Never giving Discount Tire business again. They are con artists. Came in for a simple patch leaving with a new tire. This has been multiple times with this company. Came in last year and they would not touch a vehicle unless I purchased new wheels and tires. I took that same vehicle to Firestone and had it fixed for 5 dollars.

Went in for free air check on tires and everything went smoothly. Picked a bad time to go - right as everyone getting off work on a week where temperatures have dropped and everyone s tires need air - so it was busy, 6+ cars ahead of me in line. But attendant was quick and efficient and everything moved quickly and went well. Only thing I don t like about location is how it can only be accessed from one side so requires several left turns either when arriving or leaving if coming from freeway.

I was disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. Despite requesting a simple flat tire repair, they insisted on selling me new tires, leaving me with a flat tire when I refused. I ended up getting it fixed around the corner for $10 in just two minutes. Unnecessary upselling and poor service.Not only did Discount Tire push me into buying new tires unnecessarily, but their prices were three times higher than another shop. A regrettable experience that left me dissatisfied with both their service and pricing.

Avoid the runaround with this store due to a nail in the tire on my BMW. Service writer wanted to give me the runaround stating he couldn't fix my flat tire because of a tire rating and wanted to sell me 2 new tires? Had he been courteous and fixed my flat, I would have gladly purchased 2 new tires from them just to get me back on the road. These stores never have a good stock for your BMW so just go somewhere else. In my situation, Firestone had them in stock. Sorry, Discount, you lost my business as a good customer for my many years of purchasing thousands of dollars with your stores.

I originally bought my tires from another location (8/2023) and caught a flat (12/25/2023). I scheduled an appointment to bring it here because I was in the area. I highly recommend making an appointment first if possible because wait times can be long.However, I was there less than 15 minutes to get a diagnosis of my tire issue. I failed to get a wheel alignment as recommended at the initial tire install which was MY FAULT! The guys are honest and professional service as always. Keep up the good work!

After finding a screw in my tire and a slow leak, I researched companies that sell the brand of my tire so I could purchase a match. I found Discount Tire on the dealer locator, called, and spoke with Carlos. Carlos gave me a price and I said I would bein first-thing Saturday to have it installed.When I arrived at the store this morning, service writer Matthew came with me outside and verified that the tire was unrepairable due to the screw being very need the tire's edge. He stated that they didn't have the tire in stock, and I expressed concern because I had gotten the impression from Carlos that it was.We went inside and I was happy to learn that Carlos was proactive and ordered the tire in anticipation of my coming in. That is uncommon forward-thinking!The service tech quickly got the tire changed and they had me on my way home within 30 minutes.Well done Carlos and Matthew!

I needed new tires and had ordered them through another place (large stores) and was told I could buy a smaller tire (less expensive with good warranty). I went to have them installed and my rims are the original size, so I had to return them. . I called Discount Tire and got in touch with Daryl. He had the patience of a Saint with me, while we went over all off my options ($$$). The tires that go with my car are significantly higher, and have no tire warranty. So, Daryl patiently gave me all of my options. I needed them installed that day so he ordered them from another store, had them delivered and installed by 1 pm that day! . This is the kind of customer service that is missing so many places. It was greatly appreciated and Discount Tire has a long-term customer in me, as a result! Kudos to Daryl!

14 minutes install for 4 new tires! I didn t have an appointment, and waited 50min total. Overall good experience but they don t have a lot in stock, so be pro active and order online.

To start, this is specific for this location as I ve had great experience with discount overall.I ve purchased multiple sets of tires from discount tire locations.For this instance, i bought wheels and tires from tire rack (also owned by discount) to be dropped shipped and installed at this location.I scheduled the install and upon arriving, the manager ( I believe his name is Darryl) asked if I had lug nuts which were included with the tire rack shipment. I showed him my invoice and he proceeded to ask why I didn t buy it at this location.I informed him tire rack is owned by discount so I did it all online. He wasn t happy because he didn t get a commission and made a remake that it would have been less here Either way, he didn t believe me that the lugs were included so he walked me to the drop shipment. We proceed to open the package and sure enough, lugs were sent.So they did the install. When I got home, I got. A large dent in my car that wasn t there before.I called and they mention it wasn t them. I am very careful with my cars and this car only has 4k miles on it so I know if something is wrong.Now I have this dent that I have to fix no thanks to this location.The manager there is rude and doesn t like it if you don t buy a set of tires from them.This is specific to this location as I have said- no issues with other discount locations

Very impressed with the professionalism at this location! It started with how they treated me over the phone, to the excellent service once I arrived. At times while waiting, I watched how they handled each customer. Some were less patient as others and these gentlemen were amazing. Kiddos for your patience with the wonderful public! I will recommend this location to anyone I can!

