I was able to get my new tires in less than an hour but I recommend you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before they open. An associate came to my car and measured my tires quickly. I knew they were low on tread and I was able to choose from several different tires in stock. They even made me a spare for no additional labor charge.It gets really busy there but as long as you're early, you shouldn't have any problems. I recommend and will return when needed.

The Manager and Entire Service Advisor Staff were all very prompt to help everyone who can in. They definitely have a challenging job with some of the unique customers... I did laugh inside.I really enjoyed the visit here. They provided good pricing and everyone did seem to enjoy their jobs! I hope they actually do have fun :-)Will recommend to others and will be a returning customer.

I am new to the area and was losing tire pressure in one of my tires. Discount tire on spring creek was recommended to me and I am so glad!!! The employees were quick to ask what I needed and took care of my tire issue. There were at least ten other people waiting but due to the great service my wait was less than 30 minutes. This is a wonderful establishment and I would highly recommend them.

Bought two new tires for my work truck. $748. Two days later one of the tires was almost flat. Came to this location and it took almost two hours to get my truck in the bay. Watched several people who came in after me leave before me. So frustrating. Missed several appointments I had for work since I was working and on lunch. I will do my best to make sure every family and friend I have doesn t give any business to Discount Tire.

I had issues with this store as well as the Ohio Dr., Plano location. The approach to the solutions was as different as night and day. Somehow, an employee got into the driver seat will something that pierced the seat. This store never apologized for damaging my seat. When I called to speak with the manager (twice), I was told he was out to lunch. The following day I was told he would be in the store when I arrived, but instead, another employee (assistant? He never introduced himself)was the person sent out to deal with me. I showed him the damage to my seat (3 punctures) and his response was that his store has never placed any seat protection on the driver seats for at least the last 10 to 12 years. He said he would submit the claim and they would contact me in several days. No apology. No questions. No empathy.I was reluctant to have this store install the remaining 2 tires, so I cancelled the remaining order and rescheduled at the Ohio Dr., Plano location. Ironically, I had a problem at that location as well, but the experience was SO different from this store. The gentleman (Anthony) at the Ohio Dr. location I spoke with was incredibly professional and empathetic. He apologized. Imagine that. I assumed he was the manager but later learned that he was an assistant. The company took care of the damage in both cases but I will never, NEVER return to the Spring Creek store. Questionable management.

I have been associated with this store for last 9+ years and so far this was very welcoming. But today one person spoiled everything. I went to this place to remove a nail and this gentleman stopped me at the parking lot to ask what I am here for. He went to my car to check the thread of the tyres and said I can t fix this. You have to buy new tyres . Now because of this attitude I will never go to this store. I said ok and went to another discount Tyre between 121 / Custer. I met this gentleman Brandon. I told him this what I have been told can you fix it. He said certainly and did it in five stars. Also he gave me great price on new tyres which I purchased and will be installing soon.

Discount tire never disappoints. The salesman took his time showing me all the options and I found just what I needed. This is my second set of tires from these guys and I will keep going back.

Decided to here to get some new wheels and tires and wow had such an amazing experience!! The whole staff was friendly especially Josue he was friendly and professional from the moment he introduced himself. He took very good care of me and definitely made me feel like I was in good hands! I got great wheels and tires thanks to Josue I ll definitely be coming back and recommend everyone to go see Josue! 10/10

Installed a used tire when I bought a new one and refused to give me a credit. I had a baby at the same time and never made it back for a new tire. The guy who helped was really rude to start with so I should have inspected the tire before leaving. I ll never use this location again and tried to get it resolved over the phone but they wanted me to drive to the shop and wait for them. It usually takes 3-6 hours even for a flat tire and I was a returning customer. I gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn t an option.

