They worked with me and on my 1997 Ford F20HD, by that I mean they communicated throughout the process and even on the weekend of Easter Sunday. Their efforts working on an older truck were greatly appreciated and half the quoted cost at another shop! Rick is welcoming, professional, and willing to work with you!

One of the best services i ve received in a very long time, every shop i go to there s always a problem or something they cant do, i called like 10 alignment shops to get an alignment for my lowered vehicle, all said no. This shop normally said they couldnt do it today but when i told em i had to go a long distance today and i needed the alignment right away they managed to squeeze me in. Not only did they fix my alignment, they also made it so that my tires dont rub to my fenders anymore with no charge. I got coilovers on it and a camber arm kit so my wheels were a bit slanted to try and not make it rub but it still used to rub like crazy. didnt tell them to do it but i believe they raised my vehicle a bit and fixed my camber so it doesnt go thru tires so quickly, for free, its something i wanted to do myself but didnt have to courage to do so lately. the prices were reasonable and im sure this is not a deciding factor but they had like 20 different coffee options at the waiting room which i thought was awesome, definitely my go-to place from now on if i need anything done on my vehicle

This business will not honor its own prices; they quote a low price over the phone, and when you show up the price gets increased. In my case, that meant OVER THREE TIMES. This situation has happened to me twice already with this shop (last time I just went ahead and paid so I could get my car done), but today's experience was by far the worst. In March 2023 I brought them a non-Tesla electric vehicle for an alignment. It cost $89.99 (for your awareness, they also had an ambush "Tip" option at the end, and stare at you while you finish on the keypad, so mine came out to ~$105).At any rate, today I came in (called to confirm availability and ETA before hand) for the exact same vehicle and the exact same service. After waiting a solid 45 minutes, Ricky calls me to the front to tell me they have to do something with the battery which means they can't honor the original price. Then they quote me $299.00 for the same service. Let me be clear that I have never been upcharged for an alignment because the vehicle is an EV, and I write this as I am sitting at another chain shop for the alignment and WAS NOT charged any different pricing for the service. There is no need to disconnect the EV battery to complete this service, and the ETA was identical. They can actually cause serious issues with the computer if you allow them to disconnect your EV battery. Ricky and the woman at the front told me they also had to take the plastics off the bottom for some reason. There is no reason for them to fool around underneath the car; everything they need to do the alignment is available at the tire wheel well.By the way, Ricky said the last person who quoted me that price (a female) had since been terminated, and that she shouldn't have done it for that amount. Another lie -- Ricky himself was the one who quoted me this! Someone else rang me up, but Ricky was the mastermind behind it then and now, so take that for what it's worth.This felt like a total bait and switch, and I'll never bring my vehicles here for service again. I should've written a review about the last time I had an issue with this place, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once I understand, but twice is a fact pattern. Clearly this is the way they operate, and caution you to avoid them. Go anywhere else. At a minimum get your estimate in writing up front, and hold them to that price. Don't even get me started about the difficulty to access to this place, the extremely packed parking lot which you will never find a spot in, and the broken furniture in the lobby. I also saw a roach in the back corner. Super gross, shame on me for ever entertaining this business.

I feel like these people pay for reviews nc thos alihnment place is trash i brought my truck to get an alignment and they left my truck worse i had bougjt new tires and the thread was gone in 10 days.I called the guy im the office and tried to charge me 2500 for a ball joint that cost 40 dollars

After two failures at the nearby gas stations trying to air my tires, I came across this store and asked for help. The owner was a very very nice. He helped me solve the issue without charging me anything.The store might be small, but the owner has a big and warm heart. Don't miss this place.

