This place has fantastic service and they're fast! I've had tires plugged or patched and the service is always fast and you can't beat the price. They've plugged a hole and didn't even charge me AND had me up and running again in less than 10 minutes! We bring all our cars here for tire repairs as well as suspension work. If they had more than 5 stars I'd rate them even higher.

The boss' attitude was very bad, I was very angry, the boss kept asking questions but didn't solve the problem, the price was unstable, discrimination! I hope the relevant departments will investigate this tire shop, and urge everyone not to go to this shop for repairs!

Went to this tire shop on my friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Very fast service for installing new tires at best price, even checked if i need alignment or not to save $$$, will certainly go back!

Got a quick an cheap alignment done with my 33 s. Had a little problem,and Z service advisor & Tech took care of me. Good spot for big tire alignments!

These guys fixed my flat tire in less than 15 min. First, I took my car to Express oil change and tire engineers in Allen, they told cant repair flat tire and I need to buy a new tire. I then went to Costco, they had 2 day wait. I went to Plano Discount Tire and got fixed in less than 15 minutes.GREAT WORK

These guys got me ready for the road in under 20 minutes AND quoted me the BEST price for a set of tires compared to prices I ve seen online from Just Tires/Discount Tire/NTB, another local shop s quotes were $445-$1000???? $210 here no problem. Thank you Plano discount tire!

Plano Discount Tire offers excellent customer service and minimal wait times. They efficiently serviced me without any issues. Their prices surpass those of neighboring competitors. Prior to visiting, I had been to two other shops. Initially considering a return to one of them, I changed my mind due to prolonged waiting as they attended to other customers. During this wait, I stumbled upon Plano Discount Tire and am grateful for the decision to choose them.In addition to their exceptional service, they provide complimentary water while you wait.There was only one unfavorable aspect of the experience. The wall socket available for charging my phone appeared somewhat unstable, raising concerns about potential electric shocks.

These guys are the best. Came in here last week got new tires waited all of 15 minutes. Came in today got my car inspected again took less than 15 minutes. The guys are nice professional very helpful definitely going to bring my car back every time

I only take my car here in have never seen such honest auto shop like thus place Craig is so honest I never been told there is nothing wrong with your car before, I'm usually tiered of hearing how many things are wrong with my car when it's driving fine but I come here thinking something is wrong Craig say there is nothing wrong truly honest person God bless this place especially for a single mom.

Very happy with the installation of my LPadventure lift kit I had them install on my 2017 Toyota RAV4 Limited AWD. Done in a timely manner for the price quoted and the alignment is perfect.

I was far from home when my tire light went on. I tried to fill up at a gas station, but my tire wasn't holding air. I didn't feel comfortable getting back on PGBT without getting checked out and this shop was close by.Ray was super professional and helpful. He checked my tires, found the slow leak, and patched it up really quickly. I didn't even need to exit the car!! It was a very reasonable price and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Really impressed and appreciative.

Honest and reasonable. The owner and his employees are all very nice and knowledgeable. Very professional. This is the only place I take my car.

After calling many places that didn't have my size, these guys had many tires for me to choose from. They installed a tire, performed rotation, and found a screw I didn't know about in one of my tires and plugged it. Very nice prices and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very satisfied :)

Craig was absolutely awesome! I took my car to them to get my AC working in July. He diagnosed, that my compressor and condenser needed to be replaced. He had a little trouble getting the air to cool properly after my compressor and condenser was replaced. But he was very nice and wanted to make sure I left a happy customer so he persisted, until he finally got it to work properly. He was very kind and courteous. Even though it took a little longer than I anticipated to get the car AC working; I was happy that he was willing to get it fixed right. He seemed honest and ethical, compared to other places and people I've taken my car to get fixed. Few years ago I took my car to Firestone for the same issue and they completely ripped me off! So in comparison they may not have the biggest or the best looking shop, but I believe they know their work and they are honest and courteous. So I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their car AC repaired or brake pads done.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I stopped by without an appointment after my vehicle failed an inspection test. I was met with a warm welcome by Ray whose attitude was fantastic. He quickly checked my car and was able to fix all the 3 issues that were raised by the inspection, making it possible for me to complete the inspection the same day. By the way, they do inspections as well. He went above and beyond his call of duty, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Plano Discount Tire & Auto. I will definitely be going back.

I can into the shop with a tire and rim issue that I knew would be a problem to deal with. The owner and the staff began working on the issue persistently. They worked on the issue until it was resolved 2 hours later. The staff at this shop worked so diligently that it made me think the rim was theirs and not mine. I really appreciate the type of customer service professionalism they displayed. They are courteous and genuine. I will continue to bring my car needs to this shop!!!!!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

From out of state and wheel began clanking. They found out that the dealership I went to didn't put the parts back completely and would then break if they try to place it back. They ordered a replacement part from Autozone and got it fixed quickly. Staff were polite and explained the issue thoroughly. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go to them again if I encounter another issue in town.

The guys at this shop are amazing!! They are fast, friendly and very professional. The manager Craig; was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice on my car. They have the lowest prices as well!!I will definitely be giving them my business again in the near future!
