Had my car repairs done here and had a fantastic experience. The work they did was quality and they worked seamlessly with my insurance which was helpful. Silverio kept me informed and was so helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond (shout out! :) Due to a back ordered part they had my car for 10 weeks which was hard but they were always willing to follow up more then the typical twice a week and look at all options to help me get my car back asap. So grateful to them for all their hard work. Would use them again for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of using Crest Collision Repair Shop for collision repair on my vehicle, and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free.First and foremost, the quality of the repair work was exceptional. My car had been in a pretty significant accident, and I was worried about the extent of the damage. However, the team at Crest Collision Repair Shop was able to repair my car to like-new condition. Did not disclose that I would have to pickup at another location further away than I originally dropped the car at. When I drove to the other location ethey wanted to charge an extra tow fee for moving the car but never mentioned it when I first dropped the car off.

DO NOT USE CREST COLLISION! My car has been at Crest for over a month. The at fault s insurance company wanted to total car after crest s estimate. However, I utilized my insurance due to this issue. My insurance sent check and Crest has not started process of repairing car. Due to the car being there for a month I am at the point where I want to have car repaired elsewhere. Silvario has not been consistent and I had to do his job at times. It s been an absolute nightmare. With all of this my car should be repaired to the upmost highest quality. Paint, body and everything. I wouldn t recommend anyone using Crest. I will do an upside ones repairs are completed. Also the number below where the Owner said call Does Not Work!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! A friend and I brought her brand new car here for collision repair. The original quote was 3 weeks for the repair and it took literally 2 MONTHS to get it back. On top of that, the final charges were $5,000 more than the estimate that the insurance company was given! On the statement, there are all types of added charges on there, for parts replaced that had nothing to do with the damaged area on the passenger door. To add insult to injury, the car was brought for collision repair and the BATTERY was SWAPPED with an older, used battery, and we ended up stranded. 3 hours on the side of the road in the heat of the summer, and we had to have the car towed to a shop and pay nearly $300 for a new battery!! This is just days after the car was picked up from Crest. During my car s stay here, they also LOST the key. They didn t say anything about it until pick up. I was told that a replacement key fob had been ordered, but it turned out to be a used, scratched up key fob and doesn t allow me to push button start. The key fob has to be manually pressed to the button for it to start. The car was not in this same condition when it was brought here! If it had been known that I would end up having all this trouble, I would have taken my car somewhere else!! The treatment I received from Silvario and Crest, makes me want to see to it that nobody else takes their car to this place! STAY AWAY FROM CREST!!!Service: Body & Trim

Do not take your car here to get repaired. They told me it would take two weeks to fix found out my car has been sitting there for three weeks after they lied to me and said they re waiting on my insurance to approve after talking to my insurance. They said no one contacted them about any repairs when confronting the manager he finally said OK because your car has been sitting there for three weeks because we re so busy. Haven t got a chance to get to it. They lied to you just to get you to come in and do fixes with them and they will screw your insurance out of a lot of money. Yeah it s not coming out of my pocket but they try to make a lot of money on insurance claims shady people even after changing management fix your car somewhere else. Trust me.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely horrible, hood, unprofessional as all hell and would not take my Cadillac here if you paid me. These guys must be contracted out by crest or something because their dealership and service department there is nothing like this. The receptionist was wearing an extremely small skirt which she had no business being in. She was fairly rude with me when I asked her for an estimate. She told me over the phone that they may do a rough estimate so I stopped in for it. I was told her guys were too busy, after she asked again I got an even worse attitude from a service guy working there making fun of the the insurance company of the guy who had hit my car saying that I mightiest well pay it myself or use my own insurance company. I will never take my CT5 or god forbid my Benz here. Sewells collision center in Dallas is much more professional, friendlier and was able to get me an estimate with no appointment. This place is hood.

Crest Collision really took care of my car! I was involved in a hit-and-run incident in my new car. I was worried that it would never look or drive the same, but Crest Collision proved me wrong. They did a great job on the car and Eddie Loaiza kept me updated throughout the process. I had a wonderful experience. I was side swiped during this last ice storm and had a brand new XT4, they replaced everything with brand new parts. It looked like it just drive off the showroom floor. I liked the text communication giving me updates so I didn't have to waste my time with a call. Eddie was fantastic and professional. Patients is a virtue, you can't rush a job and expect it to be perfect. He explained that they would have to evaluate the damage, then order the parts. It took 3 weeks and received a quality completed car. It was cleaned and polished for me upon delivery. I couldn't be happier.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I can give this place no stars, very bad customer service, I dropped my car for bumper replacement this was the only thing damaged on the car, after a month they called me to pick the car that's it's ready, they charged insurance $6500 for bumper replacement , it was overpriced they they through a lot of stuff in top of the bumper they claimed must be replaced .My expectation was after the $ 6500 bumper replacement to get a perfect car, i was shocked when I saw the bumper was loose, they over sprayed the bumper and the front grill. They not even bother them self to wash the car.I refused to pickup the car until they fix the paint and bumper, which took another 3 weeks to fix .If I did go to another shop, I'm sure the insurance paid less and I got better customer service.Service: Painting

