First time I've ever tooken my car to a non dealership shop and I was a little skeptical since I always think the dealerships the best place to take my car especially if warranties footing the bill but lately I've had bad experiences with dealerships so I tried Destin Auto care and used my CarMax max care warranty to get my A/C fixed, they were awesome, didn't even take them 24 hours to have my car running cold air again. I'm definitely coming back to take care of a few other minor issues I didn't feel like addressing since I'm so used to it adding a few days to my car's stay but I'm definitely coming back, the prices are very reasonable, I've seen what the dealership charges my warranty company and they truly take advantage of it. Regardless of that it's why my experience at Destin was so much better since I didn't have to deal with any up selling or anything just my A/C working like new! Keep up the great work!

Destin always takes care of me and gets my car running right. Reliable, trustworthy, and great customer service. I wouldn t choose any other mechanic. Customer for about 3 years now and hopefully many more to come. Special shoutout to Aryn and Nash.

Second time I ve brought my vehicle in to their shop. First time was for new breaks, this second time was for a dying alternator. They were not only able to get it done same day but within a couple hours. I was able to make it into work with no problems and they are very friendly. Didn t try to add any pressure to make unnecessary sales. Very happy with this shop. Highly recommend!

This place is very great every time I visit. I expect things to be longer and it s no big deal to me, but they get it done sooner than I think. They are very transparent about prices and anything else I may have to look out for. If you have auto problems you can t go wrong here with great staff and efficient service

First time stopping by Destin auto care. Was referred by a friend for oil change new tires tune up state inspection brakes and shocks . The reviews and service speaks for it self and they showed me all the things i needed for my car. Reasonably priced . Will be my go to best car mechanic shop in dallas Texas. Thank you Nash and the Destin auto care . Definitely recommended

I went because they had a good coupon for my state inspection, which was easy and they finished in about 15 minutes. Seemed like a decent place to go if I ever needed any other car work done.

The customer service here is amazing. I was greeted before even entering the place and they took care of my car right away. Price was cheap compared to others and again can t stress enough on the amazing service. Will be going here for all my future car needs

Great local auto shop. I was in and out for an alignment within 45 minutes and the price was incredibly competitive. I'd say it's definitely worth a call or visit

The saga continues!! I want to Ike these guys but I can NOT!! It has taken 4 trips for one front and back break job. And SADLY I SEE I WILL HAVE TO go back! The front brakes that. Where redone for the 4th time are SQUEAKING AND GRINDING AGAIN , it s. Only been two weeks since I went back for the 4th time at east. It can t and should not. Be that hard!!I read your response The FRONT BRAKES that where just done TWO WEEKS Ago are squeaking and grinding again. I know what you told me about the back brakes. But the ones in the front that were just Recently DONE AGAN!!Also yes , the original work was done at your other location in PRINCESTON where I was TOLD after paying $500+ that I would be good for at least 5 yrs since they put in new brakes and rotors. They told me that!! I don t drive often and work from home. So!!! I don t understand. Why miscommunicate like that, for what. And again the additional trips I have had to make since. Three to that location. Now I will need to make a third one there cause AGAIN the front brakes are squeaking and grinding again. And two weeks ago the front brakea and rotors where replaced

This is by far the best shop I ve ever visited. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating . Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone needing car repairs, state inspection, etc.

Took my car to Destin Auto Care for a check engine light and was helped by Nash. Of course, it popped up at the same time as my inspection month. They diagnosed it as an evap issue with my fuel vapor hose and called before making the repair since they could only get the part from the dealership.Price was good despite the dealership part being pricey, and they took care of the repair same day. Now my car runs like it did brand new. Came back a week later to get the inspection done once the code had cleared from putting some miles on the car, and they did it for free! Completely unexpected! Take your car here, they will take care of you for a reasonable price.

Destin Auto Care has done VERY GOOD Job on My 2002 Lexus IS300. This is my third time going back to them for wheel alignment.

