Brought car for alignment and check TPMS light.They told me there is 2 to 3 hours wait. The body language was to send me away and not have the service. I insisted to have the car worked on while I wait. The car was fixed within an hour.I was told one of the Sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. The invoice charged for all 4 with installation fee. When I told them, I was told only one was bad, they took sometime and told me it was mistake and charged for one. If I was not attentive, would have been ripped off.TPMs sign still lit after one day. Took appointment on phone and when reached here, again being told it will take time as many cars are in front of me. When I told I have the appointment, the guy started arguing. Still waiting what will happen.Extremely dissatisfied with service here and will not comeback and not recommend anyone this place.

I was treated unfairly and noticed all the white customers received A+ customer service. Luis, at the register, was unpleasant and told me to go somewhere for the tire install even though I had an appointment and waited 4 days. I was told that I would receive a full refund because the wheel alignment and tire install was terrible. My truck shakes at around 60mph. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the refund. Luis had the audacity call me irate because I demanded to be treated fairly. This a typical response when a black man stands his ground. I filed a complaint with corporate. Adding here. I took my truck to another tire shop and mechanic. Conclusion .. Firestone techs never righted the bolts!!!!!!! I haven t received my refund and it s been 4 weeks. If you re in the DFW. Avoid any of their locations. I recommend Costco, Discount Tire, Master Tech, Walmart.I m updating this review. Bridgestone (Firestone) never honored the refund and I will be suing.

The technicians at this location have provided great service, and everyone that I have encountered at the front desk have been courteous and extremely helpful. I actually switched to this location after taking my car in for a strange noise coming from my brakes after having brake service done at another Firestone location. They quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. I have been going here since.

Nothing wrong with the employees, the lady that helped me was great, but we were there an hour and my car was still in the parking lot. Went to a local shop nearby and got 4 new tires for the price of 2 at Firestone. In and out in 15 minutes.

Honestly kind of irritated. I work over nights so I had to stay up "late" to bring my car in for its appointment at 1. I received a call at 2 telling me they had been working on it but never got a call after that. I had told them they could just drop the keys inside when theyre done that way I don't have to go through extra hassle in the mornings with getting a ride over there.... well here we are at 8:27 I'm digging around in my car but no keys. I have never had to leave my car over night somewhere for an alignment and my car is seemingly the only one there. Needless to say I'm disappointed and frazzled.Service: Wheel alignment

I had a flat on the way home and they were the only Firestone that was willing to take me at such a late hour. They quickly got me in and repaired my tire so that I could get home. These were run flat tires as well, so I was happy they were able to repair it since they are hard tires to find. They also did a courtesy battery check as well. Luis was very friendly and helpful and Bryan did a great job on the repair and they did all of this for no charge. I was very grateful and couldn't have been more pleased with them.

This place is an absolute freaky joke. Went in here today because I need my tire patched and she told me that all they can do is put air in it. I went at 1:25 on a Sunday afternoon and it was the woman behind the counter and an older gentleman working. She told me that the old man was slow and they close at five and she couldn t do anything for me and I told her that this was a tire place. Why can they not fix my tire? And she kept saying she would like to help me, but she can t. How does this make any sense whatsoever considering this is a tire place. Do better.

I will never go to another Firestone location again, especially this one. Came in for brakes and an oil change, was quoted $1600 in additional repairs I wasn t inquiring about. I approved of $290 in repairs over the phone to Yesenia (who seemed to know nothing about my car s issues) and they performed $496 in repairs. They failed to quote the labor and still did the oil change despite telling me I needed repairs to my oil cap (they don t provide anything in writing). After arguing with me on the ovine, the best they had for me was I wasn t the one to quote you . $200 in unwelcome additional costs, lack of communication and professionalism are enough for me to never return. We have been bringing our cars in for 30 years, but will find a good mechanic.

It was the worst experience I had at Firestone. The customer service area has not been clean for weeks carpet not cleaned. He told me my car be ready in one hour it was over two hours, he said you need this and that I said ok , after two hours and extra expenses he said my car didn't pass inspection.

I had a bad experience at Firestone regarding getting new tires and then replacing my lesser worn out tires over the ones that were severely worn out. Revisited them again the following day and nothing changed as they were not able to put back my lesser worn out tires over the severely worn out tire wheel. Was frustrated and didn t reach out to the store manager that tried contacting me twice, he had left me a voicemail each time and was apologetic over the whole situation and advised me to contact him for a resolution. Waited until I was back in the area and was more calm to contact him. I reached out to Ulises today and we went over what had transpired before. Needless to say I will be changing my 1 star review to 5 stars . He went above and beyond to my satisfaction. He took care of me. He owned up to the mistake and offered me a remedy. I will continue to bring back my car, strongly recommend this Firestone in specific to my family and friends. Firestone you have won back my business.

Got my brakes done and the price was reasonable compared to other places and I got a nice discount other places didn't offer, still cost an arm and a leg but that's just what the work cost. The time estimate was about on point. They just definitely need to get more help because one guy just didn't need to be dealing with people and was gruff with the customers. I was kinda surprised. But, I don't think he was supposed to be working the front desk to begin with, but was cuz of being understaffed.

Went in to have we brakes repair!!! They apparently do not care about the we customers here!! Your money is no object to them.Asked for repair and they made it feel like if you do not do what they say needs to be done they want to argue or not perform the service. I just had the oil replaced 3 weeks ago and now they insist there is no oil. Crooks !!! Forceful about sales.!!! I will never be back to Firestone. To many other vendors out there to continue to give this company anymore money!!

