I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Hance's and its employees! My daughter's Santa Fe was scraped by a friend while parking; my girl wasn't mad (just sad) but when I said I had to tell the other girl's mother, the other stopped talking to her. Well, I found Hance's based upon recommendations and made an estimate appointment for this morning with Carrie. After I told her what happened and mentioned that girls are no longer talking, she said they'd work to see what they could do while I waited! Michael did his magic and 40 minutes after I arrived, the car looked like new! Tiny scratch they couldn't buff out - can't tell. Best of all, they did it as a courtesy - no charge to me or to the insurance company! If you need any work done on your car, definitely trust these wonderful people!

What a great certified Tesla auto body shop. From the initial conversation, to dropping of the vehicle, to picking it up! I worked with Marisela. She was very kind, and kept me updated with everything going on with my car. I definitely recommend them!

The team at Hance's provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. I appreciated the weekly, consistent updates. Once the repairs were complete my car looked brand new! I could not be more pleased with their customer service and the quality of the repairs.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. The quality of work that they did on my Tesla made it look like my car was brand new after an accident. Customer service was top notch from the moment I walked in to when I picked up my car. Very professional organization and they do not cut corners! Thank you Marisela and team!

Hance s was able to order my replacement part from Tesla while I continued to drive my vehicle. The part took about 3 months to arrive. I received weekly communications on the progress. Once the part arrived I received a progress text every couple of days so that I never had to initiate questions about status or progress on the repair. The repair was flawless. I fully trust Hance s to repair my Tesla!

Title: Exceptional Service in Times of Need!Rating: 5 stars Review:Although I didn't come to Hance's Collision Auto Body for car repairs, fate led me here with a flat tire. To my surprise, they didn't hesitate to help me out, fixing the flat with no charge at all! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me in my unexpected predicament. Their generosity and friendliness speak volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. While I didn't experience their full range of services, based on this encounter alone, I would highly recommend Hance's Collision Auto Body to anyone in need of automotive assistance. Exceptional service! I got my hail damaged model 3 repaired by Hance s Uptown Collision Center and they did an excellent job. Got my car back in less than a week which was quite surprising. I would definitely recommend them and as matter of fact I have already recommended them to a friend.

Hance s did an amazing job on my car. I had hail damage two weeks after purchasing my vehicle. They were able to restore it to its new condition in a short amount of time. Insurance gave a very low estimate for repairs, and the shop sent all appropriate documentation to have insurance properly handle my claim. I highly recommend this shop!

Carrie took excellent care of me from the first phone call. I received updates each day and am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend and I will use them again if needed. Feel like I have a new vehicle again!

I understand these aren't the best photos of details with the work done and there is no photo of what my car looked like before, but, just look at the quality and how beautiful my car looks now! Before I received my car on Thursday, it had been a mess in the front with the bumper and more because of a crash and our insurance had claimed total loss on it. However! Huy and I had a fighting spirit and wanted to save our patient (the car). After many searches for places to get my car fixed, I had a very good feeling about this shop and with my first impression with Kirby :). He's an amazing guy and was straight to the point while explaining everything he would do with the car. Honestly, I could trust him and invest in getting the job done here with all my savings. He gave me confidence in their work! Well, when things were set, they always kept me posted with how my car was doing and I appreciated it a ton!Anywho, I am really happy with how my car is, I love it and I would recommend for anyone to get their car fixed up here! Everyone is really friendly here and they make you feel welcomed while informing you with what's necessary. They don't play tricks. Thank y'all and it was wonderful doing business with you guys!

We have used Hance for more than thirty years. They are greatly skilled at collision repair. Our car was made new from their expert work. Michael was GREAT! He communicated with us through every phase from when we dropped off the vehicle until we picked it up. Michael let us know what was happening all through the repair. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When you call, you get to talk to Carrie. She is very polite, answers many questions, and gets you taken care of. There are other facilities closer to us, but we always come to Hance. They treat you as an important member of their family.

It s one thing for Hance s to do second to none professional work that results in phenomenal finishes, but it s another to have a phenomenal staff overseeing the entire operation.One staff member was Mark. Mark was outstanding, reliable, informative, and communicative!!!As a business owner, I know what it s like to uphold excellence standards. Mark definitely looks familiar in the category.Highly recommend and will definitely use Hances again in needed or just feeling fancy with one of my vehicles

I had my Tesla repaired here for a simple cosmetic fix from a minor accident. With Teslas, everything is complicated due to the electrical component. Hance's repaired the back side panel beautifully and ahead of estimated schedule. They were always friendly, professional and attentive to detail.About 1-1/2 months after getting my car back, it was sadly the innocent victim of a car accident in which another SUV was hit and made to fly on top of my car front. It was evidently totaled but the insurance company insisted we move the damaged car from the tow lot to our home driveway to have an adjuster look at it. Eventually, one of the insurance people called Hance's (to whom we had already sent pictures trying to get an appointment for repair...). Hances told them they had seen the pictures and knew it was totaled and that the car would be towed to them then towed away to salvage. The insurer took Hance's input as being from knowledgeable experts (which they are) and towed it directly to the salvage yard.If it had not been for Hance's speaking for us and knowing our car prior, the assessment would have been slower and much more stressful. I cannot thank them enough. I recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

