We scheduled an inspection at Caliber Collision and we got there this morning just to be told that they don t schedule or do scheduled inspections so we looked for another shop.We came across this location and did a walk in. Nada took care of us and she walked us through her process thoroughly. She was so nice and got us in and out quickly! Quickest inspection we ve ever had.

No line and was in and out within 10 minutes on a Tuesday morning. The lady who helped me was pleasant. Quick and easy, can't ask for much else.

Been going here for years. Went up today, and while the line was long (5-6 cars deep), had no issues getting my 2006 Accord inspected and out the door in under 10m once my turn was up!

Went for my inspection and it failed. Understandable because I just got my battery replaced. She told me to drive it 70 miles at 45 mph max. I did 200 miles at 45 and an extra 50-60 miles at 60-75 mph. Went back and she failed me again. Gave me some printout and had ZERO explanation as to why. She doesn t know what she s doing at all. She has zero auto knowledge. She in fact told me I lied and must have not driven how she told me and went to a mechanic. I called Firestone because they changed my battery. Took my jeep straight there from this waste of space. They passed me immediately. They said every test passed and they didn t even understand the printout of why I failed. They said if it was what they think then that mechanism isn t even necessary for the inspection.Don t go here. She s so uneducated in this job and very rude behavior and demeanor

Pretty quick service. Stood in line for 2 minutes and the inspection was done in less than 10. Cost me $23. I know where I'm coming for as long as I'm living in the area. Highly recommend.

Great service. Nearby to my home, so very convenient. Needed new wiper blades and they had them there and replaced them for me.

Staff is friendly and dependable. A very courteous lady met me and explained the process, then asked me to wait while she did the inspection. A very rude man honked at her and tried to argue that he was next (but he had to drive passed my car in order to get to where he could see her. He saw that I was already waiting, but figured he could argue his way into being next). The female inspector didn't miss a beat. She politely explained to him (what he already knew) and came back to my car and finished the process "with a smile". I had never been here before, but I will be back AND I will refer everyone I know to use Express State Inspections at Ohio and McDermott in Plano, TX. Remarkable value and service.

Extremely rude guy. Never dealt with someone in service industry with so much attitude. Would never visit this place again. It seemed like he was doing me a favor by doing an inspection. I am surprised this place has such great reviews.Go elsewhere, this guy does not want to do the work or be bothered.

Took about 10 minutes after a 6 minute wait. Fast and efficient. Will keep coming back here! Friendly too.No indoor waiting area besides the testing area.

I have been getting my car inspected here for decades. Today was the worst experience ever. I waited in line 20 minutes for the lady to come told me she wasn t going to inspect my car and this was at 5:41 with only two cars in front of me. She was also rude to my wife when she got her car inspected a month ago will never go here again worst place ever.

Don t recommend. Rude people, drive your car around the gas station Signs around the building are hand written on cardboard. If your 3rd brake light isn t as bright as the sun, they will turn you away. Ended up at Dekra off Independence and they were friendly, and passed it within 10min.

Good place to get your state inspection done quickly. They are friendly and seem to be a family run business. I ve not had any issues with them and have done my state inspection multiple times over the years.If you pay by cash, you can get a discount!

Good place to get you car inspection done if you are moving from other state to TX.The inspection fee was reasonable and the whole process was done smoothly within 5 minutes.AL helped us with more details about getting the license plates transferred and other information too.Overall it was a great experience!

Waited over 30 minutes for them to inspect the 2 cars ahead of me. They were rude from the beginning, and would not accept a letter from my doctor that other inspection stations have accepted the last 3 years because my doctor did not include my license plate and driver's license number. My diagnosis and other pertinent informationwas clearly stated as well as contact information that my doctor and i mentioned they could call for additional questions. Save your time and go to the many other places in the area.

Would not recommend this place. Went to get an inspection and the guy recklessly drives my car around the building to pull into the bay. He then drove over the 7/11 s gas caps (where the fuel truck puts the fuel into the ground storage tanks) at about 20 mph with no regard for my car. He told me that my car will fail the inspection because my parking brake doesn t stop the car. However, that was because he was giving the car gas while the parking brake was up. It s not a brake to stop the car while accelerating, it s a PARKING brake. Guy seemed to be in a bad mood and either didn t want to work on my car or had no idea what he was doing. Ended up going to Dekra over on Independence and McDermott. They passed my car without having to fix anything.

Rude, uncouth and ghetto kind. Wonder how they can be like that.Gets the work done faster. But that does not justify their behavior with customers. My experience was with a man one time and a woman the other time. There was a nice guy one time though.

Good place to get you car state inspection done quick and cheap.The inspection fee was at a discount from the state set fees and the whole process was done smoothly within 5 minutes.

The guy who runs this is very friendly and efficient. If you get the woman that works here, though, she can be rude and will fail you on things that are not on the inspection check list. They keep windshield wipers and gas caps in stock in case you need a replacement, and they aren't too expensive.

I'm not saying it is wright that the owner looks a little serious/rude but could be something cultural and we need to understand. For most of us it would be better that he would be friendly with a big smile, but we go there just for a car inspection, just park your car on the left side (that's the line) not behind the car which it's been inspected. I don't think they answer the phone for appointments, just show up and they will be inspecting your car fast and $5 dollars off. I've been taken 2 cars to get inspected there for the last 5 years without an issue. Car rotation it's so fast that I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes!

Nothing about this place is express about this place also they were very rude because I couldn t see this random space against the wall was the parking! I left and went down the street to Kwik kar got me right in and out

I showed up to get an inspection done. The employee working today was extremely rude. She motioned for me to pull up and then ignored me for a good 5 minutes. After that, she just walks up and rudely orders me to roll up my window after I had rolled it down to get her attention. The worst part is she tells me that my tint is too dark after I ve had my car for 10 years and gotten it inspected every single year with no one ever even mentioning my tint to me. I try to explain this to her and she completely dismissed me and starts to talk over me saying that I need to pull over and immediately take it off. After this, she just turned around and walked away without another word said. So incredibly rude and I will never go back here and highly recommend other people avoid as well.

My visit here lasted about 30 seconds. Funny enough, I came here because it had a 4.4 star review, but didn t even go into reading the actual reviews because of its high rating. As I was driving in behind a car that was already getting the inspection done, the guy inside, doing the job, kept gesticulating in an angry manner. As I didn t understand what he meant, he came out and, without any greeting, pretty much ordered me to get out and park on the side . I did get out, but to go somewhere else, of course. It doesn t matter how cheap or fast it is. A place serviced or -even worse- owned by someone like that is definitely not going to get my money. Then I finally saw the reviews that supported my experience, and decided to post my own too.

Great service. I was done in 10 minutes and enjoyed a hot cup of coffee from the gas station as well. He is fair and very honest and has the cheapest rates around. I went from little elm Texas as all shops on the weekend were giving me a 3 hour window of wait. I was done in no time.

Been going for the last 3 years to this place and they were great. Went last week and they didn t latch my hood properly. once I got on 121 and gained some speed the wind knocked my hood up almost completely blocking my vision. Luckily I was able to pull over before anything bad happened. Obviously I wasn t thrilled!

I had been going here for 2 years and received good service up until today. The guy that was working today was rude and made my experience not pleasant at all. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place.

I found the service to be straight forward and down to earth. Moving in from out of state, he provided me some tips on the vehicle registration process. Fast and simple, in and out. Not sure what other people meant by rude, he was a straight shooter. Maybe others want a bit more hospitality, but this is an inspection station. Will definitely come back here again