I was referred to Destin Auto Care by someone I Trust. I called the shop and spoke with Aryan; he was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind.I must admit I was concerned-being a woman that he'd quote me some ridiculous price-he did not. And, he did not change things up when it was time to pay for the excellent work done.Many thanks to all of the wonderful employees at Destin on Jupiter Rd; Blessings to you all!!!P.S. Actually I passed by many auto shops while enroute as I live a little distance away, but it was well worth the drive:}

You can't find a more honest, reliable, or dependable mechanics shop around than these guys! Well, perhaps you can but we couldn't. We have been using them since the week they opened and have been truly grateful ever since!!!!

I read the positive reviews, which made me decide to bring my girlfriend's car in. Nash greeted us at the desk.I described to him that her car had a metallic knocking noise from the rear passenger area. I informed him the car has had previous issues with the exhaust and that we had some parts of the rear suspension replaced 1.5 years ago. We brought the car in at noon and he told us it may be ready by tomorrow and he'd call us with more information. At around 3PM the same day, he told us that they drove it around and identified the issue as a loose bolt on one of the shocks, which maybe came loose since it had been replaced. They charged us $45 which was a pleasant surprise as we were expecting it to be a larger issue.They didn't try to sell us anything extra or push for us to get any additional service done, which we greatly appreciated. I told Nash that'd I'd likely be bringing in my own vehicle soon for some work, after having a positive experience this time.Thanks Destin Auto Care, and see you soon!

I have them do all my car repairs. They are honest and trustworthy people. I wouldn t go anywhere else. When I was there last they made sure that I left happy. Don t waste your time.I took my car there on July 8th, since my car isn t going over 35 MPH, they fixed a wheel hub for that charging me $680. I went back with the same issue on July 29th, they changed a wheel hub again and charged me $280.And I went back again with same issue and a gentleman there said, this is an electrical issue, we don t work on them, and we don t refund .They chose to tell me that they don t work on this issue after charging me twice.Turns out it was RF speed sensor, low pressure fuel sensor and battery that needs to be worked on but not wheel hubs as these professionals stated.Good luckThis is in response to your 'be honest' comment.So, yes you told me about Cv axle, wheel hubs, battery, brakes and tires, but when I asked what would solve the actual problem of not being able to go over 35MPH, you said cv axle and wheel hub, so, I asked to go ahead with that. And you gave me the keys saying, "It's fixed now". I drove on the highway trusting your word and put myself in danger. And when I brought it back, you guys felt like second wheel hub needs changing too, like did you guy not check it the first time or are you experimenting and treating my car as your lab tool to learn things? And again after the second time, I heard it's fixed now, just change the battery. The car had the same issue as soon as I left but I changed battery, it is still the case. You are trying to justify yourself by saying that you fixed something, so basically, "I came in for a heart surgery and you found something in knees, fixed it and told me not to worry about heart ache anymore, right?I came to you asking for a refund when you guys failed to fix my car, you declined the request, I asked if you give me a genuine written statement about what was the issue I came for and what you did instead, you said, "I'm sorry, I can't do that either". I endangered myself twice thinking you did your job.Thank you.

Excellent people very professional and competent and price wise they are good. They change breaks & routers for Toyota RAV4 and they beat the price among others. They finished the job quickly. Good Job (Dustin Auto Care Team) keep up the good work. I would highly recommend . Thank you Dustin auto.

This location did a great job fixing my car at an affordable price really. I had a previous estimate which was way out of my budget and I was worried I won't fix my car. I was referred here and I called, brought my car, had it fixed for a third of the price I had received. Very courteous staff as well. They did a good job. Bring your car here to get it fixed! You won't regret it!

Purchased off Groupon for an alignment and I got what I paid for!! Now I have to find someone else to fix whatever they messed up. Before it didn t feel like I needed an alignment but NOW IT DOES!!
