Great experience, and they fixed my car tires absolutely free!!Everything has a price in America, but surprisingly, it was free services!!The employee was diagnosed with a device and gave me feedback about my condition of my tire and suggested recommendations without pushing... sales man attitude! That's impressive. Great experience, and overall, made a positive impact..will visit them again for future tire requirements!Strongly will recommend Discount Tire, Ohio Dr ,Frisco location to all my friends and family members!Awesome teamwork!Kudos to the team and its great manager for giving ultimate training in customer service care!Great... will be back!

Had a great experience recently. Went to fix my Tesla tire. Received warm welcome, my issue was handled in a timely manner. Mr. Allen was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. The waiting area was clean. The tech who helped me (sorry forgot his name) was very nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store.

I have been a customer of discount tires for 6 years. So far this is the best location I have been to. Friendly, fast service, and the time tool to get me my new tire on a pinch for time, was outstanding. Ben did a great job. I highly recommend this discount tire.

I had an appointment today on friday, May 1st 2024 for a balance and rotation at 10:45 a.m. I got here early and was checked in at 10:30 a.m. and was out before 11:00 a.m. Chris walked up to me when I arrived and checked me in, great personality. Everything was taken care of quickly and effortlessly. The gentleman who brought my car back to me was named Michael and I asked him if a new valve stem cap have been put on one of my tires since I had lost one, he saw that it had not and retrieved one for me. I highly recommend this store, great customer service!

I stopped by to have the tire pressures in my VW vehicle checked. Despite the busy atmosphere, Vincent warmly welcomed me and guided me to the appropriate service area for tire pressures and air. Upon arrival, Garrett met me with a smile and offered his assistance. He successfully reset the tire pressure warning light on my car and inquired if I had any further questions. My visit to this location was exceptionally positive, and I was notably impressed by the experience. Even though the place was bustling, the customer service was outstanding. It's often the small gestures that stand out.

I'm not someone who usually leaves a lot of reviews, but this was my first experience at Discount Tire, and it's been quite eventful. I was traveling from Los Angeles to Dallas when my rear right tire blew out in Arizona. Since they didn't have my specific tire in stock, they offered me an alternative, and being on the road, I accepted. However, after driving a bit, I realized these tires weren't a good fit for my car and started feeling uneasy.Upon arriving at the location in Plano, I explained the situation politely. I expressed my desire to return the two tires I got in Arizona and purchase four Michelin tires instead. The manager seemed agitated, even made a couple of calls to the Arizona store. Eventually, he reluctantly agreed but gave off the impression that I was trying to pull a fast one, which was quite off-putting.In the end, I insisted on getting the four Michelin tires with their warranties. They promised to call me the next day when the tires arrived. However, I had to call them myself the next day around 4 pm, only to find out the tires had arrived in the morning but they forgot to call me.They asked me to come in at 10 am the following day. I arrived just before 10, but it took them until 12:24 to finish installing the four tires, with no explanation whatsoever. I had spent over $2,000 on these tires, yet they didn't even mention the warranty.I'm exhausted, and I have a lot of other things to take care of, but I felt compelled to share my experience while having my coffee. The service at this location is top notch. They respect your time, have a 1 hour guarantee for appointments, and get you in and out quick. Service with a smile. This is why I keep coming back.

This is one of the best Discount Tire locations in North Dallas! It s not the closest one to where I live, but I go out my way to get my tire work completed here. Great customer service, great prices, and professional/timely delivery. It is always an easy experience coming here and I ve never had any issues. I ve brought all my cars here, including Teslas which some owners can be hesitant about due to the battery.

I had a terrible experience at the Spring Creek location so I canceled the order and rescheduled at this store on Ohio. This is the store I usually go to, but they didn t have schedule availability, so I unfortunately had to go to the Spring Creek store. A huge mistake.Even though I also had a problem at this store, the management handled the issue so much more professionally. The Assistant Manager apologized and demonstrated empathy. He assured me that Discount Tire would follow up and immediately directed me to a local shop to correct the issue. As it turned out, Anthony was not the Manager, although at the time I assumed that he was, the way he acted and how he handled the problem.I returned to the store to have the one last tire replaced and Sonny was very pleasant. I was told on the phone by another employee that my tire was still there, but when I arrived for my appointment, of course it wasn t. I explained the situation and he quickly asked if I would like to speak with the Manager. Of course I would. Michael came in from the service Bay Area and calmly listened to my story, never interrupting, always maintaining eye contact. He was aware of the fact that I had issues in both the Spring Creek store as well as his (Ohio Dr.) store, and knew that this could end up being a customer who never spends another dollar at ANY Discount Tire location. Because of Michael, Anthony and Sonny, I will remain a loyal customer.The management in these two stores, Ohio Dr. & Spring Creek, acts so differently toward their customers.One group is available, apologetic, empathetic, professional and approachable. The other is not.Ohio Dr., Plano is my store, no matter what. I will NEVER return to the Spring Creek store.

Love this store - this is clean and employees are somehow friendly. The wait time for walk-in are longer but the four tire change gets done within 20 mins with experienced technicians. They have phone message where we can follow the progress. The price is amazing and matches with warehouse price. It provides free air, free flat tire repair and lifetime tire rotation in every 6000 miles for the span of the tire. They also have wheels and wiper service. The wait room has coffee and water. The vehicle was delivered as promised on time.

Updated 4/1/24:I'd like to update my review following a recent visit during which they installed a new tire at the rear and, as is customary, rotated the rear tires to the front. However, shortly after this service, I encountered a flat tire on one of the front tires. Upon inspection, I discovered three nails and a significant tear. It appears they failed to properly inspect the old tires before rotating them, which could have posed a serious safety risk. Therefore, I advise not to place complete trust in their work and recommend personally inspecting the tires after any service at this Discount Tire location.My old review:This is very friendly place. I have a limousine company and I need tires for my cars. In my experience this is store is very very good. They are polite and take care about you.

