Rusty is THE BEST!!! He is honest, kind, and does a great job. As a woman, I have felt talked-down to at many car places, but Rusty at Firestone has such great people skills I stopped going to my old garage to work with him. Thank you all for excellent service!

I made an online Saturday 9am appointment for my vehicle inspection.. walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. Was pleasantly impressed with the inspection process here.. my vehicle was finished within 15 minutes.. will definitely return. Thank you!!

Squeaky brake job. I ve been going to Firestone for car maintenance since the early 1980 s. No issues until this past August. Spent $487 on a front end brake job. After two weeks the brakes started squeaking. They function OK, but squeak loudly when braking. Brought the car back for inspection and fixing. Got inspected, but was told sometimes they just squeak. They just need to break in. Funny it s been 8 weeks and I have the only car that squeaks like crazy. Oh, that Firestone 1year warranty . really means nothing at this store.

I left my car overnight because I had a flat tire and they said it was too late for them to do anything about it. The guy called me in the morning recommended I get two new ones for the front. I did that. I picked up the car and paid $250 and the exclamation mark is still on my dashboard.I asked the guy up front why that was he said he didn t know and that I should call the other guy in the morning. I said can t you plug this in and tell me what s wrong with it- he said I d have to come in the morning to get that done.Ridiculous. Haven t used Firestone since 2009. And now I remember why. I d get better service at a Walmart or some tiny independent shop.

I left my car to get my AC fixed by recharging it since the AC was producing slight cold air at around 9am came back after my class because they called me and told me it was good and it was fixed. I showed up, paid nearly $200 (which keep in mind $200 is a lot for a student), and left to go to my next class. Less than 3 min later I noticed something is off, the AC is still not working, so i give them a call and they guy flat out told me "yeah our bad we didn't get to fix it yet you can either come back tomorrow or turn around" Then of course I turned around because I don't want them arguing it the next day. I come back give them my keys and they "fix it" which didn't help. I ended up missing my next class and the "fix" didn't last for 20 min and now the car doesn't even produce any cold air. Not to mention earlier during my first visit the guy walked me to my car and explained to me I need a new compressor in the future which is weird because I just bought the car a few months ago. Then he proceeds to show me that there is a leak which is funny because before I left my car there the compressor was not leaking liquid and I took pictures before hand because now a days mechanics like to trick female drivers. Overall don't go here, you are going to leave with more issues than you had plus the labor price is like double it should be. If you do end up deciding to go here make sure you take pictures of everything and watch very carefully what they do.

This place is cleaned, you could notice a true teamwork. There's not pressure to sell anything that your car doesn't need. Moreover, they bilingual.

I ve been here twice now, once to pick up a company truck for my boss and second time to inquire. I waited to write this because I was giving the benefit of the doubt. First time I was picking up a company truck he told me he didn t have any of those trucks, was pretty dismissive, and then helped the man behind me for 20 minutes and then when he was done with him he knew what truck I was talking about. The truck s driver side window was down and not working and all of the compartment side latch doors were unlatched so when I drove off they flew open. Second time I went in to inquire about something and the guy at the counter couldn t be bothered to even look up let alone barely respond to me. I was the only one at the counter, one woman sitting in a chair. I don t wanna speculate but I m speculating. They treat women pretty poorly and seem to think they need to uphold this image of mechanics being rude and condescending. Although a lot of the recent reviews are 1 to 2 stars and about how rude they are.

I really appreciated Arturo. He took a lot of time to walk me through what was wrong with my car, and I really trusted him.

Went in at 10am. Told them which tires I wanted, which was the Bridgestone dueler A/T REVO3. Wanted a somewhat aggressive look but in a streetable tire. They werent in stock but said they could get them here by 2. At 130pm they called said they were in. Was back at store by 2pm. Was out at 3pm with new tires all the way around and a lifetime wheel alignment, which I might add, is the only place I know of that offer it. For the cost of tires these days, glad it's only once every 6 to 8 years. Only thing I think they could have done in addition is washed the tires after install so the dripping from the bead lube wasnt visible, as you can see from the shiny areas on sidewalls. Would still do it all over again with them. Give them an A. A+ if the sidewalls were cleaned.