This is the place to go for any auto repair or upgrade. The service is amazing. I personally drive at least 40 minutes to go here for the service. There are places closer but they don't add up to Discount Auto and Tire Shop. The owner is working along side the mechanics. He is training, teaching, and mentoring techs and mechanics everyday. Thank you for your awesome work and great customer service.

this shop is a great! place to have your vehicle worked onthey did a lot of on my 2002 wrangler . they explained an showed me everything and it was was more than few things i wanted them to check out. work was awesome and they went little extra on some things witch showed me they care a lot and stand behind there work with confidence rick & Jesse andthere team are truly professionals in the auto industry .thank you !Clemente.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Brakes

Car was never aligned properly. I called and I was given reasons why due to brakes which had nothing to do with car pulling to the left without brakes being applied.I think they don t have well trained employees, my car is stock sedan an nothing special about it.Not happy and do not recommend.

I have used this shop couple times already and my experience has been same. They are quick to fix the problem, low cost, do a good job and to the point. I'm always anxious taking car to tire shops.. invariably I have been told that one or all my tires need replacement very soon and im better off just going for that. It is irrespective if the issue is minor like an air leak. For a change, this shop is honest and gets the job done as needed. On top of that, they are really quick and surprisingly low cost. I trust them for the quality of work they do and for their honesty. Highly recommend this place..

Best alignment shop I've been to. The technicians set up the car to the exact specs i requested.When i went back a couple weeks later to dial in some more camber, they covered the cost under warranty though i was willing to pay for it again.Excellent customer service and I will definately be taking my other car here for an alignment as well.

This shop has always done a phenomenal job! From inspections to alignments they ve taken great care of our vehicles the last 2 years. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend to anyone! When I unexpectedly had a flat tire, I found myself pressed for time to get it replaced. Thankfully, the team at the discount tire place I visited went above and beyond to expedite the service. They were not only friendly but also extremely proactive in addressing my needs. I greatly appreciated their efficiency and willingness to assist me promptly. Overall, I had a positive experience with their customer service.

Great alignment go to shop for sure! Brought my 2017 Bmw M4 for a alignment and they did a great job. 0 issues worked with me and had 0 issue going through warranty after hitting a pothole. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a alignment. 10/10

These guys did some great work on my 2020 Civic Si. I installed rear camber arms and they did the alignment very well.After a few days, the arms started making some horrible noises and I took it back to them to see if they could fix the problem. They took it in and tightened some bolts, even the ones they did not touch when they did the alignment.TLDR: I experienced some great above and beyond work from this business, and I will definitely be coming back.Service: Wheel alignment

Dishonest people. Do not go there, especially for alignment. They charged me $150 for alignment that they did not perform and invented fake problem to my vehicle. I came back, like let s do the work now, they were like well we were mistaken on the bill. You need to pay $1700 to get a running car fixed.Robbers, know nothing about alignment!

I had a certain 4 Wheel Parts store install new shocks on my Jeep and afterwards it had the death wobble of all death wobbles. My vehicle was undriveable and it nearly would launch the engine out from vibrating so hard. I cannot overstate how terrible the Jeep was, I thought about just burning it and leaving it in the woods.Dropped it at Extreme Alignment hoping that it was just that. Informed them that I didn't need the Jeep back quickly as its not a primary vehicle. Alignment was performed and it did nothing to resolve the issue. They kept my Jeep for many weeks as there were part shortages and I feel they were trying to figure out the issue.During this time they replaced the upper and lower control arms, steering stabilizer, adjustable control arms, balanced tires, track bar and drag link adjustments, and a second alignment. All of those parts were original parts and certainly worn out. I should have replaced the drag link and track bar, but didn't, they essentially made it though.The girls at the front desk kept me aware of the progress and the price I was quoted was always still the price when they updated me on progress. Anyways, I received a call that I could come pick up my Jeep, that "they have done all they could". It was statement that was a bit off putting as they said it still had a wobble. When I arrived I asked if I could drive it to see how shaky the Jeep was. To my pleasant surprise, I could not feel the "wobble" they was referenced and I certainly tried. I paid and was on my way. That evening I did a 60 mile drive on 30 East and back traveling around 80 in the Jeep with no top and no doors. Not only was the Jeep smoother than it had ever been, it was smoother than my wife's Acura. There was never a time in which my wife could apply makeup when in the Jeep, now she can play Operation and even get the little bone out without the red light going off.I assume that they are just perfectionist and wanted a 20 year old Jeep to ride like a Benz. Anyways, they did a ton of labor and replaced quite a few components all for what Honda would charge to put in an alternator. I was honestly pleasantly shocked.This is a fantastic shop with people that know their craft and honest about issues and pricing. I don't like needing mechanics, but will definitely be back when I do. Highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

It s like $150 or something for an alignment here but there s a 6 month no questions asked warranty so you can install new parts and bring it back any time for an updated alignment. They also are willing to do any specs you request so this is a great value if you have a track or race car. Also pro tip: the parking lot grading is pretty steep so it may not be low car friendly. Park on the side street.

