This location is the most nicest location I have been to. The customer service is 10/10 and the staff is so friendly!! I have been coming to this location for 3 years with 2 different style vehicles, and they make the process so easy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a new tire or their tire getting fixed!

This is my 2nd time that i am buying tires for my car.Customer handling is very nice.Front desk staff are fully trained and have skills to help customers' needs.This store is in Prime location of Plano, another store within 3miles on the same street (SpringCreek), there are several other tire shop on the same street, but this DistTyr location is doing outstanding job.I notice that they are all options expensive and economical.For economical tires, i personally, most of the time, tried Walmart Auto center, and with the good customer handling now, they managed to make me their customer.If u saw online, any Tire is in low quantity, then better pay and hold online, and i made the mistake here so now i am waiting.They do free Air pressure check and fill Air, on top of that, they do Free puncture repair (Flat Tire Repair)Thank you very much, Eric, Michael and Travis.

Travis and the guys did a fantastic job setting me up with new wheels/ties for my truck. It looks awesome and they all were very knowledgeable on the products, installation, tire specs, etc.

Had a flat that needed fixing in a relatively new tire. Wasn't sure if they were going to be able to plug it or new tire necessary. The great thing is it was still covered under their replacement program and would of been free other than $36. It's time like these that one really appreciate quality service, support and program that Discount Tire provides. Thank you!

I replaced my tires and opted for the tire rotations. So, I schedule my appointment online and they get me in and out quickly. Great customer service from the staff.

Very good service here everyone I go to get my tires changed. Mr James gave me great advice on my car and warranties on the tires are great. Good quality stuff and free air pressure adjustment. Also good price would recommend it to anyone who needs their tires changed.

Our family has teenage drivers and with as many vehicles we now own Discount Tire at Spring Creek and Coit has become a part of the family. We buy new tires, new wheels, replace flat tires and come in for rotations all the time. Each service representative is always kind and courteous. Fair prices and lots of explanations and options. I highly recommend Discount Tire at Spring Creek and Coit.

They literally nailed it! Great service, even in the rain.Edit from previous review:My service is always great. Twenty five years ago I bought tires from sears. Had trouble when traveling. Never again.They are nation wide and anytime I have ever had trouble they have taken care of me , no matter where I was driving in th US. I ordered my tires this time online and scheduled my appointment. They actually came in a few days early and so they called me up and i was able to move my appointment to an earlier time period and they daved me from losing a Saturday morning, thanks a bunch! The prices are very reasonable. The service is quick and professional. They are respectful of the vehicles and keep a extremely clean work area. There is no charge for tire rotation of you purchase your tires from them. Love my new shoes on my subaru. My work truck tires and the Sunday driver mustang tires from here also, tires for everything and everyone. Keep on rolling with Discount tire! It is the only part of your car that touches the road so leave it to the pros!

Thought I had a great experience. Was in and out in not time with 4 new tires. Turns out after their service 2 of the sensor are now not working that were working fine prior to service. Took it back and was told well that can happen and for over $100 more they can fix them.....

They were able to fix a flat on my new car within an hour during a busy Saturday. Dillon and JC were super helpful and let me know what was happening, and even offered to make sure to use the specific jack pucks for my car. Wheel rim and inner plastic insert was not damaged, and not any dirtier than it was before the service. They also reinserted the inner sound deadening foam for the tire, which was awesome.Not my first discount tire location I've been to, but happy to know great service is in more than one place!

Newest location in Plano that opened Christmas Eve! I am so glad since I live inside the 4 highways. I've always been going to the Ohio & 121 location or Spring Creek & 75 one. This should help times on those two and be closer to a lot of people who live in Plano.Super clean obviously because it's new. Same solid service and people as all the locations I've been to.

I had low pressure in one tire. They check all tires and I will wait until the first of next year to replace two of them. Great service with no charge.

