Called to get a quote to install my headers and clutch and the guy on the phone acted like I don t have enough money to pay and saying that s a lot of work and hours. Last time I checked that s not how you get customers.

Anything exhaust related, bring your vehicle here! The mechanics are amazing and the customer service is fantastic. Repaired my truck quicker than expected and cheaper than quoted. At a time when integrity is harder to find, these folks bring some to the table.

This is the exhaust shop to go to for any custom work in Plano! If you'd come up with any kind of crazy exhaust ideas they will make it a reality! Jay and Tommy are the real deals, down to earth, and straight shooters! Highly recommended!

Great Service & respectful!! Went up there so they can install an exhaust system I bought for my truck but was too late so Tommy set me up with an appointment the following week & had it done quick!! Great cost & great quality!! Will be coming here for my future vehicles!!

Repairing exhaust manifolds on a 32-year old truck with 281,000 miles is not for the faint of heart. Tommy and Jay showed no fear and demonstrated "old school" craftmanship while removing two broken bolts (one actually countersunk) and getting these old manifolds to seal like new again. Quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. In addition, Tommy put his welding skills on display while repairing a troublesome bung on the passenger side manifold. Great first experience with Exhaust Authority for me!

Jay and Tommy were super understanding with my situation with my y-pipe being leaky. Did a bunch of research before deciding to use them to address my problem. They showed me the issue and explained what they did. Super happy with their work. I really love what they did. Good work is hard to find. I'll recommend them to all my friends and family

Took my van in today and got it back in a few hours. Had my exhaust detach on the way from Michigan and stopped to get it serviced in Arkansas but had issues once I got back on the road. When I got to Texas this shop was recommended to me and Tommy fixed my baby up, and had her sounding like she was brand new. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great exhaust work, bad attitude. One of the employees, Jay, was very nice and helpful. Really great guy. The welder, Tommy, is great at his craft, but has a really childish attitude. He lifted my car up and then said he didn t want to weld the mufflers I brought since they could rattle. I ve had them installed and taken off before and they never rattled when they were on. I then asked if he could weld the hangers higher so they wouldn t rattle. Just to get options. He then said, I m done, I m done and then lowers my car without saying a word! Uh what?? Really childish. I ended up getting another muffler installed there after talking to him once the car was lowered. The quality is good. I do appreciate Tommy s expertise, but there is a correct way to handle business. Just be wary of Tommy s attitude and hope that he s in a good mood I guess.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. They are fair, honest, and reasonably priced. If something does happen to go awry, they will make it right. They will fix just about anything and will offer less expensive options if there are any. Expect for them to keep your car for a full day as they can be quite busy. If honesty is your top priority, this is the place for you to go!

Just got an exhaust stud fixed, Jay was super helpful and was up front about his costs and made it straightforward and honest. They even showed me their finished work so I could be satisfied since I'm the one who usually works on the car. I'll definitely be back if I need more exhaust work!

Exhaust Authority is awesome. My vehicle's exhaust pipe had a crack on it which causing significant noise every time when I start the vehicle. Checked with the dealer and they want to charge me over $1000 to replace the whole exhaust system. Did some research online and went to Exhaust Authority and got the crack welded in 30 minutes for only $40! Thanks EA!Service: Exhaust