Went to this shop a week earlier for a tire rotation that "NEVER" happened $29.00 the same tire is now low again and it's the same "problem" tire it was before. In the same location never rotated. I was completely ripped off for both services. In response I have the reciept that I will upload that says that the recharge for the ac service was performed. (See Attachments)I thought they were professional, I waited a long time but the shop appeared busy. I decided to give them another chance. I was charged $99.00 for them to recharge my AC system. I made the mistake of trying to buy the can and do so myself but I ended up letting vital oils out in the recharge system. Sadly they lied to me after making me and my daughter wait for two plus hours for the service that was not performed at all. I had already spent $75 on the cans you buy at automotive stores.Instead they gave me a $1,578.77 bill.YET stated on my invoice that they had performed the service. I just moved to the area and really needed a trust worthy place to go to. In retaliation for not getting the work suggested on bill two. I beleive they poked a hole in my disscharge hose, which is now leaking according to next shop I went to. That charged me $55 for the labor to find the problem. (See attachments)They even removed my oil change sticker placed on my front window by Jiffy Lube. I am glad I kept my oil change receipt from February. I have spent a lot already fixing my vehicle only to be scammed by this shop.I will have to travel all the way back to the other side of town to my original at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune 8551 S Hampton Rd, Dallas, TX 75232 who is fair and NEVER scams his customers. He and his team tell you directly what is wrong does the work. I've spend thousands repairing my vehicles over the years.Service: Air conditioning

After reading reviews, I had to get a wheel alignment done & I needed to get it done RIGHT! Santiago was the the guy who helped me, he listened to all my concerns, took his time to do it right which took him about 2 hours and he was patient polite and professional. I have only had the car for one day so I couldn t tell you if alignment is good yet but they told me it also comes with 6 mo warranty. Overall I really like these guys, there was one more guy to besides Santiago and both of them were working and weren t messing around. 5 stars Service: Wheel alignment

Rick is the man! I brought my old school lifted suburban with a solid axle and big tires because it was behaving terribly on pavement. Rick told me exactly what I needed to have done in order to get the alignment into spec and fix the wandering steering problem. I had them do the work and got my truck back much sooner than expected. I wasn t able to get all the parts needed but they worked with what they had. Not to mention the prices for the work. I was expecting to pay much more than I actually did. The truck drives much better now it s night and day. It s hard to find anyone who knows what they re doing when it comes to an old vehicle.

Dropped off my truck for an alignment and Tint at around noon and they knocked it out same day. I m an auto mechanic with 21 years experience, so I tend to be very careful where I take my vehicles for things I can t do at home such as alignments. These folks are professionals, and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family. Y all now have a repeat customer.

Stopped by so they could look for a noise that was occurring at high speeds. Found out I had a bad bearing which happens pretty regularly on the Inifiniti QX60's. I went ahead and replaced the brakes and rotors while they had it on the rack. Took less than a day turn around and price was right. I had a blowout on my CTS-V heading from Bush to 75 and was able to limp it to Discount. I was on my way to look at a vintage motorcycle and had a very tight window to meet the seller. Wes was able to track down a pair of tires to fit my car, and took his personal vehicle to get them from a nearby shop rather than wait for the transfer. The team had pulled my car in and had both rear tires dismounted waiting for Wes to get back, they were mounted, balanced and ready to to go within 10 minutes of his arrival. As it happened I was only there for an hour start to finish. Wes and the team at Discount are lifesavers, would recommend these guys 100%.