Shout out to Cruz, Michael, Darryl, David, and the rest of the crew there for their beyond-customer service and hard work during this summer heat. I walked in on 07/05 and I got help from Cruz for new tires he recommended BF Goodrich KO2 and we also talked about wheels. I went ahead and got the Vision Korupt Satin Bronze. They called today about the wheels were in and I came in today to get them on. Thank you everyone at this location!

I had a great experience today. I had a flat tire on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:30pm. I went to the closest Discount Tire Store. They replaced all 4 tires at a great price within 30 min.

Busy location with nice service. If you're coming for a simple tire pressure check or re-fill, you don't need to go inside and wait in line like I did. You can directly bring your car around to the side of the building where the work stations are, and stand in the line of cars next to the rope and cone.The location is right next to / connected with Walmart and Sam's Club. Be careful to not head towards the tollway ramp thinking that you can turn right. You can't enter because it's blocked and you'll be on the highway.

They discount tire, is where we had bought all four tires on our vehicle quite some time back. The weather change made one of them expand or inflate I don't remember which but all we had to do is drive into the drive-thru and they came straight out there went around and aired up every one of them to specification. No charge probably 10 or 15 minutes in and out never got out of her car. No charge.

Discount Tire has been my go-to place for anything related to my wheels & tires. I went in last week to get a slow leak repaired. As they were doing that, observed & recommended I replace my worn out windshield wipers. I approved it and all the work was done in less than 20 minutes.As I was driving away, noticed a small new crack in my windshield. As it was closing time, left and came back the following day. The crack had grown (110 degrees that day) to over 8 inches.I spoke with the manager, Randell & he took down all the information. The claims adjuster called the following day and approved a windshield replacement.What a pleasure to deal with a company that operates on integrity & has personnel that still believe and provide great customer service. It is becoming a rarity! Thank you!

I have had to come here 3 times in a month due to me driving and getting nails in my tires. The men here are beyond helpful and so sweet. They don't try to scam or get over on you and they show you all your charges on the computer. The wait time is less than 40mins if you schedule an appointment so I recommend doing that. I will continue to go to this discount tire if I have any problems because they get the job done and have top tier customer service.

Great service! Had an appointment on a Friday morning to remove a screw from a tire. A technician came out to greet me at my car when I arrived and I was back on my way within 20 minutes.

WOW! I needed a tire to help one of our guests at the last minute and the team at this Discount Tire went above and beyond! The team at Discount was incredibly courteous and focused on service. I just visited to have some wheels balanced on my Challenger and TPMS sensors programmed on my Odyssey. I was extremely impressed how hard everyone worked to get you in and out. Great customer service throughout the entire store. Thank you Johnny for taking care of my vehicles.

I had a blowout pretty close to this location as I was almost to work. I parked at 7am and they opened at 8. The team at this location opened a few minutes early (there were actually 3 of us waiting already), and everyone that works there was ready to take care of customers immediately. I have never had such fast service, and after a really rough start to my day, my experience with Discount Tire off of Coit in Plano really helped to brighten my day. I drove away with 2 new tires and a rotation and balance at 8:18am. I'll definitely be back in the future.Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment the day before to replace two tires. I showed up the day of about 15 minutes early and they went ahead and took my truck in. Everyone involved was prompt and courteous and did a thorough job explaining anything they found on the truck. Total time in and out was 30 minutes. For a Friday morning, I was extremely pleased with my visit as I have waited much longer at other places for new tires.

They were wonderful! I had a huge nail in my tire. It was just minutes to closing, and they worked me in fixed my tire andreplaced my wipers, which I didn't know were in shreds. I have a casted broken arm and am so grateful for all their help.

They scraped 3 of my rims while dismounting the tires and are now trying to get away with giving me a $50 store credit because one of my rims had a scuff before . You really think, I will come back and waste my time and money to get my wheels damaged by you again? Little do they know only ONE of my rims cost $856 plus tax new and $200+ to refinish Good thing, I took a picture of the wheels before they touched them. This experience speaks loudly about their knowledge and services. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable shop for your wheels.

it upsets me that the person that I talk to at this location tried to tell me that my tire rim was bad and almost convinced me to buy four new rims since they didn't have my rim in stock. He pushed a little hard and I eventually became suspicious of his motives and whether or not he was telling me the truth. Sure enough, I went to the discount tire by my house and got a second opinion. That second opinion was that not only that rim was good but all four of my rims were good. I only asked them to check one and they checked all four. I was impressed with the efficiency. This place was hopping busy. He said there were three cars in front of me but they'd most likely be able to have me back on the road in about thirty minutes. I said okay although I admit I was skeptical. Well, they called thirty minutes later, asked me a couple questions about my options and by the time I walked back from the McDonald's across the street, my car was ready.
