From the minute I walked into Grease Monkey I immediately knew this is a shop that is trustworthy. Eric and his team truly care about the work they do. Affordable, reliable, and honest, is what you look for in a mechanic and I was lucky to find Grease Monkey. I've been a customer for some time now and I would give him a five-star rating across the board and highly recommend them.

Great group of people offering awesome levels of service. I was able to have them change out a transmission filter that the dealership would not even consider touching. I will be coming back with my other vehicles when I need them serviced.

Rolled in at 4:57 thinking they closed at 6. They closed at 5. They didn t even bat an eye - just went straight to work. Thorough, clean, friendly. I ll definitely be going back.

In an industry that is notorious for overselling and unclarity, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Friendly and prompt service all around! Services are reasonably priced, and they go out of their way to explain needed maintenance/repair items to you while giving you as many options as possible. You re in the driver s seat here. Highly recommended!

1st work was a power steering pump replacement. It wasn t installed correctly. Because they put a rubber O-ring on it and charged me for 2 serpentine belts because it kept slipping and leaking. Which made my car cut off and lost control almost crashing. They finally got the proper washer which was flat metal piece. I missed work 3days. I had to get my car towed to another shop. And they fixed my power steering pump correctly. So I was out of more money. Because Grease Monkey said that it wasn t their fault. Gave them a 2nd chance to replace my fuel pump. Which wasn t installed correctly. Which my gas was leaking and a puddle was in my garage. The manager (ERIC). Blamed me for getting my part from Oreilly s. Charged me $414.38 and now charging me$150 labor to replace it again. And told me he had the best mechanics. But in the same sentence he forgot to screw the cap on tightly. So after talking to several mechanics. I was told because it wasn t installed correctly the sender unit malfunctioned. And Eric (manager) denied that being the case. And refused servicing my car. He was extremely disrespectful verbally to myself and my husband and told us that we are just trying to get free service not to come back again! So I m at MIDAS to get the fuel pump installed correctly which is costing more money! So how am I trying to get free service?I wouldn t recommend them even doing an oil change on nobody s vehicle!Horrible customer service when they know they messed up!

Went in for an oil change and they told me other things that was wrong with with my car like the brakes were getting close to needing new ones I like that they are the best kept up the good work

Did inspection on my truck I gave them the keys. They left it running and did return my keys. The next time I turn my truck off I was in downtown Dallas. Had to wait almost 3 hours for them to bring me my keys and I was stranded.

Love this place. Eric and crew really do a great job no matter what I need. Today they are checking out a leaky tire. Annoying seatbelt alarm, oh and changing my oil and filter. Topped off my tires and cleaned my windows just cause they are awesome. Thanks guys.

Grease Monkey is awesome!! They re honest and upfront about pricing and what services they re performing, and they try to save me money where they can (which is awesome for a broke college kid). I ve tried several other shops in the area and they re going to be my home base whenever my 2005 Ford needs maintenance or repairs. Thank you guys for being a reliable shop and taking good care of me and Bertha!

I worked with Eric the whole time on a pre sale inspection. He was super friendly. He provided white glove service and really explained things well to me who does not know anything about cars. Really appreciated his team going the extra mile for us and doing a great job. Well worth the value of their service. Would return and recommend to others.

We have been coming here since they became Grease Monkey and have been continually impressed with their speed and honesty. In an industry of distrust and misleading a customer, Eric and his team go the opposite way. Whether a simple oil change or radiators and fan belts, they always get the job done, fast and fair. There may be a reason why the Firestone directly across the street went out of business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

They were fast and I didn't feel pressured to do anything extra. They have a safety check and let me know my tires needed to be replaced & why. Definitely would recommend!UPDATE: they forgot to reset my oil gauge when I had my oil changed before I went on a long road trip. But they were really kind and prompt when I got back to reset. Thankfully they had put an updated sticker on my dash so I had an accurate edition of when to get it changed again.

Absolutely the BEST service!!! Every review is right on!! My new GO TO place for all 4 of our vehicles!! I am truly impressed!! This brings back memories of the good ole' days Just wow!!!Update to 2023.... Erik never fails to impress me! He has gone above and beyond in his assistance to fix my vehicle!! Been coming here for a while. Not sure if they're under new management. Friendly enough and prices seem fair. I don't know that I'm getting a deal on lube work but they always work fast and are thorough.
