Fixed my car almost two years ago in the driveway of a residential house in Plano and the city gave ME a code violation ticket based on my license plate and it took this long to finally resolve it. Guys, get a shop. Also beware of the code enforcement that now knows what you re doing based on my ticket dismissal hearing.

Fix A Dent Frisco was very professional. I got an appointment for repairs soon than other auto centers and the return of my repaired car was within a week rather than the three to four week estimate that I got from other auto shops. The work that was completed was excellent. The damage on my car was done so well I thought they replaced it with a new hood. Luke was very professional and patient. He worked with me and my insurance claim and walked me through the steps to get my repairs done with excellent service. I was apprehensive and surprised to see five-star ratings on reviews. My cars�lower trim had a little dent.Luke replied and communicated so well on a Sunday, ensuring that I received all of the information I required. He listened patiently and did not try to take advantage of the situation.Instead of pressuring me to spend more money, he called the next day to see what could be done. It was a pleasure doing business with Luke. He delivered on time as promised, the work was excellent and it was well priced. Our car has a unique color (it's black but with the light it turns a dark wine color), so I was worried about the color matching. He confirmed that wouldn't be an issue and sure enough it turned out perfect. The fender was fixed and my car now looks brand new again. Overall, extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professional service. One quick note: his body shop is in McKinney not Frisco. I believe his office is what shows up when you search it up on Google. I went to the wrong place the first time. I definitely recommend Fix A Dent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great work, had a dent in the rear bumper and that has been removed quite good. I didn't want to get a new bumper and spend like couple grand on it so asked to press out the dent as much as possible, after the work is done i can barely see the dent or any remains. Its not perfect as new but a lot better than my bumper with an accident/dent.I definitely will suggest the place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Luke was very professional and friendly. He gave me a great quote too. He set the apt and was on time. The dent was in a crease which was hard to fix and we are very pleased with the repair and how neat he was since he did the repair in our driveway. We asked him to look at a few dings on my husband s car and he was very honest and said we didn t need to fix them. We are leasing and don t intend to buy it at the end of the lease. He said the dings are not big enough to worry about. We appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Fix a dent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome workmanship! I got into a wreck and had a pretty bad damage on my truck. Fix-A-Dent helped us and got my truck back after 2 weeks! They did a pretty good job and is highly recommended!

Luke was very helpful, came down in a day and got my bumper fixed up in just a few minutes. took the extra time to clean off all the paint on the bumper as well and did it all for about a quarter of what i was expecting. Incredible work. Every place I went to wanted to charge me for things I didn't want or need. I was given a fair and honest opinion, he was able tonslow me in immediately and fix my car up the same day. The bumper and light are not completely reattached and function. Could not be happier. He will work with you to get what you need done. Can't stop raving.

Luke came out the same day to look at both cars that had scratches on them, provide recommendations, and a quote. He provided three different options, including pros/cons of each and didn t pressure me to make a decision. He fixed both the body bracing/structure and scratch to where both vehicles look like there was never any damage. Definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Workers are very responsible and quick at work ..They even let you come to their home on off hours for quick fix ..I highly suggest visiting if you got any repair work or replacement work ..for small fixings .. they dont even charge .. awesome ..Service: Body & Trim