When they say they ll beat any price, they mean it. I had selected the tires I wanted and starting checking around. The lowest price I found at the competition was a pretty good price. Discount tire beat the price by $30/ tire and matched the disposal, lifetime rotation and balance fee. They could see I was disabled and they got me out the door in less than a hour. The staff was super friendly and I d recommend them to anyone!

Stopped in today to get a screw pulled out of my tire on a 2022 RAV4. I was immediately greeted by Ty, who was very kind and walked out to my car with me to see what was going on. He took a look at all the tires and educated me on the tread depth and recommended a rotation in which we were due for one.I was a walk-in so they gave me an honest, up front expectation on when my car would be ready by which I appreciated. While I was waiting, I worked with Ben who was able to locate the exact rim we had been looking for and sure enough, they had it in stock. He was able to pull them from the shelf, let me take a look and then I purchased them.I ve been a customer of Discount Tire for the last ten years back when I lived in WA. I was nervous about getting the same service when I moved here to TX this year and I m glad I was able to find out that the service is exactly what I was expecting if not more.If you re in the market for tires, rims or service, you should call this Discount Tire first. Ask for Ben or Ty, you won t be disappointed. I m sure the rest of the staff is great too but those are the only two I worked with.Serviced on 11/10/2023Cheers

We blew a tire on our dual axel travel trailer, we found the nearest Discount, we pulled up after business hours and one of the managers was just leaving, he looked tired but was more than helpful showing us were we could park it out of the way, wrote a note to the morning crew giving them a heads up. I wish I could remember his name. They told us it was covered under our Discount Tire road hazard coverage(that was awesome). We were back on the road in a couple hours the next day. Just another reason I buy all my tires from Discount Tire.

Disappointing experience at the tire store. They didn't have my preferred tire size, suggested larger ones against the car's recommendation. After finding 2 elsewhere, the estimated wait time was off, no call the next day, and they couldn't fit me in promptly when I called. Quick service later, but forgot my caps, giving me replacements that didn't match the originals. Overall, a frustrating process.

Online hours say open until 9pm. Went out of my way to get a tire fixed that was rapidly losing pressure specifically because they reflected to be open. Showed up at 6:05 with a lobby full of people but their door was locked and they refused to help me, even with showing them that their hours clearly reflect that they re open until 9pm. It s not that difficult to update your business hours on Google.

The Discount Tire on Ohio Drive in Plano TX is the only place I will ever go for tires. They are honest, attentive, knowledgeable. They have the right culture of customer service. I have multiple vehicles and shopped here several times. They never tried to take advantage of a situation. If you are going anywhere else you should think twice. You are probably making a mistake.

I'd been a Discounted Tire customer for a long time. The associates are always helpful, they explain the state of tires and provide recommendations. Today, u went to get air on my tires and they detected a nail in one of my tires. They took my car and repaired the affected tire at no cost.

I absolutely love this place, I had a nail stuck in my back tire. I call first to see how much it would run me if I needed a new tire, they told me to come on in and we will take good care of me which they did. They patched my tire on the house, aired up all my tires. And was out of there less than an hour tops, that with 5 people ahead of me. Really want to thank you guys. Let me know what you think? Tell me if I was wrong or right when you go in. I promise you will be satisfied.

spent $1600 for some new rubber and left with a scratched factory AMG rim that the negligent service member failed to inform me about. the factory rims will not be the same after repainting/repair and no additional compensation has been offered (other than repair).

I had an appointment on Friday at 4:15, when I got there I was told it was only going to take about an hour but I ended up staying there till 6:30. At 6 I was told by Sunny I believe was his name they weren t going to be able to fix my tire because I had a hole that was not reparable. He then told me I needed a whole new tire. I communicated I didn t have anymore time, the guy insisted I get a new tire and it was only going to take 5 more minutes. I finally told him no just go ahead and put my tire back on. The next day I went to a Hispanic owned tire shop and he was able to fix/patch my tire for $5. I am posting this here to give y all a warning and get a second opinion before you believe these people.

The one on Ohio & 121 in Plano is the absolute best. They are fast & fairly priced. Also, probably one of the cheapest to get your windshield wipers replaced!

I need to replace one of the tire pressure sensors, but the person recommended to replace all four, then refused to replace only the broken one. Very disappointing and feel a sense of honesty issue.

I am so grateful for Allen providing me with peace of mind and going out of his way to help me. I was having a pretty great day then of-course things changed when I had a blow out. Normally I freak out or feel sorry for myself but I decided to stay positive and remind myself that everything will work out. I had literally just paid for groceries so I have food but I only had $120 to my name until next Friday but I have a Dr appointment tomorrow so I was praying it would be enough to replace the tire. I was also thankful I made it to this location because my tire was PRETTY BAD. After speaking to Allen and him explaining what all I needed (4 new tires based on treading) he was very understanding and showed me a good tire that was in my price range. I was able to get the tire! It cost me exactly $119.33 THANK GOD! Although this means I will be penniless for the remainder of the week, I at-least have peace of mind and that to me is priceless. Isn't it wonderful! I am grateful for Discount Tire for being there for me in my time of need and I will continue to stay positive.

Stopped by two days in a row to replace tires on both my cars.Ordered online and scheduled an appointment with order and showed up ahead to get the service done.Got 100$ discount on both orders with online orders.Baring the line to get someone s help everything else moves forward pretty quickly and the link with status tracker provides latest update.I have been their customer for past 7-8 years and will continue to be so!

Expensive and one of the workers gave me an attitude when it was their fault like my car was fine before I went to them. They don't take responsibility!!If you're not a man, don't come here!
