Amazing my car loves this place and Chris so much she just can't stop coming back LoL.. honest kind caring wonderful people who have taken great care of an out of town girl I don't know what I would have done if I had not found them.. thank you Chris and Mike from Daisy the jeep liberty and her mom

I was referred to this location and I have to say the experience was superb. Chris the Manager was amazing to work with. I come from a line of mechanics in my family so I am somewhat versed in appropriate service and care. I would highly recommend this Goodyear as your go to!

Chris always takes great care with our cars with honesty and integrity! We moved further away but still go to him due to a bad experience with an auto shop closer to our new house. I would highly recommend!

They are the best. They don't treat women as inferior. They are honest and fair with their pricing as well. I would not consider going anywhere else

My tire went flat right as i was passing this this goodyear, call it fate, so i was going to ask if they could help me change my tire to my spare. Instead they found about 5 nails in my tire and plugged every hole so i didn t even need a new tire!! they were so helpful and the guy at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming

Chris took care of me with no hesitation. All I needed was a plug. I first went to Discount tire down the street on Spring Valley, they said they couldn't help me and insisted my only solution was to buy brand new tires. I came over here to Goodyear. These guys treated me with respect and didn't try to upsell me. Great customer service, Thank you Chris!

Had a great experience here. Chris was personable and friendly, and I watched how thorough the mechanics were with the work they did on my car. Came here on a whim because my usual body shops were all packed with 2-3 hour waits, and I was able to get right in (I know that s outside of anyone s control just noting it). Will be coming back when I need more work done on my vehicle.

Can t believe this is even worth leaving a review for I stopped by to get some AIR, I realized a few hours later he decided to keep my valve stem cap why? For something that s $5 but so petty. Taller guy, African American. Appreciate you for being an inconvenience in my life man thanks

Been here a few times over the years. Every time they are very professional and flexible. They are knowledgeable and give solid recommendations, but aren't pushy at all. Everything about the way they act says they respect their customers and try to do good by them, which is a fantastic find in any shop relating to cars haha.

I have been coming here for over two years. These guys hands down have the best prices, customer service and are trust worthy. Plenty of times I come in here thinking there is a major issue with my car but am told it s a much simpler fix and they take care of it. Thank you Mike, Chris and the team for all you do! I recommend all my friends and family here with no doubts at all

STAY AWAY!They sold me a used tire and guaranteed it will pass the inspection, however it s failed the inspection when Inspection place inspected it. I called them again and they denied to refund or replace it for me! And also offer a pass inspection with that tire if I do the inspection with them!!!

Being in the classic, musclecar and exotic car business I have crossed paths with hundreds of body and repair facilities over last 20 years. I recently moved to the Plano area and needed tires for both of my cars and an oil change for my hot rod. After looking at my options I chose One Stop. From the owner Michael, the manager Chris and all of the technicians, they re nothing but knowledgeable, lighthearted and professional. I had a brand of tires picked out and they switched me to a different brand that was owned by the bigger brand. They saved me close to $200. They could ve given me what I asked for but didn t. I used that extra money to take care of other needed repairs that I put off and the technicians took care of it, with confidence. What s more impressive, no dirt in the car when done. If you re in the area, and on the fence on where to go, give them a shot. I m confident you ll receive the same professional courtesy I did.

Chris, Stephen, an Don were fantastic! I went in with no A/C, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Which was a chewed through wire to the compressor. Most shops would have taken the quick and easy route and charged me an arm and leg, but these guys took the time to repair only what was damaged. They have a customer for life!

I had a screw in my tire and put a plug in the previous day. They checked it out and confirmed the tire wasn't leaking and didn't try to sell me new tires. I didn't pay anything and was there less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend.

I went here because they have good ratings. Overall the staff inside was very nice. I have been having issues with one of my tires. I specifically pointed out the tire I was having issues with. The tread on it was starting to separate even though it was a good tire. They said they would change it no problems and I decided to get two so my ride would be as smooth as possible. They changed out the wrong tire and threw out a perfectly good tire with great tread. I noticed immediately when I got on the highway the next day because it was the same problem I had been having. I called them and brought it back the next day. They claimed they got in it, drove, and felt no issues. 100% false. How can you not feel tread separation going down the highway??? Now I m out $215 and on top of that have to buy another tire so now I m out $330 total. Completely frustrated because when I came back for a third time they continued to argue with me instead of owning up to their mistake. No apologies, no refund, no nothing. Take your business elsewhere. Discount Tire a block down the road took care of me. I recommend them.

I'm new to the area and picked up a screw in my tire, so I went here because of all the good reviews. And indeed, strictly from a tire-fixing perspective, they did a great job!I WAS THE ONLY ONE WEARING A MASK--forget gloves for staff or the like. They hadn't adjusted the seating to ensure social distancing, and as far as I could tell they were taking no COVID-19 precautions whatsoever (and FOX News was on, just to fulfill the stereotype). When I was being rung out, the cashier told me that it was great people were getting back out & about again--I felt like informing him that my mother's assisted-living facility had its first COVID-19 case last Saturday, but I figured he'd probably tell me that she deserved to die.If you are elderly or immune compromised, or if you live with someone who is elderly or immune compromised, DO NOT GO HERE. Find someplace else.

Mike is the man!! Trustworthy and honest. He will do you right every time and will do his best to make you happy. So will Chris. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!

I have been going to this Goodyear for over 5 years and would not go elsewhere for car maintenance. The personnel are knowledgeable, direct and honest. The mechanics work hard and are efficient in their jobs as well. You cannot go wrong taking your car here, ask for Darrell.
