I am an out of state buyer and I had zero issues. Christian was super helpful and handled everything via text. I made the deposit over the phone so he could hold it for me a week before I could get there. When I drove in everything was ready to go, my car was detailed and had a full tank of gas! I paid cash for mine so I m not sure about financing but my car is perfect and my experience was phenomenal! I will definitely return!!

I highly recommend Hopper Motorplex and I m glad I went to them to purchase my Lexus NX. The staff is very professional, honest, and kind. A BIG thank you to Eduardo and Oleg for making the car buying process so easy, they were super helpful and work very efficiently. Pricing that was advertised on their website was the price I saw on the paperwork. I appreciate how transparent they were, you will know you re not wasting your time compared to other dealerships that have a bunch of extra hidden fees. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and had such a great experience, and can assure you will too. I m so happy with my car and hope to do business with them again soon!

My experience was amazing! Eddie was awesome! I had recent car accident and it was totaled. I needed a dependable car immediately. He took great care of as well as the "East Texas Finance Guy! They have values and strive for excellence when caring for their customers! Exceptional staff. Easy buying experience. Purchased a used vehicle that I took overnight to make sure it felt right. Encountered a small issue with the car and without hesitation was met with a jump to action to correct. Given a complimentary loaner while they correct it. They treat you like you want to be treated. Thrilled to do business with an honest company. See Randy - he s a rockstar.

Having purchased multiple vehicles over the years, I can confidently say that Hopper Motorplex truly does what's best for the customer. I worked with Ernie for Sales, Oleg for Finance, Shawn (Manager) and Carli for pictures. The team there is unparalleled. Pricing that was advertised on the website was the price I saw on the paperwork. Added tax, tag, title, doc fee and a small maintenence fee and that's it. They worked on the pricing for me to be able to get 2 vehicles in my budget for my business.Across the street is Autos of Dallas who charge stupid high fees that they don't disclose beforehand. If you see something across the street, forget it. Hopper Motorplex is the place you want to go for your next vehicle.Personally, Toyota Richardson, Honda McKinney, Toyota Arlington, all have ridiculous fees that are not disclosed in advance and therefore I would probably never go there.Ernie, Shawn, Oleg and Carli, you have made me a customer for life. Looking forward to doing a lot more business with you all. Keep up the great work and the outstanding service you provide to your clients.

Let me preface this very honest review by saying that, as a woman, it has often a very stressful experience to buy a car and I generally dread when it comes time to buy a new car due to past experiences at other dealerships. But Hopper was so different from what I expected. They were so respectful and made the whole process so painless. They had the car I wanted and it was in beautiful condition. I purchased it two weeks ago and it's already the love of my life. Buying the car was a stress free experience and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Even the financing experience was painless. Oleg was even able to beat the APR that my bank offered.There were a few very minor spots that needed touching up that were promised but not done when I went to pick it up, but when I pointed it out, the manager was so polite and their body guy leaped into action to fix it right away. I only had to wait 20 minutes or so for my requests to be completed. I could not be happier and I would definitely buy from them again. Ask for Ernie.

Just purchased my new (to me) vehicle from Hopper Motorplex and could not have had a better experience! Shaun and Trent were incredibly helpful with my unique situation (distance purchase, timing with a busy work schedule, etc) and did everything they could to make the transaction as easy and seamless as possible. I was in and out within about an hour and a half and back on the road in my awesome new car! Highly recommend these folks!

By far Hopper delivered our best car buying experience - all through their knowledgeable, personable, and customer-oriented staff and high quality inventory. Ernie Pezzola made the normal time-consuming and often difficult/dreaded buying process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. No high pressure sales or other less than above board tactics all too common in the industry experienced at Hopper just a quality car at a fair price with full transparency at every step from folks who understand the value of relationship building, and equally important, that integrity matters. Thanks to Ernie (you are awesome!) and to the rest of the Hopper team. We stumbled on to your place almost by chance but you made all the difference. You ve made us believers!

I had a great experience at Hopper Motorplex. Our salesman Randy greeted us immediately when we walked through the door. He was so friendly and helped us test drive the car we came to look at. I have had the pleasure of working with Eduardo, Shawn, Randy and the cool long hair guy in financing! They made purchasing a car easy and smooth and did not waste my time. The experience was so great that I came back less than a year to purchase another vehicle from them. They have a customer for life in me because I know that my experience will be amazing. First Time going to this Dealership, and they are the Best! I've gone to many Dealerships, in Plano but was not handled the way this staff took good care of me. their Very Professional " staff has Great Customer service skills and my sales Rep (Zach) was Epic!! he handled, me with such Respect! and giving me the confidence and assurance, I would Drive off with the car of my Dream and I did Zach is Amazing!

