Outstanding. We got a recall notice for our Subaru, and this spot was the closest. Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area.Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.

I drive past a 2-3 other Subaru dealerships just to get my parts from these guys. Nicholas in particular has been a big part in why I do this. Always friendly and willing to help me track down difficult to find OEM parts for my 25 year old Subaru. Thank you guys for the good deals and great service, this car wouldn t be on the road without your help.

The service rep had horrible breath which made it difficult to sit through our discussion on the recommendations for my vehicle. The wanted hundreds of dollars for items I found on Auto Zone website for a tiny fraction of what they wanted to charge. I was not convinced that one repair was actually required to restore my AC to proper functioning. They told me I needed a repair that was under warranty, but I would need to pay $315 for the fluids after the repair. I observed a service rep telling an elderly woman she needed a new transmission for a vehicle that looked showroom ready. She said she was just going to fo buy a new car car from them. I felt bad because I doubted seriously if the old lady had used her vehicle enough to a actually need a new transmission. I really wanted to advise her to get a second opinion. The experience reminded why I hate dealerships and haven't purchased a vehicle at one since 1991. I would say avoid this place.

My Outback has been serviced at this dealership for the last 3.5 years. My faith in the technicians is pretty low at this point as I have been told I needed maintenance that I didn't and haven't been told I needed maintenance when I did. I have given feedback and offered my frustrations when asked without hearing one thing back from the customer service department (after calls and an email). I hate to say that I will not be returning to this dealership. It's really a shame as I sing Subaru's praises constantly and can't even get customer service to return a call about poor maintenance experiences. I'm still giving 3 stars because the majority of the service staff was extremely nice to me at each visit.

The entire staff at Ewing service center is fantastic. They work really hard to make sure that you are getting the best. I am shocked right now that they got me a loaner today when I came in and the problem was bigger than anticipated. I love going there for oil changes because their waiting area is so nice. Everyone is super helpful, friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about your situation.

This location was fantastic! Went in a Saturday from Fort Worth, because none of the closet locations had walk ins available. They got me in and out quickly for an oil change. The waiting room is very comfortable! I'd drive back again!

I am grateful for Devin's professional manner in keeping me abreast of my car repairs. I appreciate Subaru for honoring their warranty and taking care of the needed replacement of my Ascent's transmission. The loaner car service adds to the quality, worry free, service.

They do good here. Only been in for a basic oil change and rotation... service advisors seem high caliber, wait area is pleasant, and wait times have been reasonable. I walk over to Costco for lunch and to kill some time.

Really have not had a bad experience at any Subaru dealership. Getting my car serviced today, and they found a nail in my tire that they fixed for free, as well as replaced my key fob battery. The lounge while you wait is very comfortable as well.

It is always a pleasure working with the parts guys at Ewing Subaru. Prices are reasonable and customer service is always great, but most importantly no bad attitudes like at this other subaru dealership I know.

The staff here are the most customer-centric folks I have ever encountered at an auto dealership. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm on my second vehicle with them and won't go anywhere else. Subaru for life!

They are selling used Subaru for price of new! Will be cheaper if you order a custom one! That's why you should think again and not buy vehicles from dealership. I thought Subaru is different because it's well known brand in several community that I am member of. Subaru is good in manufacturer level not in customer service level.

TPMS module needed to be replaced in my vehicle. Took them almost a week to get the correct module in. The date my vehicle was supposed to be ready came and I was not contacted. I was given the run around when I called the following day. It took talking to the manager to get an update.They did do a "goodwill" repair along side the TPMS module replacement, so I do appreciate that, but their customer service seems to fall apart if one service advisor is unavailable. They did not do enough to make up for their mess up. Disappointed in my experience and will be going to Sewell Subaru the next time I need my vehicle serviced.

Took it there for Annual inspection and car detail. They did excellent job as usual. Also they discovered additional issues with vehicle (which I had suspicion, but did not worry about), they took care of all issues before returning the vehicle.

Excellent service! No exaggeration when using the phrase top-notch service, the greeter and service advisors are very attentive, friendly, and in no way rush you out of the way, as some dealerships sometimes do.

We had some car trouble on memorial day trip as we were leaving out of town. Ewing subaru got us an appointment right away, took care of issue that other mechanics had missed and got us back on the road for our return trip home. Thanks Lauren
