Excellent service and great experience! I was a bit worried initially because this was my first time having service done outside of the dealership.My adviser, Arthur, was very friendly and straightforward. I was able to make a next day appointment, unlike some dealers who require to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I got my ML350 A/C fixed there the same day at quite a reasonable price. He explained the issue to me clearly and gave me the upfront cost estimate. The repair was done well without any issues. I am very satisfied. I will send my cars to them for regular maintenance as well in the future.

I have been a satisfied customer of European Auto Tech in Plano for more than a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and expertise they have provided for my VW Passat. I don't post many reviews but Arthur and their staff are such a pleasant group of people to do business with! I had a complete scare with my car stopping in the middle of a busy intersection and didn't know what was wrong with my car. The next day, I took it to the dealership since it was closer to drive to and they couldn't even do a diagnostic until a week out and wanted to keep my car without providing a loner for that week, to just know what's wrong with it not even for doing repairs. Not knowing how long I had before my car would randomly shut off again, I immediately drove to European Auto Tech only 20 mins away and Arthur spoke with me asked me pertinent questions and he knew exactly what it was. After doing a diagnostic that same afternoon it was confirmed. He kept my car for only one day to do the repair and I picked it up the next afternoon. I ABSOLUTELY would highly recommend them for all your car needs. They are most definitely my go to!!! Thank you sooo much!!!

It s always hard being a woman, and not knowing if you re getting scammed. I have to say, the gentleman at the front was very helpful and gave me the best course of action for my 2017 BMW X1. They were able to fit me in that morning, and get my oil changed and state inspection done. I really appreciate all that they did to get my BMW running, and functioning like new. Will use them again and again solely for their honesty and affordable pricing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

My Mini Cooper had some significant issues, but Arthur and his team took great care of my car and me from start to finish. Best of all, they offered the best price in town! I would highly recommend European Auto Tech to anyone who has a European car to service but doesn't want to pay dealership rates.

I have been taking my BMW to European Auto Tech for the past couple years and have never been more excited about receiving a service. They are always extremely professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Arthur has been a pleasure to work with and always provides quality service and fair prices. His tendency to take care of his clients means that I will even drive my car up from Austin for its services.

Although I did not buy my car from them, I wish that I did! Arthur and the entire staff does such an amazing job of taking care of my BMW, and have taken great care of my car. One of the main reasons they are so great is because they treat me and my car with the same respect as if I did buy my from them. My car has been a problem child, but they have always gotten me back on the road . Arthur is an amazing guy, and has always treated me very fairly and honestly. Next time I am in the market for a car, I am going to be buying it from them. Thank you again Arthur and the entire staff!!!

I took my vehicle to European Auto Tech for a pre-purchase inspection. Arthur was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. They were transparent with what it would cost me to have the inspection done. I sent him a list of concerns I had that I wanted him to check out, again very friendly and willing to help. Upon completion he went over in detail everything that he saw wrong with my car, and what it would cost me to fix. There were no additional charges, just what we had previously discussed. He really paid attention to detail and pointed out concerns that I think most people would look over. I am very happy I took this vehicle to him and will be taking my vehicles to the shop in the future. Finding an auto mechanic shop that you can trust can be difficult to find, but I would definitely say European Auto Tech is a trustworthy shop.

They did a very good job on my E350 at a fair price, not like the Mercedes dealerships that basically shake you upside down by your feet to get every last penny. Cost was less than half of the dealership for my service. Plus they did a couple of extra little things at no additional charge. Job was done as promised and on time.Now I am going back again for a different service. I don't expect anything less from Arthur and his top notch team of mechanics.

Arthur took care of my wife's SUV and when the problem presented itself again, it was corrected again. Team seems to be fair and sincere about performing solid work. I'm a tough nut to crack, especially when it comes to auto repairs. Reasonable prices but equally important Arthur backs up his work. I'm happy to doing business with him and his team.

Got my B service maintenance done on my Mercedes. Great service. They get you in and out with no hassle and very affordable prices. Customer service is 100%. They charged way less than the Mercedes dealership for the same quality of work. Definitely will get my car service here from now on.

