I was the 3rd car inline when i arrived. It seems to take only about 15 minutes per car. They had 2 people working so i only had to wait about 20 minutes. The guy was nice and the price was fair. $25.50 total. I would use them again.

Awesome, no nonsense place to get your car inspected. The check is efficient and does a great job of inspecting your car in a timely manner. I love the ability to come and go very quickly to place like this.

I take both my car and motorcycle to Dekra, and every time I've come here they're always friendly and efficient. There's always a shorter wait on weekdays. On the weekend, prepare to wait a while.

On 02 11.2024 I went to DEKRA in Plano to change the oil in my car. They said I could exchange it for the $55 coupon I purchased from GROUPON. After the process was completed, they asked for an additional $15 for service and maintenance. I paid so there was no problem. This is not right. you are not honest. This is a trap. Please stay away from here. SAMI SELBES

Quick and easy way to get a basic inspection done. The staff is friendly and helpful, They work quick and have you on your way fairly quickly.

These guys are on top of their game, it can get busy but they'll move the line fastest possible. Been coming here 3 years now. Keep up!

Pls do not this facility. Someone stole $200 cash from my car. I approached the manager assuming it would be caught on cctv etc. Manager was no help either. I hope others can benefit from my experience.

The older gentleman (heavier body type) was so rude and condescending. I understand being busy and working on a Sunday, regardless, you still need to treat people with respect. Doubt, I will ever return here, because of him. Customer Service is very important to me.

A no-frills oil change and state inspection location.Have pretty decent Groupon deals and quick service. Please note that tax and disposal fees (~ $15) are applied on top of Groupon voucher.Went there on a Tuesday afternoon and done with the full synthetic oil change in 30 minutes

Once they get to your car, it's not a long wait. It's the getting to your car part that this place really suffers. The attendants seem overworked (perhaps understaffed?). The "waiting room" is kind of a joke. Literally, no more than 4 chairs in a dingy room with some products for sale--in case your wipers don't pass?

The line was so long that I thought that I'd have to wait forever. Instead, they kept the line moving smoothly and had me in and out in no time. Even though it was at the end of the day, he staff was extremely polite and efficient. They are well deserving of one of my rare 5-star ratings.

Great service. If I don't get the inspection done at the dealership then I get it done here.I've used this location since it opened, from my rusty van to my current model. They treated me with the same great service each time.

They were short handed when I arrived..shortly there after a mother tech. Arrived and the pase picked up..all in all was very satisfied.Early morning maybe a not so good time..however 930 - 10 would be better. The weekend is probably a early time..Once I got served by the tech. It was fast and easy...I willbe there again...Remember first come first serve..

Friendly, fast service. I pulled in around 10am on a Saturday, and was done in 15-20 minutes. That said, I was the first and two other people pulled in behind me. There was only one inspector at the time, so those folks were probably there 20-40 minutes; kind of the luck of the draw. Biggest reason for the rating is that they did not hassle me or come up with elaborate ideas for an up-sell (wiper blades, air filters, etc). I have a very well-equipped garage at home with most tools to complete all maintenance and most intermediate and below repairs (spark plugs, engine work, belts, routine stuff, etc). That said, I take meticulous care of my vehicles and know them inside and out. These friendly folks didn't try to misstate anything or upsell things that weren't needed, and while the vehicle is nearing 15 years and 200,000 miles (prime target for less reputable places), they were honest and passed all items down the list. I was hesitant to try this place at first, but I am now glad that I did and will be using them in the future.

Went here on the 27th to get a state inspection the guy tells me the only way my truck will pass if I buy new windshield wipers I purchase some for $40 he put them on my truck as of yesterday when the ice storm came I cut them on and they flew right off my truck good way to inspect hopefully they do what's right when they open tomorrow and replace them because the ones I had they work just fine

Short review: They got the job done and in ok time but were sadly unprofessional while doing it.Long review: After being overly reassured they were highly experienced with manual shift, they proceeded to immediately stall out my car. After testing the windshield fluid they left the fluid to dry so I had to immediately clean my windshield after they were done. They also forced on the headlights and left them on while it was early afternoon. They also decided to leave my car running unattended while they came and gave me the results and went through the payment process (gas is about $5 a gallon currently, no reason to leave the vehicle on to idle and just burn gas). While each of these things is relatively small (but annoying) individually, they add up to a bad customer experience overall that will have me looking elsewhere for my next inspection. I hope this was just an off day and that others have a better experience

Used a Groupon Coupon for a oil change on my hybrid car and was very satisfied! No long wait times! Very good customer service and very knowledgeable on any question you may have! Also I ve been having a low tire pressure due to the weather change and they filled it without me even asking and that reason made me come leave a review! It s hard to find good work ethics that go above and beyond what you ask for! Thanks Dekra!!

Quick and fair service for inspection. Wait can take some time if you re close to the month expiration especially on a weekend. Once they have your car however it s painless. They haven t ever attempted to tell me I needed new wiper blades or bulbs, so I never felt like there is a sales pitch. Rated 4 stars because the lobby is pretty lacking, but based on how quick they are it s not that bad just when hanging out surfing on the phone.

The staff members are thorough and pleasant. Kind enough to accept me for an inspection even though I showed up 5 til closing time. Their hard work doesn't go unappreciated! Been a customer for 10+ years and still value the service of this establishment. Thank you, team DERKA :)

Fastest place in Texas.I ealk in line which was only 3 people. They have plenty of workers, so no waiting.Took literally 10 minutes.

Lobby was closed but I think that makes them more efficient. They took cars as they came in the drive up, checked insurance right there and ran the car around for inspection. 10 minutes later, you hand them a credit card and they go inside to process. Minimal contact and good service.

Due to covid precautions, customers have to wait outside this year - it was a warm 86F, but breezy, so not too bad. Took a little longer for the inspection than usual, but still only around 10-15 minutes per car. Otherwise, pleasant and no hassles.

Always courteous and professional staff in the past 8 years I've used them.Just failed an inspection today, but the gentleman working said it may have been their equipment causing the failure. So he advised I clear the engine code and drive a bit. Then he said we'll do the inspection again.He didn't charge me a dime.

5 stars for efficiency and no nonsense inspection. I've taken my car to them 2 years in a row now. 2018, it failed inspection since I did not notice that one of my tire locks was missing (tire place apparently forgot to put it back when I had the tires rotated one month prior). Once I got the locks replaced, inspection was finalized and passed. 2019, inspection was as efficient as ever with no issues. They do get busy but they are efficient enough to get inspections done quickly.

Deserves better than a 3.8! Fast service, friendly, didn t tell me I needed $500 in repairs to pass like I ve had every time I use a quick lube place or tire store!! My second time using them and I won t go anywhere else again! Plus it is clean inside and out!
