I had a great experience here. Visiting on a Saturday I expected to wait much longer for the state inspection, but they got me in promptly and the garage crew worked quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean and well kept.James & Sam at counter were awesome. They were finny, personable, and extremely helpful. Because of them and the great experience I had, I ll return to this location in the future. Keep up the good work!

the manager James is awesome. he fixed an issue we ran into with the online booking system for a tire install. we picked a date of install (several days out) and the type of tires for my wife's car online. However, the website didn't indicate whether the tire was in stock or not (the ones we picked were on back order)because of the inconvenience of the system and because we had to come back the following day, he price matched a competitive set and got us taken care of. We will be doing business with them going forward on our other vehicles.

Had a great experience at Firestone - on Legacy & Coit. Jose and Sam were both very courteous as well as professional. I actually felt that they cared about my car too!!! Nicely Done in a world where we dont have lots of good customer service experiences. Worth taking the time to do this !

I've been going to Firestone for years, and this location has been the best by far. I had to get an alignment done before a trip to Austin during one of the busiest times of the year, and no one in my area could fit me in. I called in the night before, and Chris scheduled me early in the morning and had it done quickly and efficiently. After asking, I was allowed in the back to look underneath the car and check on a few parts I had installed previously in the week. Everyone I talked to knew a great deal about OEM and aftermarket steering components. I highly recommend this location.

Exceptional Service for Classic Cars!I recently had a flat on my 1974 El Camino, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Firestone Auto Care. Simon and James displayed an impressive level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for classic cars. They efficiently fixed the issue, and I'm now a loyal customer. Highly recommend for any classic car enthusiast!

James at this location was great!I have a car with abnormal tire sizes, so when I booked my appointment late on a Friday night for a Sunday appointment I didn t realize the potential issues.Initially I d booked at the Allen location on Greenville. Dan called me on Saturday morning to let me know my tire size wasn t in stock and wasn t super interested in finding a solution. After I told him I had a road trip on Tuesday, he offered to call another store to see if the tires they showed in stock were available or already reserved for another customer. Mind you, they re not common tires, so odds are they re reserved, but OK.Dan called me and confirmed that the tires showing at another store were, in fact, for another customer. Then . he recommended I try Discount Tire.Enter James.I called the Firestone on Coit just to see if what I d been told was accurate and encountered James.James also told me my tire size wasn t commonly on hand. However, he also told me he d find me the best option possible with my time constraints and would call me back in 15 minutes.He did just that. He found the tires I needed. Scheduled me for Monday and had my car in and out before my actual appointment time passed.James customer service was PHENOMENAL and greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!Lastly, Dan at that Greenville location said he d move my Sunday appointment to Monday and would try to find a tire Monday morning.As I type this at 10:15 pm on Monday, I ve not heard from Dan or his store.Thanks for nothing, Dan.Thank you for all your help and great service, James!

Dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and tire pressure check. Guy charges me 10 bucks for the tire check. Great start.At 2:12 I call to check on the status of my vehicle, and am told it hasn't started yet, but my vehicle was next. At 4:10 I call back and am informed they haven't started yet. At 4:30 I get a ride over. They have not started. They finally inform me that after checking the tires, I am informed they need to replace a tire, and only a more expensive brand is available. At 6:10 they finally finish. They do not give me a receipt, only tell me it's been emailed. I drive off. My tire pressure alert has still not cleared. I review the bill and see I was also charged for a tire patch they did not do. I go back to the store frustrated and inform the employee who sighs, places a hand on his head, and asks me to just come back tomorrow. I notify him that I will be back, but please notify whoever will be there that I will be angry. I then get a call as I pull back to my house by I'm guessing the manager, who tells me I have no right to be angry and they will be refunding me when I go back tomorrow. I am now furious and inform the manager as much before hanging up. After not answering to take more rebuke from him, the manager texts me that if I don't call back and de-escalate that I won't be allowed in (you know, to get the money they wrongfully charged me). Terrible experience.UPDATE: upon getting home, I inspected my engine - they overfilled the oil and oil is all over my engine and the lift handle to the hood.