What else can I say other than EXCELLENT.I had an amazing experience. Excellent service, and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding a really good car. They give a lot of pictures in great detail on their website, so it makes it easier to streamline the process in deciding which car you want. They also have the best selection of cars. Ben was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. He was awesome and I would definitely recommend everyone to them, and will be purchasing my next vehicle there.

I really hoped I could at least do business with them to be able to accurately review them. I called 4 different times over 2 days to get a basic quote for auto repairs. Very friendly on the phone. However, they told me each time they would give me a call back within the hour or even 15 minutes. I still have not received one phone call from them. Left my name and number, car year, make and model all 4 times. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I can't rate their services but I can rate their professionalism and that is where I came to the two star rating. Good luck!

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. They were more than fair on the pricing. All the way around, this was a great experience.

I have been to to this shop three times for a small issue, a bigger issue and maintenance of my Audi. They always fixed very quickly the issues and they were easy to communicate with. Their price also was reasonable. It is definitively my place to go.

So I decided to redo my review after European Auto Tech contacted me. The service was very slow, and I had to go back twice, but they did seek to make amends to some of the issues I pointed out in my car repair. I couldn't recommend them though, not even close. The cost of extending my rental car contract from just each time they changed the completion date was over 1k that the insurance company eventually said they wouldn't cover because two months is not a reasonable amount of time for an auto repair.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. The service was properly priced, transparent and high quality. The facility was clean and organized. I have a BMW and a Mercedes. I take all of my cars for service to this location. A major advantage that I see in their operation is their honesty. They are very clear in the defining their services. They are well equipped and have experienced technicians.

I have purchased 5 import vehicles from Passport motors/European Auto Tech from Lexus to BMW's they are the only dealer that I trust working on my vehicles. There master technicians take complete care of the car each time. It is very comforting to know the repairs were done as expected and the price was very reasonable. They run a top notch dealership and service department.

Customer service was rock bottom. It was quite difficult to get clear communication from the initial contact to get a quote to the completion of the work. It seemed as if the right hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. Finally the work was done and upon settling the invoice, they had no qualms about prejudging me and creating erroneous requirements to pay. Maybe it was the visual, two black women that prompted the rep to make copies of my drivers license and credit card (front and back which is contrary to all credit card transaction standards) in fact is illegal in some states. The rep said I can pay with cashiers check, cash but would not accept my credit card without the copy. The other black woman was my pregnant wife. He further questioned the legitimacy of our marriage because we do not have the same last name. We were highly offended and she left in tears. Their treatment was nothing short of demeaning and utterly offensive. Unfortunately, I can't say things like this have never happened to me but it's been a very long time.I will NEVER do business with a merchant who has demonstrated they have no respect for clients. Thanks but no thanks, I'll keep my dignity.

I have an Infiniti QX56, and I've had my radiator and oil sensor repair replaced and serviced by European Auto-tech, I must say the service is impeccable and the pricing is on well below dealership pricing. Secondly, the customer service superior to that of both major Infiniti dealerships in the North Dallas/Plano corridor. I would highly recommend this service center to family and friends.I will definitely be back

Super nice people but mechanically incompetent. They had my car almost 3 weeks, replaced the intake manifold gaskets. The car runs exactly as it did when I took it in. They also misdiagnosed and replaced the A/C compressor then took two weeks to figure out the real problem. On the plus side, the A/C is now working as expected.

I have been taking my 2006 Audi A4 to European Auto tech for over 2 years, Sergey's knowledge of the car has been very impressive, being a performance car I had some nagging issue with the check engine light and Sergey took the time to show me step by step the turbo parts that were wearing out. I have complete trust that that Sergey and his team have me on a plan to keep this vehicle running in a top performance state for years to come. I also had some paint work done on the car and the results were impressive with much lower costs than other shops.

I bought my Suzuki SX4 from Passport Motors and for all my service needs I always go to European Auto Tech. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and the prices very reasonable & excellent customer services. I would highly recommended European Auto Tech to my friends and family.

We purchased a used car at Passport Motors and repair it at European Auto Tech. Outstanding experience...