One of the rudest service shops I have been to. They don't verify whether the info in their system is correct or not. My vehicles and addresses changed over the past few years. They don't acknowledge you as you show up or are the only one in line. Walk-ins got in and out before anyone looked at mine despite waiting almost an hour after giving my keys and paying and having an appointment. If you ask, the response comes with bad attitude. 'JC' was ' helping me'. He was more interested in whatever was coming on his cellphone. Dylan seemed to have people in and put and doing his job well. I had to talk to one of the coworkers who spoke with JC. JC acted like he was doing me a favor when I had to go up to him again, disturbing his cellphone texts, and insulted my intelligence saying that walk-ins had an appointment or had been there before me - which was incorrect. I was sitting in the waiting area and ovserved everything. Unbelievable!I have been to Discount Tires in Dallas and they were fast, respectful and did a stellar job. Something is up with this store. By the way, this is the 3rd time coming to this store over the past 4 days.Never again!

I enjoy the consistently good service I get from Discount Tire. It doesn't matter the location. I'm always greeted by an employee that is eager to help me. Today I had a simple tire repair in my work truck. I picked up a nail and was losing air fast! I googled the nearest location and drove straight there. They had a convenient QR code posted to check in upon arrival. They evaluated the situation and had me back on the road within an hour. That's why every tire I have purchased in Texas has been from Discount Tire. When my next oil change is due they're going to sell me another set of tires! Thank you again for consistent quality and friendly service!Oh yeah, COVID protocols followed here. Bring your mask!

100% tried to scam/up sale me. Went to get rear right fixed due to small leak. Long wait to begin with (understandable due to mildly busy) then when the guy who helped me was checking all my tires he was telling me my front tires were 10 years old and spare was 11 years. So I would need to buy 3 tires. I declined and he kept pushing it. I don't have the money at the moment. And he kept pushing. Finally went back inside. Estimated 30-45 min wait. Completely done by 2:45. Car wasn't even in bay until 3 after saying something. Didn't even check about the tire I asked. They saw a screw said it didn't puncture then gave it back. That's it. Had to ask tech to check again and after another 30 minutes they found the leak and fixed it. Left at 3:30. I'm not upset with wait time or how long it took. But if it's gonna take 1-2 hours let me know so I could go home. On top of that not even doing the job I brought it in the first place. Oh yea checked the front ones. They are 2 years old. Not 10. Full on lied try to scam. Techs were very polite and sweet tho. Shout out to Alan for keeping me in the know and being kind.

Shady as can be. Went in to get a tire rotation on a Tesla that I just bought new on 07/23 and with only 7,000. Guy tells me the rotation won t do much and you re better off replacing them. Are you kidding me. Clearly trying to play me to buy some un-needed tires. I only write this review because I can only imagine in what other ways they screw people over. I left right away because no way I would let my car be worked on with such obvious bad business practices.

Stay away from them!My kids went to this store. It was just a nail. To sell a new tire they didn t fix the tire and on top of that wanted to sell them a new rim, and they didn t stop there and refused to add air. They went to another tire store, that guy checked and fixed there tire for $10 and as it was just nail they did not wanted us to buy a new rim for $500.

This particular location has an amazing, kind and caring staff!Dylan, Ryan, Wade, Just to name a few are just the nicest people and so cheery!! I wish I could remember everybody's name but even the people's names that I don't know, they're always kind and nice!! I had a new set of tires put on today and I had an appointment and everybody just goes out of their way to make sure things get done quickly and that you're happy!!! Thank you to everybody at this location, I love this location because of your staff

I stopped here after my low tire pressure light came on during a road trip from NW Arkansas to Houston. I pulled up to the air check station and specifically told the person working that I wondered if I ran over something during the drive. He said he would check but I m not sure that he did. He aired up my tires and told me it was due to the weather even though I was driving from somewhere colder to somewhere warmer. I went to another Discount Tire in Houston and they found a nail in my tire, and I had to have the tire replaced. Fortunately I made it to Houston without any major issues but I could ve ended up stranded somewhere with a flat tire. Since I mentioned I thought I might have run over something I wish they had looked a little more thoroughly.

