What an amazing job of repairing my car after being rear-ended to like new condition. The team was efficient getting the job done quicker than expected, the pricing was fair, and Peyman and the team did all the work of interfacing with the insurance. I am so excited to see there is now a second location even closer if I ever need them again. I highly recommend this professional and service minded company.

They've done a great job beyond my expectation on my vehicle. They took care of all the details even the parts that I didn't ask for. Their customer service is beyond 5 stars. The shop owner, Pooya, is so nice and friendly. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much for your great work and service. I'll not go anywhere else from now on and recommend you to anyone who looks for the best body shop in town.

I waited a month before Sewell collision could take my car. When I brought my car in, they said it was going to take 6 to 9 weeks, which was ridicules for a bumper cover replacement and paint.I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up.This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years.They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!!I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up.In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider.Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation.I will always use them for my auto body repair needs, I think you need to go down there check them out.Ask for Peyman, he's the man...

Our minivan was repaired by DFW Pro Bright Star from December 2022 to March 2023. We were given back a repaired vehicle without properly functioning headlights for nighttime driving. We took it back to Peyman (the owner) for adjustment of the headlamps. That resulted in headlamps so high that we were getting honked at and brake checked by people who thought we had our brights on. We had to take the vehicle to a trusted repair shop and pay to have the headlamps adjusted the best they could. We still can t drive the vehicle at night because of the large section on the left half field of vision that is completely dim.Service: Body & Trim

Warning! Warning! Warning! Warning!Their incompetency cost me new battery and one week without reliable transportation. They also give False information about the parts. They claimed that they have ordered genuine part but when called Dealer and verified my VIN , there were no such genuine part.Service: Painting

Very very disappointed with my truck. The owner made promises he didn t keep. First off my total was over $8000 and I kept getting the run around. He kept my truck for almost 2 1/2 months, my highway receipt/invoice came in showing three different charges I brought it to the owner attention. The owner stated no one drove my truck when I picked it up. I had to go straight to the service station. I had a full tank of gas when I drop my truck off. On each side of the truck where he repaired, it is to noticeable dents.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

The best body shop in Plano! I have used this business before and am so impressed with the quality and professional services they provide. Peyman gives you a quick and accurate estimate of the repairs so you understand exactly what needs to be done. I called him almost every other day to check the status of my vehicle and he always answered with a friendly voice and let me know when to pick up my car. My car was detailed and looked like new. Amazing body shop! I called 4 or 5 different body shops before I found these guys and couldn't even get a call back. DFW Pro Bright Star got me taken care of in less than 20 minutes. After finding out Mercedes discontinued the part I needed, they were able to salvage my bumper and made it look brand new! Peyman was so polite and easy to work with. He charged me an excellent price (it's easy to get over charged as a younger car owner) and they had my car ready in 2 days. It was returned to me looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!

This shop did an excellent job with my car, I was distraught from the time it was towed there but I ended up picking it up and leaving with a smile on my face and confidence in their work. They do such great work and I mentioned to them that they are like small miracle workers!!! I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who wants their car back like or better than when they've dropped it off. They made the entire process simple and easy enough from the rental car process to working with my insurance company it was a smooth process from start to finish.

I took my car to this shop to get the front bumper on my 2016 Charger replaced after half of it was taken off in an accident. Repair time was a little longer than expected but the manager is very nice and professional. I was supposed to pay my 1000 dollar deductible and insurance would cover the remaining cost. They had a deal going on and covered my deductible! I didn t have to pay a dime out of pocket! The car looks so great and they washed and detailed it too, inside and out. 100 percent recommendServices: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I had an outstanding experience with DFW Pro Bright Star. I took my 2013 Honda CR-V there for an estimate after someone hit in the parking lot and ran. I met with Peyman who made me feel comfortable with his cordiality. I also met his brother and father, as this is a family business. The estimate was quite reasonable compared to other shops and they were willing to repair metal and not replace with new parts. The car was repaired in a week, and I completely satisfied with the body work and the paint. It is clear to me that customer satisfaction is important to this business and it shows in how they treat customers. I paid less than the original estimate because they were able to repair and not replace the fender! Unlike big auto body shops, this is a small operation without the fancy offices and appraisers, but they do first-rate work and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

This shop did a great job on my car. They take care of the accident that I had on my car and they saved my entire deductible.Also I asked them to perform oil change and brake pads replacement. I m so happy that this body shop did all of these on my car with such a great price. DFW pro bright star have became my one stop shop for all of my automotive needs.

