I love Discount Tire and this location especially. I sell new construction homes frequently and nails in tires are common. Discount Tire never disappoints - repairs or replaces my tires in record-setting time with a great attitude. This store is my favorite. I won't buy my tires anywhere else.

Very timely service and super considerate employees! I ve been a long time discount tire customer and this location makes it easy to stay one. Shout out to Keandre (so sorry if I butchered that) for making it possible.

I had the most pleasant experience at this location. I showed up at 5:40 PM with kind of an odd situation regarding my vehicle. Without any hesitation, the team assisted me even staying past their normal business hours to accommodate for my need. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the supervisor who assisted me, but I just wanted to give them the recognition that is well deserved! The team was extremely hands-on, knowledgeable, and reliant. I am well pleased with this location and anticipate to be back soon.

Came here less than a year ago because i had to get a new tire which i did or thought it was new and now this tire is ripped. Do not get tires or your windshield replaced here.

After a horrible experience at a discount tire close by to this one, after having been a loyal customer for 10+ years, I was hesitant to give discount tire another chance. I reluctantly drove into this place, because it was the closest shop to where I got a flat tire. They did such an amazing job that I became a loyal customer of discount tire once again. Thank you so much for your professionalism, friendliness, and all around awesome service!

Went in for a tire repair (nail) and they were able to get me in not only quickly, but they repaired the tire for free! This wasn't even a DT tire. I will be coming back when it's time to replace my tires on another vehicle later this year.

I always go to a Discount Tire location whenever possible for any tire issue. It s very rarely anything but a positive experience and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

I set my appointment up online and when I got there, an employee was already walking out to greet me and check my vehicle (tire size and miles). They got my vehicle in the bay within a few minutes and were done very quickly. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. I've been to other tire shops including Discount Tire and it's never been that quick. Everything was done well.

Have always had good service here. I had an appointment this time. Had one tire repaired and one tire replaced and was in and out less than an hour. Great service!

Not attentive to customer service and quality. When I replace mine tier on 11.10 .23 job was not finish . When saw on mine dash computer that mine tire has lowered pressure and so I ask re- check pressure they respond everything fine it is computers glitch, but it was not clutch after they replace tires they do not even check pressure so I have return next day and insist to re check

Yet another location to add to long list of Discount Tire locations that have provided excellent service. They were able to replace the bent rims and bad tires after my pothole incident on my work vehicle. My only recommendation is to add the person's name that is waiting on the ticket. I didn't realize they were calling my bosses name when it was my turn.

I typically have a very good experience Discount at DT for the last 20 years. This time the rep gave me completely wrong info and refused to honor my warranty.I drove to my regular discount tire in McKinney with a nail in my tire, they located my record and honored my warranty. This is why the McKinney discount tire is busy and a Richardson/Dallas one was not. McKinney takes care of the customers.

Usually I love this location, but recently I brought in a tire that had a nail in it. They patched it and sent me on my way. Turns out that same tire went flat again and I was left stranded, I drove a borderline flat tire back and they didn t recognize that the hole was too big to be patched the first time. So I had to replace the whole tire. One man was so nice about it, I forget his name but he had red hair and a beard. They didn t have the tire I needed in stock but he said he would order it and it would be in by noon the next day. He said they d get to working on it right away because of their mistake.He wasn t working the following day and it shows. No one called to tell me that my tire was in and it was going on 3pm. I brought it in and even though it was their mistake, they still ended up charging me money, no matter how much I tried to explain the situation. Not to mention, I ve been waiting for 35 minutes and they haven t even taken my car back yet.I m so disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. I always leave this place spending so much money and they always find a way to squeeze out a little more, even when it was their mess up. I won t be back. Their customer service is lacking and they re unwilling to admit they made a mistake and left me stranded because of their lack of attention to detail!

Shady business practices. They tell you they do free tire rotation but when you come in they try to charge you $65 for it. I have been seeing this brazen greed across multiple businesses lately and it is spreading like a cancer.

They need to work on time management and setting right expectations with customers just out of courtesy and respect for people s time. I m sure it would help with their process too so people don t get so backed up if they just tell people the real wait time.

Very disappointed in this particular location. Went in with a screw in my tire and losing pressure and was told there was at least a 2 hour wait. I told him I didn't have time to wait 2 hours for a 5 minute job. He said I could set an appointment so I didn't have to wait 2 hours but that the appointment would have to be at least 3 hours from the current time. I left and went to a small independent tire shop right down the road that got me in and out in under 10 minutes. With that being said...not all locations are like this. I absolutely love my local Discount Tire in Sherman! They always fit you in and go above and beyond for their customers!

Matt was very knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect fitment to upgrade my rims from 17 to 19 . He placed the order and kept me informed on the status. The installation was extremely fast. I m a happy customer!

Fantastic experience! I had an appointment for 4 new tires, they took care of me the second I walked in the door, and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Great customer service!

This is a general review about Discount Tire but I feel the same way about the Plano location. They are awesome.Our friend went to North Carolina and got a flat tire on his rental car on the way back to the airport to fly home. He stopped at Discount Tire and they told him the tire had to be replaced because the screw was in a bad place. He called the rental company and they wouldn't pay. They would send someone to pick him up and take him to the airport. There wasn't time. They talked for a long time and when he got off the phone the manager told him Discount Tire would just replace the tire for free. It gave him so much piece of mind after a long trip. What a great company. I'm sure my friend will contact the rental company and make them reimburse Discount Tire, but what a great thing to do!

I only buy my tires from Discount Tire. This specific location is my favorite because the employees are very friendly, informative, and I never feel rushed talking to them. Also whether it s fixing a tire, buying new ones, or checking air pressure I m in and out quickly.

Quick service! Took me in when closing in 30 minutes, really needed a flat fixed immediately for work the next day. They were very accommodating, completed in an hour. Worth the wait, ate tacos next door.

Superior customer service, came in during my lunch brake because I found a screw in my rear tire. Was going to just make an appointment to come back after work to get it repaired and get my tires rotated, Cody was able to take care of me right now and I was able to make it back to work in a timely manner.I highly recommend coming to this discount tire for all your tire service needs!A++ Service!Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Jose and his team were extremely kind. He patiently explained to me what I needed to get done to be able to drive safely. He also worked with me to figure out what is necessary to fix right now and what I can fix later.I appreciate that him and his team were clear and upfront with what to look out for and how much everything cost.5/5 on cost, clarity and transparency!

Came for an appointment, but didn t get straight to my car as fast as I would have liked. But no big deal. Great service, and very helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Absolutely amazing service. Made an appointment and they told me they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. They actually had me out in 34 minutes. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend.
