Chris the manager is a great manager. A manager like how managers use to be, before the pandemic. Ms. Crystal is great!!! She will fine a coupon to apply to your service every time. This was my first time bring my car here. This location was recommended to me & I see why. They were timely, decent in pricing, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & overall they did a great job & even reminded me to do my state inspection. I normally go elsewhere but I decided to allow to do it. It was quick & easy!! This locations is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This location is my go-to Firestone location because of the great customer service and service time. They are real with the information and explain things in a clear way that I can understand. I do feel like I can actually trust this place not to screw with me or try to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. I have worked with Crystal the most along with Todd and they have been great. Highly recommend to anyone to come here.

I drove 8 hours to get to Plano for a wedding, and my check engine light came on. Chris, one of the workers, did a great job fixing my car and updating me throughout the service. I was recommended this Firestone location, and I can see why! I am very grateful for the timely service!! Thank you Chris!!

We ve been to this fire stone for multiple years now as a local in Plano and we ve never had any problems until today. We originally had a vehicle state inspection around a month ago, but never received the inspection paper for it. I called this morning and inquired about it and they informed us that we would need to go in person to get another reprinted copy which I was completely OK with. My mom went ahead to pick up another copy and for context, my mom is a Chinese immigrant with a pretty heavy accent and is not fluent in English at all. She had trouble understanding what the service tech was saying and was confused why they were reinspecting her car when all she was there for was the reprinted inspection report. I asked to speak to the technician and I asked for more clarification as to why the vehicle is being inspected again. In a mildly condescending tone the technician said, This has been explained throughly multiple times. The inspection is too old and we cannot reprint the report. We are going to reinspect the vehicle for free and provide a new report. The slight attitude and microaggression was not necessary at all. You can clearly tell from talking to my mom that she is not fluent in English. Therefore, she may not be able to understand, or comprehend your explanation. While I am glad that the problem was resolved today. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, especially with how poorly managed the customer service has been. Please exhibit more patience with your customers in the future; I understand it can be frustrating, however there is a huge difference between you explaining the situation and the customer ACTUALLY comprehending what is going on.

This location ignores appointments.I booked a 3:00pm appointment today for an alignment about 3 hours ahead of time. I received an email saying it was pending and about 15 minutes later another email saying the appointment had been confirmed. When I showed up a couple minutes early for my appointment, I said I was here for my 3pm alignment appointment and the young employee inside said they're all backed up from yesterday and they couldn't get it done until about 7pm.He lied about the appointment system, saying the system just automatically confirms appointments and their location has no knowledge of them, no ability to confirm appointments, and no ability to call or email me to tell me they can't honor my appointment. I called another location and was told that it's their responsibility to pay attention to appointments and contact people if they can't or won't hold them. Instead of playing on his phone in the corner when I walked in he should be staying on top of his job duties.

The service manager at this location is phenomenal. It is 5 o clock and has definitely been a long day however she was compassionate to do her best to help me resolve my issue

Nov 2023: Had a punctured tire and came in just as they were about to close, thankfully they were able to give it some air before I headed home and were able to squeeze me in the following morning to get it patched. Truly friendly service, took about an hour and 15 for them do the patch work, and again I can t stress enough getting the lifetime warranty for your tires, everything was covered.June 2023: Great service! I really appreciated the kindness of the team and their assistance in walking me through all the recommended services. It allowed me to make a clearer decision regarding the maintenance of my car. I will definitely be back! Pro tip: Don't forget to get the lifetime tire rotation; it's the best thing ever.

Recently brought my vehicle here. They couldn t figure out the issue. That s not the biggest issue. The customer service is horrible. They never call you back when they promise to call back for updates. Each time I had to call. One time I called and they couldn t locate their mechanics that looked over my vehicle. Just frustrating when there s no communication. Don t want to ever come back to this location.

Brought in a punctured this morning, which happened earlier today. I put the spare and brought in dismounted rim and tire (what's left of it) the staff at the front was very professional and attentive knew what I needed. Took care of it right then and there, got new tire mounted & balanced easy in and out 15 mins. Wish they could take little longer so that I could skip the work but they did it super quick, I had to go back to work . Jokes aside, I highly recommend this place

Everyone in this place is super nice!..gave wonderful discounts for veterans and they work fast..wish I could shout the guy that took care of me but I didn't grab his name. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend!

Crazy pothole destroyed my tire. I had to pullover at this Firestone, and they put on my spare tire for me, for free. I wasn't even a customer in their database.It was a nice thing this place did for me.

I came in asking for help and the front desk girl couldn t even tell me how much they charge to patch a tire. I then asked if they would even be able to patch my tire and the response was probably not with no further response. I m shocked at how poor the customer service was. It was my first time here, and I will never be back.

I struggled to locate them at the back of the strip mall n ended up not doing the service after wasting my time coz they don t accept customers the last 2 hours before closing. They offered the next day with a higher price than other similar oil change places.. happily I ended up doing it the same day with half the price and with a better quality oil brand somewhere else. I would advice people to explore more before deciding to go there..

