I would say they are trustworthy and have guided me in certain situations when it came to the dealership. One star off for the last time I had maintenance and the car wasn t ready when they said it would. But otherwise,they are reliable. They give loaners which is definitely a plus. When they used to do pickup it was even more convenient. I like when they do maintenance work the report is very thorough with details and pictures.

I was referred to Davenport by a family member a few months ago for both my Lexus vehicles. I won't lie, I was apprehensive and nervous taking my cars to a non-dealership shop. However, the Davenport crew did right by me and performed services on both my cars at a fraction of the cost of taking it to a Lexus dealership. They even washed my cars! I recommend them for their professional demeanor, friendliness, and their overall quality! Kudos to Davenport!

Wow had heard good things over the years, so when my Lexus went out of warranty i finally experienced Davenport s excellence for myself. Attention to detail, caring and knowledgeable service advisers (shout out to Noel), and below-dealer pricing are reasons I will return. Thank you, Davenport!!

We have been going to Davenport for a long time, they are always knowledgeable about whats going on with your car. They never pressure you into repairs you don't really need. I love them for tthat. They feel like really good friends. Hope I can keep taking my cars there.

Brought my 2016 Lexus ES in for an oil change. I waited at their facility for them to complete the service. They finished in less time then quoted & provided me a new customer discount. Very happy with my choice to use them!

Fantastic mechanic that takes pride in the cars they service and the work they do. If you drive a Toyota or Lexus that's out of warranty, this is where you should be going.

Davenport Motors is a great company to have your car repaired. They are very thorough in their diagnostics and will only recommend repairs or replacement of parts if it is truly needed. We will continue to use this company for our Toyota Highlander service.

I was told by the Lexus Dealership that I needed $3k in repairs (control arms replacement and a minor oil leak) and I called Davenport to get a second opinion. I took it there a few days later and they looked at my car and said neither is at a concerning level yet and recommended I hold off on replacing, and they took a photo of the microscopic amount of oil on the gasket and said they'd check on it each service and advise if/when it gets to a point of needing attention. They explained everything to me and were incredibly helpful, honest and transparent. So appreciated! I'll be servicing my vehicle here from now on.

Rudy and the Davenport team have serviced all of our Lexus for over 30 years. They are trustworthy economical, and they shoot straight. When I get a diagnosis, I believe it and take action to get it resolved. They are courteous patient and most importantly, trustworthy.

My wife actually brought the Lexus into Davenport Motor s because I was working. One of the things about Davenport is I have the confidence in them to do only what is necessary and take good care of us no matter if I come in or if my wife brings in the car. Excellent customer service and just a great place to do business. Highly recommend them.

The Davenport guys are the best! Our family has taken all 3 of our Lexus to them for years and we have never been disappointed!My 2002 LS430 has 236k+ miles and because of the care she gets at Davenport, I have faith she still has a lot of life left in her.

Davenport is a family owned business, and when I first entered, I felt like part of the family. They listen to what you have to say, and they talk to you, not at you. At first I thought I was special, then I looked around and saw they treated everyone like that Special.Also everyone is professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest. I can t think about going anywhere else, which is why I own a Lexus.

It was a great experience! They gave me a complete rundown on several issues and what it would cost. I liked that they were transparent with the cost and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance checks and what other work I might need.

Very thorough and timely with all services and a fair price. No gouging snd honest. They used to have a location close to me in Dallas but it closed. Because I love their service I make the trek to Plano. Thank you Davenport!

No one does it better than Davenport. Their proactive, thorough reporting and timely communication is second to none. They don t cut corners or suggest unnecessary repairs. Stack on high quality repair work and there s no reason to go anywhere else.

Went in for scheduled maintenance. Lance was great , so helpful figuring out the best course of action for me . The whole process was quick & easy & didn t break the bank ! I was sad when the Inwood location closed as it was close to me, but Lance sent me off with a loaner car so it was a seamless transaction despite the Plano location . Thanks Davenport!

Good service, but was charged for fuel treatment service that I did not authorize or even know about. I came in for a simple oil/filter change and found a charge for Berryman fuel treatment service on my bill with no explanation. Went back and the service writer refunded, but this is seems shady and not very transparent. Not sure if I will be back or not? Disappointing.

Great service, excellent technicians. Rudy is wonderful to work with and the entire operation is very professional and reliable. They will always tell you the truth and never try and upsell you. I ve been going there for several years and have always been very pleased with their service.

They seem pricy for an oil and filter change if you do the multipoint inspection but were several hundred dollars less expensive than the dealership for a water pump that needed to be replaced. They did provide a loaner, which was great. Overall, good experience and will be back.

I refuse to take my camry anywhere else while I live in this state, Bo vacuumed my car for me afterwards and it was excellent. I d give them ten stars if I could, long live Davenport Motor Company!
