Harman and his team are absolutely incredible. I just moved from Florida to Texas and had taken my car somewhere else for an oil change. Then for some reason I was driving around with no oil they took a look at my car at honesty automotive and informed me of what happened and some other issues it did have going on. These guys took care of my car and of me, I had so many questions I thought I was being annoying but they were super nice and answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable about the work being done there. Ever since I got my car back it feels and runs FANTASTIC. Kinda like when I first bought the car. If anyone ever needs work on their car they NEED to come here. I swear up and down by this place. Leslie at the front desk was great, patient, and very knowledgeable of everything going on and also answered every question I had as well. I ll continue taking my car here for any future maintenance

I had a good experience with Honesty. I called for a quote on service prior to taking my car in. I received a detailed quote and an explanation of what was quoted. Upon bringing my car in, I was immediately acknowledged, with a smooth intake process. I even got dropped at work. They did find an additional repair in line with what I brought it on for, but called and reviewed it with me for approval. Pick up was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I am not happy with the service done here. All the issues I list are things that that were never an issue before coming to this shop. I spent the last few weeks having it fixed by larger and reputable service companies.Missing Phone Adapter: It s disheartening that they went through my compartments without my consent and I'm now missing a phone adapter. This lack of respect for personal belongings is unacceptable.Weather Seal on Steering Column: The poorly installed weather seal causing road noise and engine sounds is a nuisance. It s like driving with the window down even when it s up.Oil Drain Plug: A slow oil leak due to an improperly closed oil drain plug is concerning. Properly securing critical components is essential to prevent damage and maintain optimal performance. It s disappointing that this basic step was overlooked.Belt Tensioner: The grinding sound and squeaking from the belt tensioner are alarming. Unfortunately, this wasn t addressed during the service.Heat Shield and Tie Rods: The bent heat shield scraping against the tie rods is not only annoying but also potentially dangerous. The ear-piercing noise on every bump or sway was incredibly frustrating. Safety should always be a priority.They may be skilled at their work, but they no longer have my business.

My Camry needed a fanbelt and both lower control arms replaced. Took it to Honesty Automotive and they did a good job at more reasonable price than a couple other shops quoted. I will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend this place. Took my pickup two days ago. Had me out in same day. Even followed up today to make sure all is well. If you re looking for good customer service, reasonable prices and a place that isn t looking to over service your vehicle with repairs you may not need, this is your new mechanic shop.

After being utterly frustrated with every BMW dealership and BMW specialist shop due to prices and customer services, I finally decided to give Honesty Automotive a try. While all I needed was a brake fluid service, my experience was phenomenal. Harman was able to give me a fair price and I felt like family the moment I stepped into the shop. Harman was able to explain the exact service that I would be paying for and Honesty was able to complete the repair in a very timely manner. I recommend every car owner (regardless of make and model) to go to Honesty Automotive. You will not regret it!Service: Brakes

Came in with abs lights and steering issue thought it was going to be a sensor and steering pump but it was just a wheel hub. They found the issue and fixed it in a day. Was kept updated the whole time by phone. They never tried to upsell me anything.

I had the best experience ever at Honesty Automotive... My CVT transmission needed servicing, and the Nissan dealer was charging me a ridiculous amount. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in top condition. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent, which was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other shops I've been to. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy service for their car. As a women it s hard to find mechanics that you can trust I ve been there, and it sucks. After my experience at honest automotive with Harman, I trust him entirely with my car. Harman made sure I got the best prices when I had to get my ignition coils change and went through the trouble to make sure I had the best care and prices. He was transparent and communicative about what was going on. When I walked in I told him what I knew was wrong with my care and he told what the possible causes could be then did a diagnostics to confirm and it worked. I will definitely go back and highly recommend honesty auto. They truly care about being honest and giving your car the best care for your car unlike other mechanic shops who scam you with outrageous prices!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don t know much about cars, so finding a mechanic I can trust is always super stressful. I ve been to Honesty Automotive twice, each time I had wonderful service. Harman was patient and kind, and answered all the questions I had about the work being done to my car. Will definitely come back in the future!

Great service. Got a quote for spark plugs from a different mechanic which was much higher. Got it done for a lot less and car has not had any problems since. Highly recommend and keep up the quality of service!

