitely recommend for first time buyers/all buyers they are very transparent and work with you. Over all had an amazing experience!! 5

Having spoken to Juan in the sales department 2 months prior to our purchase, he explained the process of purchasing an EV and wait times due to a short nationwide supply. I contacted him 30 days prior to purchase, he took our build code from the Chevrolet website and our refundable deposit to order the vehicle. He mentioned that it may take some time to get it in and we were fine with the wait. Approximately three weeks later, Juan called to let us know that they had an EV that was ordered but did not take delivery. It had all of the equipment we wanted aside from exterior color being different than what we had ordered. We came out to look and we liked the exterior color more than we thought we would. Once we both drove it we fell in love with our new 2023 Bolt EV and made our purchase. Having purchased from Huffines Chevrolet Plano was the right decision for us. They had no AMV (Additional Market Value) added to the vehicle cost unlike other dealers we had spoken to. Hands down the best customer experience anyone could have asked for and, it's made us customers for life. This may sound crazy when I say that "I'd pay more for the vehicle to receive this level of service".

Highly recommmend Alfonso!!! He's a straight shooter & genuinely cared ab educating me throughout the process. He didn't play any back and forth games like most do. I've been so more dealerships than I care to count in the past week or two and he was the ONLY one who was honest & up front from the start. He worked to get me the best deal and even AFTER the deal was done and all paperwork signed, he stayed w me to ensure I understood all the new features of my new vehicle. Couldn't recommend him more! I purchased a vehicle from Huffines in September of 2023, and since then, I've reached out a handful of times over small questions / concerns. Every time, everyone I spoke with from my salesman (Juan) to the manager has been responsive and proactive in assisting me resolve the (mild) issue that I had. I will absolutely purchase a vehicle from them again next time I have the need for a Chevrolet.

I bought a new Colorado and working with the Huffines Chevrolet Plano sales team was a pleasure. Something I though I'd never say when buying a car. My salesman, Alfonso Nunez Avalos was so patient and understanding to my specific needs. None of the games and just straight up honest conversations and negotiations. Had a good experience on a warranty issue with this service department. While it was a little contentious because of the normal bureaucratic issues one encounters with all car dealers, once Mr. Mullins the service manager got involved it went smoothly. The diagnosis was timely as well as the remedy. The technician explained the issue and the fix directly to me. A shout out to Pam the customer service person who set this up and followed through to make the encounter happen.

I live a few hours away from this dealership, but they really went above and beyond to help me get my first electric car. Communication was top notch with Matthew Major and Juan Torres, and they really didn't pressure me into anything at all. Just helped me get exactly what I wanted. And also, it wasn't a long, nightmare of an experience sitting in the dealership for hours. Everything was accomplished quickly and they had my family and I in the car and on our way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new vehicle. Thank you gents!

Romney did a very good job overall. They got me in per my appt time although I was a bit late. They even called the day before to advise I may need to schedule a pickup due to the amount of time it would take to look at the car. SA followed up with me to explain what the problem was, cost, amount of time to repair and that it would require keeping the car over the weekend. Also sent a Lyft to pick me up to pick up my vehicle.

I was helped by Lee Calverley service advisor and Billy who figured out that the parts I bought at another dealer were the wrong parts for my vehicle. Even though I should have bought them from Huffines they treated me exceptionally well and didn't think twice of the my mistake. They treated me with respect and took care of my problem, that was I could ask for.