Never again I brought my car in for vibration of steering wheel and shaking stick shift. I told them to check my brakes/rotors cause I'm sure it was that. And if everything is good then maybe it's the tires. They called me and said everything was good with brakes/rotors and that was a lie. Spent close to $500 for something I didn't need.Took to Lexus dealership and paid $50 for them tell me that my rotors are warped. GOOD JOB FIRESTONE AND NO ONE IS EMAILING YALL WITH THE PROBLEM IM TELLING YOU NOW WHAT YALL DID WRONG. YALL CONTACT ME

I did use them in the past. I was ok with the work these guys did. I was not coming here again but decided to try again starting with oil change. I set up the appointment online. When I arrived for the appointment the guy was rude and said. " appointment doesn't mean anything. If you want to wait I will squeeze you in" I had many other repairs in mind which might have added to nearly $1000. Due to his behavior I politely said . "THANKS and good bye." Stay away from these guys...

I went in to ask if they could do a simple diagnostic check for my check engine light, a process that takes less than five minutes, and at this time there were zero cars in the garage and multiple mechanics sitting there on their phones doing absolutely nothing. The person working inside was incredibly rude and looked at me like I had blood on my hands and tried to tell me that I could drop my car off and come back, instead of just coming out to my car and doing the check, which again takes mere minutes. Ridiculously disrespectful and if it s too much to take a few minutes to do this check, I d definitely not take my car here.EDIT: I took my car to another shop later this day and they came out and ran the diagnostic in a matter of minutes, you know, how long I said it would initially take. And their garage was completely full yet they still took care of me. Take notes Firestone!

I first visited this store a couple of months ago when COVID-19 started and they were not getting very many customers at the time. I spoke with a very nice female manager that answered my questions and helped me set up an appointment to have the oil changed in my Ford F250 Super Duty with a Diesel engine. I called them, because I work in an office building just across the street from them, and they are very convenient, and I could leave my vehicle there all day if needed. On this visit they were very accommodating, friendly and provided great customer service. I know that diesels take more labor, oil and are heavier to lift, but I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed again, and was told that they do not work on F250 pickups. I thought that was a little strange, but decided to stop in this morning and check again. They said they could change the oil, but the price quoted seemed higher than before, but decided that the convenience was worth the price. Then I asked if I could walk out the back through the shop as I had in the past and it would a 1/4 of the distance to my office. While all of the mechanics were eating breakfast at 8:30 just on the other side of the glass, I was told rudely that I needed to walk around the building. I decided at that point that I would rather suffer the inconvenience of having the work done on a Saturday while I waited, than deal with poor customer service. If you want customer service over price and convenience. I would suggest going elsewhere as I did.

I read reviews and gave them on honest shot. They have been fantastic and gone over and beyond making sure my car is safe and performing great. Yes. Their tires were a little more than Costco, but there are a few thousand Firestone locations to help me with an issue as I travel quite a bit. A lifetime alignment policy on your car through Firestone os a no brainer too.Rusty has bee great helping me and I'll be bringing my other vehicles to him I'm the coming months. Thanks

Rusty is always sweet and professional. Our cars are typically done within a few hours and we always know the story with 60 min, even if it's going to be something more involved.

My brakes were grinding and I went to NTB last week for an inspection. They wanted to charge over $1,300 for parts and labor. Firestone fixed my brakes AND replaced my tires for a little over $1,100. I know where I'm going next time I need car service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

This Firestone location was recommended by a coworker, and I've made 2 separate visits since moving to Plano- once for an oil change, and once for an inspection. Each time, the staff was friendly, and the service was finished sooner than promised. They explained up front that any additional service wouldn't be added unless they spoke with me and I okay'd it first. I'll definitely be back for all of my care care needs! Thanks Firestone!

I visited this shop last Saturday because my car wouldn't start. They checked the car and told me that the starter was the problem and it would take 1.5 to 2 hrs. I authorized the service and left my car there. It was about 4:30 and they didn't even call me by the end of the day. So, I had to call them on Sunday morning, and went to pick it up.The bigger problem came up after picking up my car. I noticed that the car was overheated after not so long drive. When I opened the hood, I noticed that the coolant tank was empty. I've never had the problem of overheating before visiting this shop. I came home and went over the bill I got and was freaked out. On the last page, they listed the 'recommended service' and guess what? the coolant service was right there. I post the picture. How can you intentionally drain the coolant tank so that the customer would use the coolant service? If I were a total novice, it could've caused a lot of damage and even accidents. I would definitely not come back to this shop or firestone brand, and recommend you to stay away from them.