I m so glad I found honesty Automotive! I took my car into multiple shops, and everybody had a different opinion on what needed to be fixed and the issue was never resolved. I got my car diagnose From Lexus and they told me it s going to cost around $9000 and that my head gasket is blown and that s the issue with a lot of other underlining things as well blah blah blah. I bring it to honesty, and it turns out, after doing a diagnosis of their own, that that was never even the issue in the first place! Crzy Lexus would lie like that. Ended up replacing the real issue that they found for around $1,350 and I ve had no issues at all since. Their communication and persistence to find the actual REAL problem is fantastic. Never felt more comfortable with a mechanic than them. They find the real problem and there s no BS or anything to make you feel like you re getting scammed.All I Gotta say, is they really do live up to their name! A+ experience. Thanks again for everything guys

Went to kwik kar to get new rotors and brakes. They said all four rotors and brakes would need replacement. I was in total shock cause I just replaced two of the brakes and rotors less than any ear ago and don t drive very much. I was finally fed up being taken advantage of and went to honesty auto. Honesty auto gave me a complete opposite story without me telling them anything. They gave an honest look on what needed to be repaired and was at a reasonable price. Won t be the last time I will be coming to honesty auto for my auto needs. Harman and his staff were very respectful and welcoming at the shop. Thank you!!!

Honesty Automotive has restored my faith and trust in the auto repair industry. I recently moved to the Dallas area and was unfamiliar with where to take my car (Land Rover LR2) for battery replacement. I called multiple places and even had it inspected at a Land Rover specific autoshop in Dallas and they quoted me astronomical prices for repairs on things I didn't understand and ultimately did not need. Ray and Harman took incredible care of my car, and were both so honest and transparent, took the time to walk me through everything they did, and exceeded any and all expectations. On top of that they were so communicative throughout the whole process. I won't be taking my car anywhere but Honesty Automotive from now on. Plus, they're family and veteran owned. Ray, Harman and the team did a great job on my 2015 Volvo XC60. I was dealing with oil consumption issues and the local Volvo service centers wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose. I had been looking for a small business with integrity and reasonable service charges. So thankful that I took the vehicle to this veteran run business; they were able to diagnose the root cause very quickly and offered me an economical solution to fix the issue. They also handled the 60k service at the same time. I have driven the vehicle a few hundred miles after the repairs, it drives and sounds good (my gas mileage also improved!). I recommend this team 100% and plan to have them tackle any future service needs for both my vehicles.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change

I had taken my Infinity to this place due to Ac issue, Harman and his team did amazing job and openly and honestly explained to me the issue and were quite reasonable. Stopped by to get my new car checked out and had a few things fixed. Customer service was fantastic. They were super informative, very good at communicating and keeping me updated, and super nice. They did a great job with the work they did and gave me a very fair price. I will absolutely be going back the next time I need work done. Good people. I went to get the check engine light fixed on my sienna. They kept the car for few days and replaced a list of parts and gave it back saying it is fixed with 12 months warranty.The check engine light is back on in 2 days with same codes, I went back and they kept it again for few more days to run "diagnostics" and gave it back saying the check engine light went away on its own.Just within 2 days the check engine light is back on with the same codes!!! Seems they just cleared the codes and gave it back .When I went 3rd time, they kept the car for 4 days and said they need to replace another part which they think will fix the issue. I don't know what diagnostics they did 1st and 2nd time. I agreed and asked them to replace the part and confirm if this will fix the issue for which they are not certain.They need to improve the diagnostics to find the correct problem which saves a lot of time and money for the customers.Definitely *not recommended* unless you have time to drive back and forth several times without a proper fix.Update:"I want refund for the money I paid, can you refund my money back. Because I need this to get fixed, I will go to some other shop. Please refund my money."

After having my battery replaced by AAA, their technician told me that his diagnostic test showed that my alternator was not working properly and to get it checked out ASAP. I communicated online with Ray, at Honesty Automotive, who gave me an estimated price range for replacing it. When I brought the car into the shop, they did their own testing, which showed that my alternator was functioning properly. Ray had me go into the shop, where their technician showed me the reading he was getting, and explained what it would have been had my alternator needed replacing. They also didn't charge me anything for performing the test. They certainly live up to the name of their company and have earned my business in the future. In a field of business where a lot of customers feel they can be taken advantage of, it's refreshing to see that there are honest repair shops out there. I highly recommend that you give them your business.