Dear Mr. Huffines and Mr. Robins,I purchased a car from you in 2019 and had one of the very best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle at Huffines Chevrolet in Plano, Texas. Later, In 2021, I made the mistake of going to a different dealership (a KIA dealership off 75 in Plano) and regretted it. It simply wasn't the same in terms of experience, customer service, or honesty - it was a terrible experience. My wife said it. I said it. I vowed I would return to Huffines for any future car purchases, and so I returned to Huffines a week ago after having my car totaled in an unfortunate no-fault hit-and-run accident.I went straight back to the Huffines Chevrolet dealership and searched for the man who sold me my car in 2019... and there he was walking towards me. It was Joby Jacobs. I was so glad to see him! And he even recognized me from 5 years prior!Again, one of the best, if not THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. He was so patient with all my questions, kind, and professional. Not only did he listen, but when he found out I hadn't eaten, he even got me a sandwich from the place next door out of his own pocket - he insisted! I couldn't believe it. And this was AFTER I signed the papers for a car! So he didn't have to do that. His knowledge was incredible and astounding. Any question I asked (and I had a lot of them), he knew the details. It was beyond impressive. And it didn't stop there.Now came the financing. I had already called my credit union to find out what type of interest rate I could get. That's where your finance manager Mr. Williamson came in - for the second time again 5 years later. Again, he worked so hard trying to find the same interest rate when he didn't have to because I already had it worked out. And he did this so I could have much better coverage for my new car than the credit union was willing to offer for the same price. And not only that, he worked with me for a long time to find the best options for warranties that calmed my fears since I was considering (and wound up buying) an EV (the Chevy Bolt EV) which has been an amazing experience for me.Even the service department I had from my car I purchased in 2019 (a red Chevy Spark) was over the top exceptional! They always helped me, gave me coupons, or looked up the coverages I had and without me even asking. Even the ladies at the counter was so kind, caring, and helpful! That's not just a great experience, that's customer service you just don't find anymore these days. Mr. Mullins, Pimento, and Overturf in the service department provided years of friendly and efficient service - and with warm smiles and handshakes. It was personal. They would make exceptions and fit me in while I waited sometimes. I had ALL my service done with your dealership because there wasn't reason not to, and the quality was top notch. I felt secure that things were going to be done right after a Firestone changed my oil, left the cap off, and damaged my car from years prior. And your service department is where I plan on taking my new car too.I know I've rambled quite a bit. It's difficult to put this level of appreciation into words. Still, Joby Jacobs stands out as someone I wish others learned from. He earned my praise in 2019 and again in 2024. That's an employee you should try to hold on to forever. He is truly an asset to your team.And I'll never make the same mistake of going anywhere else. You redefined what I think about car dealerships and earned my trust and loyalty. From the nice woman at the front, to Mr. Ninos who was also at the front (I looked everyone up ... so I could give them the praise they deserve by name) it was an amazing experience, and I have told everyone I know and work with where to go if they need a car. I never thought I'd be singing the praises of a dealership, but here I am. I think if more people knew, they wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. Thank you for running the best place I can ever imagine buying a car from. It's obvious you believe in principles and customer service.

My Chevy Bolt needed a tow and replacement of its powerful battery.The tow was free and the service and parts free also, thanks to warranty.I was able to pick up the car after a few days and the dealership gave mea Lyft ride to make the process of retrieval easy. I am grateful for thisexcellent organization.

Juan and team made the whole process quick and efficient. Sales guys in Houston couldn't get it done. Found the vehicle I wanted at Huffines and called Juan. Told him what I needed and how and he made it happen with no issues. Also, I had to fly in from Houston to pick up the car and when I arrived they had me out the door in less than an hour. Exactly what I needed.

Let's start with the receptionist. Her name is Mary. She was most helpful and took time to listen to the details and was both knowledgeable and pleasant. I mentioned this when I had to call back and cancel my original appointment. That lady too was just like Mary and it was a Saturday. When I told her that I had hoped to schedule my appointment for yesterday, she told me that she would forward that request. What happened? It went as I had requested, because of this second lady and I am sorry that I do not recall her name. When I arrived for my appointment I met Romney who was most capable. LIke the 2 ladies above he was all of that an most competent in getting my work done on my new Suburban. And, today, I am going back for a recommended service he made yesterday. When I find a service department like Huffines on Coit Rd., why would I go somewhere else? If it ain't broke...

Enjoyed working with Doug Shaw on the purchase of our 2020 Honda Odyssey. He was transparent about the details of the car and he worked with our schedule as we drove from Oklahoma. There was no pressure, guilt, decit that was involved with Huffines at all. I felt like they were honest and did their jobs. Would consider returning to huffines to purchase future vehicles.

I am beyond pleased with the overall experience and treatment we received in trading in my Nissan for a brand new Chevy blazer! Morriss was by far the best sales guy I ve ever dealt with. I brought my 2500 truck in for an oil change. Two and a half hours later with an appointment it was complete. They said the lift was broken. Ok not a huge deal.The tires were rotated as well. The rear tires are spec'd for 80psi and the front are spec'd for 60psi. The rear tires were put on the front. The front right tire was still at 80psi instead of 60psi. The front left was at 65psi. I resolved the pressure issue and discovered a valve cap was missing on a tire as well. The last time i came in for service the tires were rotated and the TPMS was not adjusted at all so the truck thought the back tires were on the front. I ended up going to Discount Tire and had them fix it. I mentioned this when I dropped off the truck this time and i was assured it would not happen again.I also checked the display and it indicated that the air filter is at 15% life. I was not told anything about the air filter during your 30 point inspection. I took the air filter box off and the air filter is filthy and needs to be replaced so I took care of that as well. For being 'factory certified service" it is really concerning when the simplest items are not taken care of correctly and this is twice now coming in.
