This is a great location with awesome people. I came here to purchase tires for both of my cars.For some reason, one of my front tires slowly lost air. They were accommodating and checked all of the tires + rims twice.What I love about it is that they don t try to sell me anything. They REALLY want to make sure the tires + rims are okay before investing money in new things.Keep up the excellent work! Appreciate you.

I recently purchased new Falken tires for my Tacoma to replace the stock Goodyear tires that were worn out. Working with Daniel was fantastic, he was very professional, honest, and gave me a fair price. The tires arrived the next day after ordering and the installation process was super smooth and quick, in and out within 30min. This is an excellent location, definitely the best I've been to, with great staff. I will return!

Been coming to get air at this locations and always got taking care of! Have a great team & customer service was perfect, told me they were going to get to me at a certain time and got me in faster than expected! Chris , Blaine & Nick serve their purpose here for great work , highly recommend!

Great place for tires and services. I could bore you with pictures and details of the waiting area, but you won t be spending much Time waiting. Thanks to Matthew, Kevin, and Thayne who are all stars that make up a great team. Thanks again guys, I will be back again and let everyone know where I get my tires!

Good service, but the tire quality seems to be bad. I had my old tires for 5 years and no issues. Bought pathfinders about 7-8mos ago, and already had to replace 2. It cost me $200, I thought they would give me a better price or replace for free, given I just bought these. I know next time to buy brand name tires.

This Discount Tire location has always had helpful employees who were knowledgeable about their own products and others so that they could help you arrive at a good decision. Prices are always competitive. Inventory stock is good for most models and typically available by the next day for more obscure products. The technicians do quality work and are fast as well. If it weren't for their ability to provide that, the rest wouldn't matter. The free tire pressure check and fill is invaluable, as is the free tire rotation for tires purchased there. I also recommend the road hazard coverage for purchased tires, good at any Discount Tire shop wherever you happen to travel.

The customer service was outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. The wait time was negligible and greeted me as I entered the door. They gave me wait time to completion and beat it. We discussed my needs and they detailed a solution. The solution was explained - not preached. Mathew went over alternatives and answered all my questions. The price was more than fair and the accompanying warranty program can't be beat - free tire repair, free rotations, etc.

Matthew Aldridge was Amazing! I came to this location to have air put in my front tire since it was low and live an hour away. Matthew took a look at all my tires and noticed my two front tires, on the inside, were worn and cautioned me to have my tires replaced soon. I asked if they could replace them since I was driving the next day to Florida. They were about to close, however Matthew was kind enough to stay open not only for me, but my husband had the same issue with his 2 front tires (both alignment issues) and he replace them before closing. He also gave us a coupon to have our tires aligned at a brake company. First class customer service. Thank you Matthew!

Once again the guys at my local Discount Tire took excellent care of my vehicle while getting a new set of tires. Jose and Matthew and gentlemen at the store deserve appreciation for how great they take care of customers. Thank you guys! I bought tire from walmart and installed there . My car steering was shaking vehemently while driving in highway. I went to discount tire and got load balancing of tire , didn't have any issue , car drives like a feather.Service was fast and staff was friendly .

I always go to discount tire for the Michelins. Don t usually write reviews but Johnny was a real pro and got me exactly what my car needed and pointed out several things broken they could fix. My wipers, tire monitors and spare tire were all broken and I m glad he took the time to show me. Everything was 100% transparent and was done at a more than fair price. Refreshing to deal with knowledgeable staff and quick service.

I took my car yesterday since there was an issue with the tire and the folks here were very friendly and took care of the issue right away! Nick and Daniel were both professional in their work and were helpful! Much better location than the shop located in Central Expressway, Discount tire shop located on Central Expressway were very rude and not helpful at all. Do go to the location on E Parker BLVD.

I had two nails in my tire and came in 3/17/23. I live right down the street and this was my 2nd time here. Juan helped me and he was absolutely professional and kind. The service here is top notch. They really take care of you. I had my flat tire patched up for free! I never expected that! Unbelievable service! I'm highly impressed and I can definitely recommend this place. I used to go to Hyundai in Plano and the service has really gotten bad but at Discount Tire I feel they truly care.

Great service! Dropped my tire off that I had to carry over by hand (tire off rim) went above and beyond by coming out and even installing it for me, mobile! Will buy my entire set from here!

Hey these guys are the real deal! They really take of business. While waiting on getting my new tires put on, I just set there and watched they really enjoy what they do! Manager, sales and the technicians all looked like they were having a great day I think they do every day. Before I left, they made sure I was satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The staff at every discount tire location is truly the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always go above and beyond. I got an unexpected flat tire, luckily I had bought the insurance with my tires, and I was in and out within 30 minutes free of charge.

These guys are amazing. Juan and Preston provided amazing service. I was having a rough morning and Juan was so polite and professional. Thank you for being nice. It really helped turned my morning around and they fixed my tire so all is well. Thank you for for going that extra mile

We have been customers at this location for over 10 years and they provide excellent customer service. We are almost always greeted with a desire to help. The team is great at communicating information and helping the customer understand the condition of their tires and cost. I have never felt they have cheated me of anything but always looking to take care of us.

Had a nail in my tire and brought it in to this location. They took care of everything and also rotated and balanced within 30 min. Spoke with two guys and both were very nice and professional and even came half way through to update me. Great service!

We were visiting from out of town discovered a nail in our tire. Discount Tire was able to repair our tire with a patch in under 20 minutes - no charge. Hats off to Juan for his pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service.