Brought my wifes 2018 Ford Focus ST to this location for an alignment and they insist the front tie rods get replaced. Fast forward 5 months and I go to drive the car and the steering wheel isn't centered and I hear a metal clunking coming from the front end when turning the wheel. Turns out both front tie rods have come loose as Firestone doesn't use thread locker and/or didn't tighten them sufficiently. I wouldn't recommend them to service anything critical on your vehicle as this is dangerous. We will be taking this car somewhere reputable to get another alignment and make sure it's safe to drive.

Went in for a tire rotation and now my car has all these issues it did not have prior to me dropping it off. This is the worst establishment I have been too. I only came to the Firestone because I purchased my tires there and the tire rotations are supposed to be free. I felt like they tired to take advantage of me because I am a woman. It was a degrading experience with the way my car was handled. I will never come back to this location.

Went to Firestone in Plano to get new tires and oil Changedropped off my car.The tech called me hours later looking for the wheel lock key and informed me that they tore the car apart looking for it which by the way called me hours later after I had dropped off the car. Then took all day to oil change and change the tires finally at closing time I was still waiting for my car in the dark I am assuming now that they waited till closing because they knew had bad they damage my rim so then they park the car in the tightest parking space away from me in the dark I am assuming to hide the damage Rim. The Rim Looks like someone tried to pry off the mag with a crowbar.Called them they said they contacted the manager but no reponse from anyone after texting them the pics no one ever responded to me about itI will never go to Firestone again. I asked what can be done to make up for this all I wanted was a response saying we are sorry and maybe some credit back to make up for the damaged rim, but got nothing from them except ignored.

I went for complete car inspection with car care pkg. after an hour they returned my car. In a hurry i took car and started to home. After reaching home when in seen cluster to switch of ignition heat light and airbag lights were ON. Before i went to firestone only tmps light was ON after there inspection I don t know what they did 2 more lights are ON.Even they didn t rotates tyres. They didn t even put air for emergency tire. They said they filled windshield washer liquid but it was also not upto the mark.Totally dissatisfied with firestone!!!!

this particular firestone always does an excellent job and makes sure the customer is happy and vehicle is in top shape. my truck and i feel so fortunate to have this firestone so close. the employees are all outstanding.

Signal for tire sill on after complete new tire here.I went there this week because my tires signal went on. When I get there the front desk told me that we just need to pump the air in the tires. However, the light is still on so I went back and the guy told me I need to pay service fee $50 plus tax for the diagnosis code. Which doesn t make any sense. I saw many bad review and you guys just said sorry but no action. Please train your employees properly and I do recommend anyone that are planning to come here please consider because they will damage your car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

All the staff is new. They are horrendous!!! The worst customer service! We bought a tire from this location on Coit and Legacy and we were told we had warranty on it. We brought it in today to have it fixed and we were refused service because we refused to change out all of the tires. We were told we HAD to purchase 4 new tired because my car is AWD and they cant just replace one. My husband started calling the corporate office due to the refusal to honor what we were promised and Sam, the assistant store manager, told him I am quoting him verbatim "that since he reached out to corporate he needs to leave the store." Now if that doesn't sound corrupted and like the biggest scam than I don't know what does. He wanted to weasel my husband into buying four new tires. He needs to be fired from Firestone before he completely destroys the Firestone reputation. So dear Firestone, since you are refusing to honor the warranty you promised with my tire purchase you need to refund me for my tire.Service: Tires

This review is not for Firestone in general. I have taken my vehicles to other Firestone locations in the city and generally been happy with the work and services. This review is only for this location. The staff are very rude. I dropped off my car for an alignment on a weekend morning and was promised it would be done that day. I called a few hours later for an update. I was rudely told to come pick it up because they would not do it that day. No apology, no offer to reschedule. Don't know if the service is good or not, but the attitude definitely isn't.