Let me preface this by saying the guys that work at this location are nice. However I was wholly unimpressed with how things were run today. Due to my busy schedule, I didn't have a chance to do my inspection earlier in the month, so I did it today. I let them know that I would wait for my vehicle, but would go get some lunch across the street in the meantime. They confirmed my cell and let me know they'd call me when it was done.Lunch took all of 30 minutes, so I walked back over to the store, noticing that my vehicle had been moved from where I parked it to the parking lot nearest to the garage. Thinking they'd moved it into queue, I popped a squat inside to wait. 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by...then up to an hour went by. No updates on my car, no call saying it was done. Finally my name was called and I walked up to pay. We went through the whole thing and they handed me my keys. Only they weren't my keys. Come to find out there was someone else who'd dropped off their car with the same first name as me. And my car wasn't ready yet. Fun stuff.I stepped out to make a call and asked about my car when I came back in. The guy at the desk was helpful but flustered and said he'd let me know. Not even 5 minutes later, my name was called and the correct keys were handed to me. I paid and walked out to my car.Which was parked where I saw it when I walked back over from lunch.Which means that my car had been ready a full hour and a half prior to checking out. With no call or indication that my inspection had been completed. So that's how that visit went. I'm not sure I'd visit this location again for anything other than a tire check. Hope everyone else has a more productive visit than I did today!

I just walked in and asked what they charge for a complete vehicle inspection and was told by the front desk guy that Firestone does not do that when it clearly states online that it s done. I was confused and refused service. Was told you have a Toyota you should be good lol. Will be taking myself right to NTB.

I've taken several of my cars here over the years and have always felt that I received quality service. Yes, some of their parts and services are a little more pricey than other shops but what you're paying for is convenience. They have been helpful and consiterate in answering questions and I haven't felt pressured to get unnecessary repairs done. A little knowledge goes a long way - they have a job to do and it's your job as a customer to educate yourself prior to having any work done. I would definitely recommend this Firestone for basic auto care

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Rusty, the Manager, was extremely rude and condescending and told me if I don t like what he is telling me I can go to another Firestone, seriously!? He didn t at all listen to what I asked him for as a customer, he was extremely argumentative, very disrespectful and rude!!! Furthermore, he gave me all false information about the warranty on my brakes and how to rectify the issue. I left and went elsewhere and got fantastic customer service. I do NOT recommend this Firestone and will never go there again!!!! I would give this place 0 stars but that isn t an option.

I was impressed today. I went to Firestone all the times, they have great attitude. Today I replaced two tires and sway bar, the price was originally over 600$, and I swiped my card. But when I got back to pick up my car I was told I got a promotion and 90$+ was waived. So they asked me to swipe card again and voided original transaction , paid 500$+ finally. I was amazed, never imagine it could happened, the lady served me today is Bobby, really grateful for the less price. :)

Had a 4 wheel alignment performed on my mazda miata. I was looking for a more precise alignment than just to factory specifications. The staff was extremely pleasant and had no problem aligning my car per my request (other shops had declined when I called because they did not want to spend the time). The manager was excellent and said it was no problem. The technician who aligned my vehicle walked me back into the shop a couple times to confirm that the numbers looked good. Overall extremely happy and would recommend anyone else bring their car.

Went here to get tires fixed as we have all Firestone tires with Roadside Insurance on them. Was informed that they would need to charge me for one of the tires. There reasoning was because the tire had no tread. Now I found this interesting because this is the same tire that I came into this same establishment with less than a month ago for a slow leak. At that time I asked the gentleman about the tire, since it wasn't the first time this tire had issues with tire pressure. I asked about the tread on the tire and was told that I had at least 20k miles left on it.... So why are you asking me to pay for a new tire? I only drive approximately 100 miles a week and at most it has been a month... therefore, what happened to the other approximate 19k miles of tread that I was told that I had left?????***************WARNING *************DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