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Went in for diagnosis of suspension / steering issues and was told that in order to do so I would first need an alignment and tires and then they could get it on the rack and look. When I looked over...my car was already up in the rack. I just had an alignment done at another shop about 2 months ago! So you're going to do an alignment, then find out suspension parts need to be replaced and then do another alignment afterwards??? This makes no sense whatsoever. These folks are very dishonest and lazy. That's what I hate about mechanics/shops. They want to take as much money from hard working individuals as they can while doing the least amount of work possible. Oh by the way....I was still charged a fee for them doing absolutely nothing!!

Used to come to this store under the old management and was always taken care of. Went here the other day after my AC fan stopped blowing. Couldn't even look at it that day. They set me an appointment for the next time that was convenient for me. I take off work and as I'm about to turn in I get a call saying that my appointment has to be cancelled and they would like to reschedule. As I'm pulling in their driveway. If you are going to cancel an appointment so suddenly because someone has to go home, then you should have someone to cover that person. So now I'm driving around to find some one somewhere that can look at my vehicle so that the hours off work isn't for nothing and find myself at the Firestone in Allen that I used to frequent as well. They probably wont be able to fix the issue same day and want to charge a hundred dollars just to figure out the problem. They would not wave that fee because of my bad experience at another store. I think I'm done with Firestone. As a corporate company they've gotten to expensive and uncaring.

This Firestone is absolutely one of the best places to have any repair done on your vehicle. Crystal is so nice and she kept in contact the whole time. I had to have over $3k worth of it or done to my escape and they finished it all the same day! Great staff and fair prices. I will only use Firestone Complete Auto Care for all my needs and regular maintenance. to the crew!

Be careful if you're tightly scheduled, they don't respect other's time. I scheduled my appointment 2 days ahead, on arrival they mentioned they can't offer service as they are busy with limited staff (I guess that's fine in some case, but at least they can inform the scheduled people not to show up, also, if they scheduled someone ahead, they shouldn't take more customers before completing pending tasks). I wanted to do complete vehicle inspection and state inspection, they showed a little courtesy to quickly look up the most important issue, but, couldn't figure out and asked me to come back later next day. I guess that's not the way a business should work.

I walked in this afternoon looking for a quote and spoke to Jesse Chavez. I have very limited car experience or knowledge so having someone like him who was patient with me, spoke to me honestly and didn't talk down to me (a female) made a world of difference. I received other quotes that were lower, but the service was so good and Jesse made me feel so comfortable that I went with Firestone. He was extraordinarily patient with me and explained to me in detail what I was looking for and what services they could provide. He spent time giving me different pricing options and explaining to me what I needed. He also recommended a technician that would be great for the work. The original plan was for them to keep the car until Monday but I was VERY pleasantly surprised that they were able to finish the work the same day. He then called me to tell me the car was ready but there were a few additional recommendations. As a visual person, I was struggling to understand everything he was saying over the phone so I swung by the shop to speak face to face. Jesse was again spectacular; using a picture to explain to me what services they were recommending, why, and what the consequences were if I didn't do them. This is huge to me because as a female, I feel a lot of the time, I'm getting sold stuff I don't need because I'm not mechanically inclined so understanding the why and the consequences are very important to me. Overall, he was spectacular and with this level of service, I will remain a long term customer.

The young man that was attending me he was very nice and kind. When I picked up my vehicle he explained everything to me and everyone else around was very nice even though that they were exhausted from a long day work. All in all I have never had a bad experience at any Firestone. Thank you all for you hard work

Store Manager, Mike & the Service Mgr., Crystal, did a Great Job on the Alignment on my Ford Excursion getting me in for my appt. & completing the service promptly. Most importantly, Crystal demonstrated she truly cares about taking care of their Customers & she has a great Staff in this Store incl. Collin who did the alignment on my Excursion & did a great job. This Store is truly awesome & I Highly Recommend working w/Mike, Crystal + their Team at Firestone Auto Center on 15th Street in Plano, TX. Ron R.

Had a diagnostic done there. FYI: integrity first Automotive is cheaper.A hose that was on my truck was in need of repair, and they said they would call me back to give me a quote, but never did. I must ve called them three or four times and even made an appearance in person to question them why they haven t called me, and they again said they would call me back within two days. But they never did. Where has a customer service gone?! Surprise.So I took my business to integrity first Automotive, and they are much better at responding, more honest, and friendly. And they re also less expensive. I would recommend taking your car to integrity first Automotive.I will be giving them my business going forward.

My daughter had problems with her 2009 Toyota RAV4. The alternator and battery had problems. They were flexible and instructive in helping us to know what was going on with the problems that the Toyota RAV4 was experiencing as well as providing us several options to choose from to help us get the best price for the options that they offered to us to get her Toyota RAV4 fixed and back on the road quickly and efficiently.I was very pleased with how they helped us and how they handled everything going on with our automotive problems that we were experiencing with my daughter s vehicle.The only negative and the only thing that prevented them from getting at 5 star review was the complicated and confusing financial statement they sent that included recommendations already by with things we approved, but overall I m very satisfied with everything once I carefully read the document and discussed it with them!