Not sure why anyone even comes here. I wish I had read the reviews first. It s all true, they were hard selling work I didn t need. When I declined new tires, they told me I needed an alignment and my car was aligned worst than before I came in I suspect purposefully so I would need tires sooner. Please don t support scammers, cheaters and unethical businesses like this shop and bring your car elsewhere. Discount tires is way better for tires and there are plenty of independent shops that offer better service like integrity 1st automotive just across the street. This Firestone is only focused on hitting some sales number by any means necessary and definitely not about building honest long term relationships with their customers. Corporate should come in and fire the whole staff and start over as it s ruining the Firestone brand

My experience with Firestone Autos was an absolute nightmare. I regret having to write my first Google review about them, but I feel compelled to share my terrible encounter. I went in for a standard vehicle inspection, opting for Firestone's supposed $21.99 package. However, what followed was a series of blatant attempts to rip me off and scam me.After waiting for an excruciating one and a half hours, they presented me with a laundry list of unnecessary recommendations:They insisted on changing all four brake pads and rotors, performing a brake fluid flush, and a coolant flush, amounting to an estimated $1200.They tried to sell me four new tires, even though my current ones were fairly new and under seven months old. I had a lifetime warranty from where I initially purchased the tires, which would replace them for free in case of any issues. Yet, they quoted an outrageous estimate of $2000 for the tires.On top of that, they mentioned other vague expenses amounting to an estimate of $2600.The store manager was incredibly pushy, attempting to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. I explained that I couldn't proceed that day due to financial constraints until I received my salary by the 1st of the next month. This made him angry, and he questioned why I wasted his time getting all these estimates. I reminded him that their primary job is to fix cars, not pressure customers into expensive services. He insisted that the estimates would change after two days, which sounded like a scare tactic to make me act immediately.In addition to their unscrupulous practices, they disregarded my request not to replace the tires because of the existing lifetime warranty. They simply wouldn't listen to my concerns.After enduring a two-hour wait, I took my car to Brakes Plus and had the job done for less than $700. They confirmed that the rotors were fine and only required resurfacing, not replacements.To add to the frustration, when Firestone removed my wheels, they carelessly left my keys behind. I had to argue with them again just to retrieve my keys, and they even had the audacity to blame me for their mistake.I strongly advise against going to this establishment. Don't be fooled by their intimidating tactics, jargon, and scaremongering. Take your car elsewhere to get an honest opinion and fair treatment. I would never recommend Firestone Autos to anyone after the appalling experience I had with them.If there is negative 100... I would have given it... bad attitude, bad customer service, bad personalities

Don't go here, they'll bust your hubcaps and not secure them. One fell off heading home, other one was busted. Both on the left and right rear when new Primewell tires installed. Waited by the desk for 8 minutes when another customer came in, then Robert finally came out from the shop sitting I guess in front of a computer. Rating will change when and if they refund the cost of new hubcaps.

This location consistently impresses me with tact, honesty and skill, particularly with tire service on my AMG Mercedes models and SUV s for over 2 decades. The team management training must run deep as I could not recommend them more highly.

I love going to this Firestone. Ive found them to be honest with their recommendations but on this occasion when compared to other places replacing a battery the cost was almost twice the cost of other battery service centers in the area. They wouldn t even consider matching. We got the service done even to the protest in of my son because of time. Although I love this store, I will have to reconsider my visits now. This is the only reason for the three stars!

Rude staff - Incompetent serviceI had a disappointing experience with Firestone a while back when I took my car for a flat tire repair. Just had the time to write the review.Upon arriving at the Firestone, I explained the situation to the staff and left my car with them. To my surprise, at the end of the day, I received a call from the Firestone representative stating that they were unable to locate the hole in the tire. When I arrived to pick up the car I insisted that the tire was losing 5-6 PSI pressure through the day. In response, they were very rude and basically saying I was mistaken, that the two technicians checked it and they would have found it if there was an issue.I then decided to take my car to another shop. The technician there was able to identify the issue (basically a penetrating nail) in the tire within literally 30 seconds. He then repaired the tire quickly.While Firestone is generally known as a reputable brand, my experience with this particular center has definitely missed the mark by a lot, and I will not go there again.

I do not know who purchased this fire stone recently. I know it has changed hands many times. The young men who are running the store. Refuse to honor any of my warranties were rude and insolent. Spoke to me like I was a stupid woman, and I will never use this store again. I ve complain to the corporate company who has done nothing about it. This is the worst automotive store in Plano. They refused to honor my warranties because I would not buy new tires that were not needed.

I 100% regret not reading the reviews, RECENTLY, about their customer service. I m in limbo now as I used my insurance to tow my car there for a repair and as MANY other customers have stated, their customer service is below par. Just a heads up.