Worst experience ever. Some guy name Ruiz Or Luis refused to help me. .I have the Firestone tire warrant and went in because of nail in my tire. Once I told Ruiz what needed he said he can t help me unless I drop of the car over night!?? He said he s not going to do a 15 dollar job right now and refused to help. I had no other choose but to use another tire shop because my tire was flat. Now my warranty is void . I will never ever do business with or refer anyone to Firestone again. I have multiple cars in there system smh this is very bad business .this is the September 10th 2022 around 4pm crew smh

Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate of my time. They identified the issue, fixed it, and even reminded me of my schedule included lifetime balance and rotate to take care of at the same time. This has quickly become my favorite Firestone location.

My sister and I get all our cars worked on here. It's not the high pressure sales technique we run into at other places that I think everyone can agree doesn't improve customer satisfaction or inspire loyalty.They are honest, clear of expectations, don't sugar coat expenses & will do their darndest to make sure it's within the timeline they give you.Situations out of their control happen and they try so hard; I appreciate them when they run into an issue that they will be honest and say "we can't work on this car because of x,y,z." It doesn't happen often but they do what they can when they can within safety & insurance limitations.

I've brought my car in a few times and have had adequate service. The last time I was here there was a younger service manager that was rather curt and rude and had the feeling I would not be revisiting. However, I had a problem with a tire and they had a warranty from Firestone. So I returned to get my tire replaced. However, this time around they seemed to have a new service manager (an older gentleman by the name of Rusty I think?) who was extremely patient and calm with every customer and person he dealt with. My service took longer than expected but he was very upfront about everything.

We have taken our vehicles to this Firestone location for years. We trust them completely and can recommend them with confidence and without hesitation. They will always be honest, never use pressure, and will always stand behind their work. Most recently, they even fulfilled warranty on work I had done at an out of state location. As long as we reside in this area, this Firestone Complete Auto Care will be our shop of choice. Their integrity deserves top praise and I wish them amazing success.

I got my oil change about 2 months ago at another Firestone location. Said car is in perfect condition and nothing else needed. Came today for an oil change, said my car needed almost $4000 worth of work and that it was all an emergency. Looked on my slip, and wasn't an emergency according to their written records. Now, my car is pulling like crazy and doesn't feel right, almost like my tires are not secure. I will take it to the other Firestone and see what they say. Everytime I come here, they try to upcharge me on everything and are extremely rude. I won't be back to this location ever again. I should have known better. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Beware and prepared to be ripped off. I was charged $960.00 for a service I found out later that should have cost around $200.00. Even if the website (see image) is a low ball price, they charged me $450.00+ for a part that ranges from $89 to $120 at most places. Even if I went with a high end part, it's still under $200.00...Also, the lifetime alignment service is a scam. I have requested it be done both times I was in this year, and both times it was not done. First time, they said the couldn't get done due to my time crunch (even though they still had me waiting hours for an inspection and tire replacement). Second time, I requested it be done since they would have my car all day. When I looked at the receipt, it said I had denied this service even though I asked the sales rep specifically to make sure it gets done along with a tire rotation (which also was not done).Needless to say, I recommend getting a second opinion on anything done by this place.

Took my car in for front end realignment. They replaced the shocks and some steering stuff also 4 new tires. All in all $3,000.00 worth of parts and work. They had to replace the lug nuts and didn't replace them with all the same kind. Some have a raised head and some have a recessed head. Then I told them the brake light was out on the drivers side and to please replace it. They didn't. After all of this work the car still won't steer straight. They also tried to up sell everything. I would recommend going over everything very carefully and make sure that you understand what they are going to repair. The service guys were very nice of course but they are more concerned with getting you to spend more and more. The tires they suggested I get were of course the most expensive they had. I told them several times I was on a very limited budget and needed tires that were cheaper. I didn't need the 75,000 mile warranty. 20,000 was more that enough. Needless to say I won't be back.

I went in knowing what I wanted already, so I can't say much about their sales pitches, but they were friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsell me. My transaction was handled quickly and the price on the tires I bought was better than most. I used to be a Discount Tire guy, but they were less than helpful last time I was there, so it looks like I'm now a Firestone guy.

I've been coming to this Firestone for 3 years now for my annual safety inspection on my car. They generally do a quick, easy job. This most recent time (2018), I was exceptionally pleased as it took them less than 15 minutes to perform the inspection. One of the attendants was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a nice little chat. If you fail the safety inspection you can bring it in again to have it retested at no cost for up to two weeks.

I especially like this location. They do a great job on my tires and oil changes. Also today i had a flat tire at 630p and they close at 7p. I called and they still got me in, whichi very grateful. Overall they are awesome!

Worse place to bring your vehicle for service. I came in for an aligment. Was told it would be an hour before they can get to my vehicle. After one and half an hour had passed, the older hispanic guy at the counter told me that it will be another hour before they can start on my vehicle becuase the technician that does the aligment just went on lunch. Seriously? To make matter worse, the hispanic guy told me if I don't like it, just call the Firestone 800 number and complain to them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The worker told me that my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced as soon as possible. He gave me an estimate for about $800. I went and got a second opinion and they told me that my brake pads had at least several months left and the rotors were fine. The estimate at that place was also much less than Firestone's. Won't be going back.

Always great, fast, and courteous service. Luis Rodriguez has taken care of me, my family, and my neighbors for years. Manager Ulises Gonzales is doing a great job with this location.