Amazing workmanship and extremely friendly staff!3 small things kept this from being a 5 star:1. It would've been nice to get progress calls.2. I spoke to them yesterday and they said it would be ready at noon. But I got a call this morning saying it would be ready at 4 instead. Not too big of a deal since they said they would take care of the rental car return for me. As long as that goes smooth on Monday, I'll be happy.3. One of the reasons i chose them was because they offered a discount to cover my deductible. I assumed it was the whole thing. However, when I got there to pick up my car, they said I still needed to pay $200. Don't get me wrong, it's better than $500, but it would've been nice to get a heads up about it WAY before i got there to pick it up.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!They even took care of some other small dings for free!Amazing!!

DFW Pro Bright Star exceeded my expectations. I chose them because I know the owners and trust their integrity, but there is no way I could have anticipated the quality of service I received. Pouya paid great attention to details that I hadn t even noticed and had my car looking even better than the day I bought it - little things like a small nick in the front bumper (I was there to have the back serviced) and the headlights that were buffed out, when I hadn t even realized they were glazed over when I bought my car from the dealer. Peyman handled the insurance part of the process in such a smooth and seamless manner that I didn t have to worry about a thing, and this alone was a huge relief. I highly recommend these guys for any bodywork you may need done on your car. They WILL take care of you!

They did an AMAZING job. My car looks brand new. They were so easy to work with our insurance and even saved us money. I would use them again in a heart beat. They even cleaned my car inside and out when it was ready for pick up and they finished the work so quick. I'm in aw. Really happy with the outcome.

Very friendly and attentive. Did a great job on our car, and even detailed it for free. Fast service, once the parts came in. Dealt with our insurance company and rental car company for us. They even gave us a recipe for the food they were eating, because it smelled so good. I will be recommending to others!!!

Wanted all to know what an exceptional job DFW Pro Brightstar Body Shop did with our car damage - we had extensive Hail damage on our Honda CRV - after contacting numerous body shops, Peyman Samandi, quickly gave me confidence his body shop would deliver a high level of service - from the moment we dropped the car off we were treated extremely well, had continuous communication and Peyman and his team did everything they promised from day one Most importantly the car repairs we excellent and exceeded our expectations. I had my 2017 Toyota Camry repaired here after a fender bender damaged the right front side of my car, the outcome is great and car looks great. Everything is lined up as if it was never damaged. I highly recommend these folks. They handled everything with the insurance company and gave me the vehicle back in a very timely manner.

I picked this shop based on its google reviews since it was close to home. They did not disappoint! This was the smoothest transaction for a car repair. My car looks better than before the damage believe it or not. They were very nice and everything was completed way sooner than expected. Trust these guys with your car! You ll be glad you did!

I can't say enough about how great the guys at Pro Bright Star Body Shop are!!! I had an accident with my relatively brand new car and needed immediate help to get it fixed up. I went to 4 different places and was getting some outrageous quotes. Pro Bright was my last stop. I spoke with Peyman and he was very friendly and professional. He checked the damaged and gave me a very reasonable quote. To reassure me of the work they do, he pointed out the differences of a bad paint job and a good one. There was a Maserati out front, that they just completed work on, and he asked me to see if I could tell where they re-painted.......I couldn't. He showed me where and there was no difference. It looked fresh from the dealership.I ended up letting them work on my car that day. They had it for 3 or 4 days, but he kept me up to date on everything they were doing and even fixed things that probably would have been replaced at other establishments, costing me thousands. I got my car back and It looked amazing!!! I knew where the damage happened on the car, but I couldn't see any smudges, misalignment or evidence that there was even any damage. Wonderful!! They even washed my car and I rolled out with a clean ride!!DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop will be my first option if I ever need any body work!!!
