Couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed my car's battery replaced ASAP and when I contacted Goodhood they immediately replied and they even offered to perform the replacement on the same day!! They were super flexible on the time and I was able to book a 7pm appointment. The mechanic arrived exactly by 7pm and the service was phenomenal. Not only did he replace the car battery so quickly, but he also performed other checks on the car to ensure that other things look good. The convenience of receiving the service anywhere you want at any time you want is actually the best thing ever.

It starts okay. You get a quote online quickly. Almost immediately they follow up with a call trying to get you booked. I used their service and now have an issue. I've been trying to have someone come back out and take a look at the issue. My car is making a noise that wasn't there until the control arms got replaced. They literally will not answer my phone calls or texts to get a tech back out. However, when placing another quote, they immediately will call you back. During this call back, I brought up I wanted a tech to come back out to inspect the work, they said they would look to schedule me ASAP. Two more text messages to GoodHood and still no response. DO NOT USE.

My car is still not fixed been sitting up for almost a week, every time I call them they say the part will be here later today, that was last Thursday they rescheduled for today later today is Saturday I called again before they closed and was told they still don't have the part yet. I gave them a one star because I wanted to give a negative review, please don't use these people because they aren't professional and don't do what they agreed to do but they immediately tie up the repair charges so you have no choice but to wait for them, I will never use them again.

Like several other recent reviews stated they will give you a quote quickly, but after the mechanic didn t show for the appointment no one would ever respond to me. I called and texted to ask what was happening and no response. I wouldn t waste your time with them.

Goodhood technician came to my house and changed the front and rear brakes on my Corvette. He did a wonderful job and was great at paying attention to detail. I will definitely be using this company for my future needs.

I got a mechanic named Carlos. He was awesome. From the time he got here he explained everything he was going to do. As he worked he explained everything he was doing. Why he was doing it. And he then told me everything else I needed done for my car and the order I should get it done in. Of course I got the membership because of Carlos.

My experience with goodhood auto was terrible...when I set up the appointment time frame was set for 2 to 6. So no set appointment time for when you will been seen so, basically you are on call for there availability! But anyways..went to my car which has been sitting in a church parking lot for a week, waiting for the mechanic to show up and halfway in to the time of wait I called and found out the mechanic had apparently no called and no showed to work. So wasted my day. They couldn't tell you that the guy didn't show up. Reschedule 2 days later and again the mechanic had an emergency so he wouldn't be able to make it. Bottom line no mechanic is apparently working for goodhood!!

Marco was super knowledgeable and friendly. I needed tires... oil change... state inspection on my F-350. He explained things in a way I could easily comprehend and made me aware of wait times and fees ahead of time. Would definitely return for any maintenance issues.

The mechanic from Goodhood was very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions/concerns. He was extremely helpful and straightforward. Was not pressured to do anything I wasn t ready to repair. Deserves more than 5 starts.

I requested for a mechanic to come to my house because my car wouldn't start anymore. Within the hour, someone was with me and helped me resolve the issue. New parts were installed for a good price. Thank you very much!

Goodhood are great folks to do business with. Clear communication, accurate estimate, and great work on the car. They even found the source of a leak that's been troubling my car for years. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The mechanic definitely knows how to lead a client in the proper right direction ( which you don't see that a lot in a mechanic ). Overall great service! Would definitely call Goodhood of Plano again!

I've been looking for a good mechanic for months and months, and tried going to several dealership/repair shops around town without success.Goodhood is amazing - unlike the dealerships, they don't try and upsell you on services you don't need

I called on a last thursday, and Marco came to my location within a few hours to figure out why my car wouldn't start. He explained my options clearly and gave me advice on the best course of action. He was nice, patient, and def sounded like he knew what was going on.Because they didn't have the part that day, marco came back the next morning and fixed my car in less time than he originally estimated.This company really cares about their customers. They even called me later to check how everything went after the initial visit. They don't treat ppl like they're just a number, which happens a lot with other mechanics, rushing through and on to the next appointment. I'll definitely use this company again if I have any future car problems!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

Marco came out and helped us with our car issue. We were stranded at Chens Chinese restaurant because the car wouldn't start. Thankfully there were shops around so we could kill time for Marco to take care of our vehicle. Super glad they were able to help so we could head back home. Thanks again good hood. 5 stars for professional and efficient service.

I called to ask prices for brakes more than $800 for service on a buick. Lol I don't know anything about cars but I know that they don't charge not even half of that price for that service.