They were kind enough to only replace two tires since I had just paid for my tuition and couldn't afford all four. I should mention that my back tires were almost as bad as the fronts, so it was nice of them to not try to upsell all four, as they definitely could have. Wonderful customer service. After my tires started wobbling, they let me come back and balanced all of them free of charge, and got me in and out within the hour even though they were very busy.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Discount Tire. I brought my vehicle to your establishment due to low air pressure in one of my tires and discovered that a nail had punctured it. While I initially sought assistance with repairing the tire, I ended up being subjected to unwarranted up-selling tactics, resulting in the replacement of my wiper blades.Despite the additional service provided, my dissatisfaction arises from the fact that the primary issue the tire puncture was not adequately resolved. Regrettably, the following morning, I encountered the same tire pressure error message, indicating that the problem had not been properly addressed. Consequently, I returned to Discount Tire seeking a resolution, only to be informed that there could be various reasons for the recurring issue. Surprisingly, your representatives swiftly shifted blame onto my usage habits, absolving themselves of any responsibility for the inadequate repair job.Moreover, I must emphasize my concern regarding the mishandling of my new tire during the attempted fix. Not only was the original problem left unresolved, but the tire itself was further damaged in the process. Astonishingly, your establishment refuses to acknowledge any accountability for this regrettable outcome.I find it highly disconcerting that Discount Tire, a company I had previously regarded with respect and trust, would exhibit such an unprofessional and unsatisfactory level of service. The lack of accountability, combined with the subpar repair work and consequential damage, has left me feeling disillusioned as a customer.Consequently, I must express my disappointment by stating that I cannot, in good faith, recommend Discount Tire to others. I sincerely hope that your organization recognizes the importance of rectifying this situation and takes immediate action to address the unresolved tire issue, as well as assuming responsibility for the damage caused. I trust that you will prioritize customer satisfaction and work towards resolving this matter in a prompt and professional manner.

I was celebrating a birthday but then had a flat tire and went to another location that was full so I called this location and they were happy to have me come to their location. Once I got there Tommy got me taken care of in no time! He provided great service. I would come back again

Bought 4 brand new tires from this branch a few months ago. Brought car in with a flat tire on the passenger back tire. Discount tire fixed it but the car was indicating it was losing pressure. Discount tire rep said the car hasn t detected the tire change yet. Brought the car home and the tire was completely flat the next morning, got AAA to change to the donut and drove back over to get the tire fixed to be told the tire was now unrecoverable and needed new tires either 2 or 4 new. Feel like I was taken for a ride will not be going back to this branch and will try and find someone else.

Free air. That's good. Except, don't let them scan your vehicle's VIN. They don't need to to fill in air. Some of those guys will force you to open the driver side door and scan that info. That VIN# gives them access to tons of information that they don't need to have. Next, they will look at your tires and tell you that you have to get new tires or you cannot drive off the lot. Again, that is ILLEGAL. Discount Tires is not authorized by any government agency to detain anyone for any reason.

Top notch service.Road hazzard warranty covered a tire on my wife's Acura RLX. The guys (Jamie) found the correct tire and had it shipped and replaced on my wife's wheel in the same day.Highy recommend this Discout Tire on Spring Creek, plano tx.

Came in to get my tires rotated. When I bought my tires originally I was pretty much lied to and wasn't told the whole truth. Michael took great care of me. He saw how disappointed I was. He did everything in his power to earn my trust and make it right. In the sales game it is 99% lies and 1% try figure out where you were lied to. I felt comfortable with Michael all around good job and I appreciate him. Kudos Michael

Got a nail on my rear tire. Costco said they do not service nail repairs, I guess they are interested only in selling and changing tires. Honda service center said they can replace the tire. Discount Tire not only repaired it, but they did it for FREE. Thank you

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes to even get serviced (with an appointment) for a slow leak repair on a tire. They brought out the vehicle and explained that they found where it was leaking but they couldn t repair it as the tire itself did not have a leak, but because of some damage on the wheel it was rubbing the tire causing a leak and that it couldn t be repaired. Didn t even put more air in the tire. This made absolutely no sense to me, so I immediately took it to a different discount tire shop. The other shop found a pin hole in the tire and repaired it within 20 minutes. Truly unbelievable incompetence and a waste of time.I also brought a different vehicle here months before and they refused to rotate the tires and said that they must be replaced for them to service them and started trying to sell me a new set of tires. I also took the car immediately to a different discount tire shop and they rotated the tires without hesitation. Just going to stop wasting my time at this location.