I would like to share my experience with Hance's Uptown Collision Center regarding my hail-damaged car for those who may find it helpful. From the very beginning, the client coordinator, Carrie Blackwood, behaved unprofessionally and unsupportively. She was unclear in her communication and, upon answering the phone, did not inquire about the extent of the damage or set an appointment for me to bring the car to their shop for evaluation and estimation. Instead, she immediately requested for my insurance estimation without explaining the process. When I sought further information, she simply stated that this is part of the process and I need to follow, otherwise they could not accept my car. Thus, I sent them the estimation as requested. Right after that, they asked me to send them a check I received from the insurance. I indicated that I would provide the check once my car is fixed. However, Carrie informed me that they would not order the parts unless I provided the check first. It was disappointing that they requested the check without even evaluating the extent of the damage to my car. It made no sense to provide a check without inspecting the vehicle first. When I raised this concern, I was informed that I was not obligated to bring my car to their shop. Additionally, the general manager, Curtis Kincaid, mentioned that, in addition to my deductible, I would have to pay for labor and parts because they would not accept the insurance discount on parts or extra labor charges. When I requested clarification and an estimation of these additional charges, Curtis indicated that he could not provide an estimation. Furthermore, he stated that if I chose not to have my car fixed at Hance's Uptown Collision Center due to the extra charges after receiving the cost estimation from them, I would be required to pay a $250 penalty. This practice is highly unethical. Given the lack of professionalism and clarity in communication, I finally decided not to proceed with their shop. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

Excellent Service! I went in for help with paint damage to my car. They checked it out and were able to fix it that day. They were professional and courteous. I would certainly return to them in the future and I will be recommending them to friends and family!

My Audi was stolen, shot up, and riddled with bullet holes. I took my car here and they took care of EVERYTHING. Every detail taken care of, incredible service in the lobby, and I got my car back in perfect condition. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Will definitely come back here for all services.

Hance's did an outstanding job repairing a challenging dent on my Audi RS7. The dent was at a point where several different angles and edges meet on an aluminum door. They obviously have some very skilled and experienced people. Customer service was top notch and I appreciated the regular updates. I definitely recommend Hance's.

I was blown away by this company. I got into an accident and searched all over the Dallas area for a great repair shop, which is where I landed with Hance s. From the day I got in contact with them, I was taken care of, and I was kept in the loop of everything that was happening with my vehicle. When my insurance company fell short, Hance s still played their part. Even when I thought my expectations were exceeded, they continued surpassing the bar. I arrived to get my car today, and my car was not only beautifully repaired, but they even washed and cleaned it for me. Kirby is the absolute sweetest ever and I cannot thank him enough for everything. Carrie took absolutely amazing care of me from day one. Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Cabo is back, and he s as good as new! Several weeks ago, I shared with y all how my sweet friend of Alliance Dent Repair, April Joyner Kinsey gave me a referral after I was treated pretty poorly at a large collision repair in Plano.She sent me to Kirby and crew at Hance's Uptown Collision Center. From hello this was the best experience ever. They are kind, thorough and professional. Carrie at the front desk is an absolute Wonder Woman. They got the work done quickly and made my brand new vehicle just like new. Estimate from the icky collision place? $1800+. Hance s repaired my car perfectly for UNDER $400!My car was washed when I picked it up! Sparkling and ready to go! Thank you, April for the amazing referral. Awesome experience at Hance s. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable as well!Came in to get my mirror cap painted, and color match was spot on. They let me drop off both mirror caps so one could be used as a reference and I was able to keep my car as I waited. Turnaround was about 3 days, but would have been less as they were waiting on a replacement for the paint sprayer on the day I dropped off.Will be coming back if I ever need body work on my car :)

I ve recently had my front bumper/side fender repaired here from a minor fender benderPositive Feedback:-Their customer service is professional and gives off the impression that they care for your business.-Repairs come with a lifetime warranty, so that s great-Very responsive and great at communication-Dent was repaired satisfactorilyNegative Feedback-Unfortunately, while the repair had a good turnaround time, the execution of the repair was very lackluster when it came to the final detail.The reason for this review being a one star review is because I ve had to come back a second time as I have noticed that my vehicle had several markings written on the body that were part of their repair process that have not been removed.Adding to that, upon my return (2nd Visit) they promised to address the issue immediately with compounding and buffing out these markings. Even had me inspect the car to make sure the markings were gone (which they seemed to be). A week later, I am washing my car and all markings remain present, forcing me to have to call again and set up a third time to bring my car to the shop.Conclusion: My time is valuable as a business professional and I don t like to waste it on repeat visits for petty issues that didn t even have anything to do with the repair in the first place.Please reference my images for visuals.
