Literally life savers! Had to get my 2020 Challengers bumper repaired as curbs and bumps in the road caused damage to it over time. Came here on a Sunday and they were open and fixed it in less than two hours. Great customer service and very reasonable!

Vinny s work and dedication is beyond anything you can find these days. He went way above and beyond to fix broken parts on a Toyota Tacoma door that no one knew was broken after the truck was rolled. He literally spent all day on it, had to remove the rear door to get the front door open and picked up the car at our house. Like I said, Vinny is a rare individual these days. He did an excellent job repairing my son s truck which my son rolled, both painting parts and paintless dent repair on others as well having all the air bags replaced. He and Sam are absolutely the best and we will never go anywhere else. On top of that, he fixed a large dent in my brand new Ram TRX and you would have never known it had been dented. Perfect repair and paint match on a $100,000 truck, so Vinny is 2 for 2!

I couldn't be more elated with the work done on my car here.My car was involved with a rear end car crash with major damage to the front, and I paid for all of the repairs out of pocket.Vinny managed to fix all the cosmetic problems and get the car fully running three days before the day that he quoted me. Instead of getting my car back 1 week later (from the Tuesday it got towed in), I managed to get it back slightly less than a week later on the same Saturday weekend.Throughout that process, Vinny and his team updated me as needed about the car repair process and the estimated time of completion.Considering some extra unforeseen repairs were needed under the hood of the car after the crash, it's amazing that he was able to get such a fast turn around time. In addition, to the extraordinarily fast repair time, his team also polished my tires and cleaned out the interior of my car (both of which were unexpected). It really does illustrate the above and beyond, dedicated, individual care you'll likely receive if you take your car repair job to his team.Most incredible of all, somehow, this sort of service and work from Dentmax would probably cost you far less than if you had the same work done at Service King or other larger repair shops. That was certainly the case for my own specific repair that I needed. A large part in how this is possible is due to the fact that Vinny will communicate with you on some options that might save a few bucks. For my particular car, it was opting out of the paint job.This business is a trustworthy mom-and-pop shop that's fully deserving of business for any car crash repairs. Expect excellent quality repair on your car, stellar service from Vinny and the team, all along with a fantastic price for all of it. It's honestly somewhat hard to express in words how much of a great job they did. What was a miserable event (the car crash) was made better by these fine people.

After reading the great reviews, I pulled up to Dentmax after hitting my rear door on my garage causing alot of damage today, Vinny and Sam took great care of me and repaired my vehicle almost to perfection without having to go through my insurance! The best part of it, they fixed it while I waited and the price was awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN

Great work and awesome service. Vinny was very attentive and thorough. He had no issues explaining the process and giving me different options to choose from. Hope to never need another vehicle restored but if I do, I ll certainly come back to this shop. After a collision, they got the car in drivable condition quickly, but some parts have been on back order. They said they d let me know when the part would be available, but it s been 1.5 years and they ve ghosted me. Despite me reaching out multiple times. Additionally, the dealership says that part is not on back order, and that there s still damage to my bumper (safety concern), AC condenser, and radiator. I m having to pay $7000+ out of pocket to the dealership for repairs that should ve been done by DentMax and covered by insurance.

Excellent work at a reasonable price. No reason to go to any other body shop in Collin County. Scheduled an inspection with the Owner on the same day that I called. Repairs and costs were explained to me in detail. Work was done on time. The car looks great with no signs of the previous damage. Paint matching was perfect. It is nice to support a local business that does right by its customers.

Vinny and Samantha communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. They did high-quality work in a very timely manner on my Porsche. They are 1st class and I will absolutely use them for any of our car repairs. I was very thankful they handled all communication with my insurance company. Looks like a brand new car.