Went in because my tire light was on and I thought the tires were not great. Josue consulted with me and explained my options. He helped me make a decision about the smoothness of the ride for my car also some nice looking rims for a good value. He followed up, made an appointment for me and had me in and out during my lunch hour. I always have a good experience with Discount Tire. The team at the Spring Creek location was crazy busy but efficiently assured me. I was very impressed and highly recommend.

They had order a new tire for my car supposed to be available in a few days but I got a call 8days later that the tire was just arrived. When I went there to change just a tire, they said it will be ready in 45min. But I have been waiting her for 65min, and tracking app says it will take another 45 min. Buy your tire online and go for local tire shops.

Had two tires installed. Drove home but TPMS not registering so had to drive back to get it fixed. Noticed new wipers installed (without my consent or request). Free wipers sound great - right? Wrong. Passenger side was too long (about two inches) and resting on the pillar. (They should have known not the right size but left it as is) I got my original ones back when they dug it out of the trash. Reason I wanted originals back was because I had just replaced the OEM blade refills days earlier. More quality control needed to avoid the above issues encountered.

I called & Peyton made an appointment for me. I showed up on time, they looked at the tires on the car, & tires in the car, (I brought my own), then shortly after, they pulled my car in, & had it completed within 30 minutes. Thanks Peyton and the team at Discount Tire.

Enjoyable as far as getting a tire fixed. At least 3 people were working the front to assist the customers. Resulting in minimal wait time. The technicians in the back were moving cars thru at a good rate so minimal wait time for the service as well.

Honest Review. I am stunned by the level of caring and understanding this store has. I must have went back 4-5 times changing and canceling my orders which was my fault.These guys always smiled (Sincerely) took their time answering my questions and concerns. Advising me on on the best products and deals. JC is very a knowledgeable and humorous agent. Wade is very professional & thorough. Sal was caring and took time answered all my questions and concerns. Ethan was the 1st courteous person I had met with months back that caused me to return to purchase at Discount Tires.This is a place you want to go for honest No Pressure Sales they will spend time with you to make sure you're happy with the product you bought. They gave exceptional customer service and help in a time of need. Needed a new rim and tire. We were traveling from Houston to Kansas City, MO when damage happened. At 5:50 pm we headed that way. I called and spoke with Gus. I told him our situation and he was willing to assist, even though we made it 2 minutes before closing. Gus, Dylan, and the rest of the team got us up and running within an hour!!!! Exceptional service, because they didn't have to do it.

Was told the Discount Tire on Spring Creek had the tire in stock that I needed due to a nail. Was told they had no wait too. Got there 5 minutes later. Well, 1 hour and 45 minutes later, replacement tire installed and you can see the result in the picture. Perfect service???

Ryan, my service advisor, helped me with ordering the new wheels I wanted for my car. He took the time and listened to what I wanted and helped explore options if the wheels I wanted weren't available. Ryan order my wheels for me, and kept me up to date during the whole process from getting in touch with Konig, letting me know they shipped, to arrival. Then Ryan set up a mobile installation appointment (what a fantastic service offered) for me to get the new wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Keith was the mobile installation technician, and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of, while keeping me and my wife up to date with how the installation process was going. In no more than 1.5 hours, Keith had my car looking great and driving safe again. As someone who works at a dealership where customer service is #1, these two gentleman made us feel like we were the most important part of their day, and that is very appreciated! Thank you Ryan and Keith for being superstars!

Not right tools was used on my car they damaged all lug nuts they only informed me after they already done the damage. Un-experienced people working at this location they rotate one side of my truck and left the other side undone! Their manger "Ryan' Called after they knew they have done something wrong but he didn't help either. They wanted me pay $60 out of my pocket for their mistakes . Very disappointed don't waste your time to go to this location because it is not worth it. I do not recommend.