Just recently purchased a vehicle from Hopper. My wife and I had a great experience with the whole team there. Trent was our salesman and he was great with walking us through the trade-in process and buying our new car. Even when he had a personal situation to attend to, he didn t leave my wife and I until her and I were ready to walk out the door and get in our new car. He and everyone there was a great help and they will definitely be the top dealership on our list the next time my wife and I are looking to purchase another vehicle!I also tried many dealerships around the DFW area and Hopper gave me the best deal on my car. What I negotiated with other dealerships, Hopper offered more on their initial offerAll in all, great experience!Thanks Trent and Shaun!

1 year ago, my son and I arrived at Hopper Motorplex in search for a college graduation gift to him for his recent accomplishments. Arrived not knowing that we would have been met with and experience the type of professional courtesy, a friendly customer service environment not just from Ernie (Sales Rep), but through all team members which resulted in a painless process leading to a purchase of a 2019 Jeep for my son. What a special and great day!!!! It's now a year later and based on my past experiences with Hopper and staff (i.e., particularly with Ernie, Service Manager and Finance Manager), I recently was blessed and had the opportunity to purchase a second vehicle. This was yet another positive experience, one will never forget. Thank you all for the great services you provide, and continue to provide, in addition to the awesome relationships established. I will definitely consider buying from Hopper first for future purchases.

I was searching for a used truck and happened to find one at Hopper Autoplex. My salesman was Randy Porier. Randy went above and beyond to help me secure my Tundra. I was over 4 hrs from Hopper. Randy provided honest assessments of the vehicle. Everyone at Hoppers was helpful and courteous. Overall pleasant experience and I d definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a 2021 Bronco from Hopper. I live in Illinois and Ernie and the team worked with me to facilitate the purchase remotely. He was incredibly helpful and attentive and communication was TOP NOTCH. I felt very comfortable flying down sight unseen (though he provided numerous pictures and very detailed descriptions of everything about the car) to buy the car. When I got there, everything was in order and took less than an hour to complete the purchase. The entire team introduced themselves and thanked me for the business. I cannot recommend Hopper highly enough!!! One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Thank you Hopper and thank you Ernie!!! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe!I had the best experience during my purchase @ Hopper Motorplex! Jim Selaiden, the General Manager, GREAT MAN, took my business seriously. I told him my situation & what I expected. The dealership looked amazing with all the beautiful inventory.He gave me an amazing offer on my Trade-In, more than I was expecting. That began to build my trust.Financing was quick!Mr. Selaiden and his Finance team got me a terrific rate!I was happy to purchase a Warranty offered by Jimmy and his team as well. Must be safe!So here we are today, I've made my first payment & couldn't be happier with my choice of vehicle & choice of dealership. Been a few months since my purchase because I wanted to be able to confidently describe the car condition and my satisfaction with it.I am so pleased with this vehicle and the entire purchase process! My salesman was Jason Powell and he went above and beyond to insure that the transaction was smooth and the car was prepared for our closing.The dealership was great to do business with and I look forward to returning for my VIP service!

EXCELLENT place to trade in a used car. I came in not fully decided but I told Ernie P. what I wanted in a car and got exactly what I needed/wanted in a car on the first test drive. Financing and approval was quick and SUPER EASY! They even provided a one stop shop to include a 100k warranty (which I did pay extra for but is a GREAT warranty and included in my monthly payment) starting from the current mileage on the vehicle so I'm covered for any repairs up to 150k miles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if trading in a vehicle.

Buyer beware, do not purchase a used vehicle from them! They should be reported and closed down for the lemons they sale. They are not honest about issues, don't honor their word and send out junk not put together correctly. Have spent more money fixing their half done work than truck was worth.

Randy at hopper motorplex was the man. Wasn't expecting for the call back on the truck that it was up for grabs. I appreciate it allot. Awsome people great service and was a quick process. Highly recommend for any vehicle you have will for sure be getting more vehicles from them.

Bought a used vehicle from Hopper Motorplex. I specifically worked with Randy. Randy was knowledgeable, didn t apply any pressure either way, and was non-judgemental for a first time buyer.Dealership as a whole was honest, straight forward and did not play any games. Clear price online, transparent with all the information, and wanted to make the sale.Purchase process was smooth as well. I had visited on a Friday to test drive. Went in Monday morning at 10:30-ish to purchase, and was driving the vehicle home between 12-1. Efficient team.Very happy overall.

Bought our 16 year old a 2011 Camaro (don t judge us). Anyone we have come in contact at the dealership has been great. Any issues we might have encountered, they were willing to take a look, helping out even when not required. I will continue to shop Hopper and especially Randy.