We accidentally broke our side mirror while backing out of our garage. Vinnie and team were awesome to work with. They were transparent, went over different options without trying to up-sell anything, and managed to have the mirror repaired in an hour. They even buffed out some scratches on the bumper for free. Overall great customer service and great price. I d highly recommend working with DentMax for any repairs in their wheelhouse.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended on the freeway and had my bumper nearly falling off, as well as an issue with my trunk door not closing all the way. I called them up, sent in pictures, and had Vinny do an in-person inspection. He was able to fix the damage more quickly than expected, and the final result looked brand new! The whole process took less than 3 hours from calling him up to driving home and this was on a Sunday when everyone else was closed! It's an honest mom and pop business, and you can tell by talking to Vinny that they know what they're doing. Good prices, fast service, strong collision acumen, and professional results. I had a great experience taking my 2011 minivan to Dentmaxx. Having run into a pole, my front bumper called for a new one (I can objectively say this as I used to be a claims adjuster and did car estimates). However, Vinnie gave me the choice (something NO other body shop would ever do) of replacing ($1,500) vs doing a fix that day that got it reattached and scratches buffed out ($300). Seeing as we have some other major financial issues going on right now, I was able to choose the latter. How nice to have the option! He did a great job (and I can go the car wash again!). And not only that, I loved getting to know Vinnie and his wife. Incredibly kind people. Their number is already in my contacts as our go to body shop. No place like it in town!Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic location. Thorough, attention to detail, and the nicest people you'd want to meet. Did one side of my car while I waited. Beautiful work and great price! Worked with insurance on the more extensive damage and it was stress free. Picked up the car at my house. My paint job was a three layer process and it looked flawless and matched the car perfectly. I can't say enough about their service and their integrity. Outstanding results!!!

The whole team at Dentmax provided excellent service while working on our nearly totaled vehicle that had extensive hail damage. Took my Malibu here after had a bad storm in March. All the shops by me were quoting 7months plus for a wait time. Vinny and his team got my car in two days after I called. They did great work. Worked with insurance worked with the rental company. I also got my windows tinted with them. My car looks better than when it was new. The wife was shocked. We will be taking our other hail damaged car there as well. I really can't say enough good things when it comes to ease of working with etc. I would highly recommend.

I would never again take my vehicle anywhere else. They treat every customer VIP. They were very efficient and kept me updated through the entire process, which did not take long at all. They saved me thousands. This is a very honest family owned shop and you can tell they truly take care of their customers and take pride in their work. I have been in a few accidents I only wish I knew about them sooner. I highly recommend them for any repairs.

I came here since it was the closest to me. At first it may seem like any other mechanic, but the customer is there. VINNY is the guy to talk to as he forms the most friendly and meaningful connection. My experience there was comfortable and the job was done right and in time. I can t tell anything about the quality of the work because they didn t work on the car. I m disappointed about unprofessional approach. Vinny persuaded me he is working with my insurance and will fix my car. I trusted him and left my car for the repair of the dent on the bumper. After waiting for 5 days he got back telling he can t do the repair as he couldn t agree with the insurance. I had to take it back to the collision center and it will take me another 10 days to get my car fixed. Waste of time and money.Service: Body & Trim

Vincent and Sam were such great people to work with! They fixed my 2015 Lexus to look new again without the long waits that you have through the dealership. They were honest, reassuring and sympathetic people. Also, they took care of reserving and returning my rental and stayed late to work with me to help with my demanding schedule.

I first got a quote from Service King in Plano, but wanted a second opinion, looked up another shop nearby and found this place right around the corner! The owner, Vinny, greeted me and was so polite and friendly, offered me a lower price than Service King and I knew I wanted to come back when I had more time in my schedule to be without a car. It took me a few months, but I finally made it back to have my bumper replaced and he and Samantha were MORE than accommodating. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they even offered to pick up my car for me and drop it off. Incredible customer service, went above and beyond and I was so pleased with the work they did for half the price I would have paid anywhere else. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever need body work done. I highly recommend!

These guys are great. I brought my camaro in with some pretty hefty damage. They had all repairs complete within 4 days, prices were extremely reasonable. Car looks brand new. They also worked with my insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly. They were even kind enough to contact me after working hours, kept me updated regarding status, and drove me to the rental car place so I didn't have wait. I'm a big fan of this place and I encourage anyone to utilize their services.

I had them repaint my 2014 Silverado bumper and they did an excellent job. Got it done in 2 days when I needed my truck. Vinny is a super nice guy and will ensure the job is done right. Prices were fair as well so if you need some quality work done but don t wanna pay service King thousands for a small scratch, this is the place to be

DentMax is the best. This was my very first accident. They took care of everything including calling Enterprise to come pick up the rental vehicle after my vehicle was repaired. My car looks brand new. I can't tell there was an accident. They matched the paint perfect. This is a family owned business and they are the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and professional. Samantha is the best. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to DentMax.

I highly recommend DentMax for auto repairs. After my accident, DentMax was the only place in the Dallas/Richardson/Plano area at the time of calling that offered essential repair services (the option to exclude cosmetic repairs) and comprehensive towing services. The owner, Vincent Thompson, was a pleasure to work with and offered full disclosure of the state of the car and the repairs needed. Throughout the repair process, thorough updates were given and I always felt comfortable asking questions about the repairs. The repair was completed extremely promptly and upon inspection, the quality of the work was excellent.