Crest Collision in Plano isn't listening to me, so I'm hoping this will get their attention.I brought my car to them on August 18, 2022 after someone hit my car and didn't leave a note. My insurance company recommended them as an approved shop. All I had was cosmetic body damage. They estimated it would take about $7,000 to fix.3 weeks later, the bill was actually for over $8,000. As soon as I got in my car--before I left their parking lot--I got an alert that my engine coolant was critically low. They filled it up and I took it home. Literally on my way home, a side panel they replaced came loose. I tried to push it back in until I could bring it back to the shop. The next day, the same panel flew off of my car while I was driving. Not long after that, the engine coolant light came back on and I could smell coolant in my car. I immediately took it back to Crest Collision in Plano and left it with them. Now they have had it since September 15, 2022.Since then, I've been told that they examined the hose and it's "shooting out" engine coolant. But Chris, the supervisor, told me that they didn't cause the engine damage because they "didn't work on that part of the car." Someone I talked to told me they "don't know how else to explain" it to me, but it might be because my car is older. (My car has never had this issue before.)Then they tried to find me a rental car. They waited until 4:30pm yesterday to call Enterprise after I asked them to please call asap and not wait until this morning to try. This morning, Chris called me and said they reserved one for this afternoon. After 3pm, Chris called me to say the rental was gone, but he would keep trying other lots. I called Chris back at 4:30 to ask what was going on, and he said they couldn't get a car for me but they'd keep trying tomorrow. I asked why he didn't make a reservation on Friday, and he didn't have an answer.It's been a month since I brought my car in for cosmetic body repairs. Now my car is still with their shop with worse body issues than before, and now major mechanical issues with the engine. They are denying any responsibility and talk to me like I don't know anything. Crest Collision has been paid thousands of dollars to butcher my car.I'll be contacting an attorney because no one here is listening to me. Please don't use this shop.

This place has been an absolute disaster to work with. My fianc� took her car here to get the body repaired after she was side swiped. This is where her insurance told her to go, so we dropped it off. 3.5 weeks later, her car was finally ready for pickup. After cranking the car up, the check engine light came on with a warning that oil was critically low. She asked them to fix this, and they did. She drove home with no problems, except a piece of the panel they fixed was not secured properly. The next day she got in her car, and while driving to work the check engine light once again came on stating that oil was critically low, and the piece of panel that wasn t properly secured flew off on the interstate. She then took her car to the shop and asked that it be fixed as this was not a problem before the car went to the shop. Crest Collision then stated that it wasn t their fault because they didn t work on that part of the car. So, now she is having to have this fixed, and is once again without a car. They also have failed to provide a rental for her after stating they would for the past three days (five if you count the weekend). This has been an absolutely terrible experience. My fianc� is without car, and they have been giving us the run around. Do not use this place. The receptionist has by far been the most helpful person this entire time. I was very pleased with my experience here. They made my entire car look like new and even buffed up my wheels. I had a huge smile on my face when I left my car looked beautiful, like new! I was kept up to date on the status and they got my car back sooner than they originally estimated. Larry is great as well as entire office staff. Would definitely recommend.

The service I received was spectacular. Everyone at Crest North was very considerate and helpful. Larry especially, he was responsible for my car. Larry truly is a customer-focused employee, one of the best I've seen. He made me feel like family, and I knew I could trust him to not only do the job quick, but do it right. The automated emails weren't correct, but Larry emailed me every step of the way with detailed information. It took the exact time he said it would, and I was able to make smooth plans as the insurance didn't cover a rental car. I will always come to Crest North.

I had to have body work done and brought it to Crest Collision and had such a great experience there. I worked with Alex at the front desk and Chris Landry for my service and both were exceptional. I ve had body work done in other shops and have been frustrated at the timeline for service, communication and the feeling that I was put on the back burner. Not here! I was receiving text messages every few days from Chris beyond the promised you ll hear from me everybody Tuesday & Thursday regarding what stage we re in and that impressed me from the beginning. I will say, I didn t believe him. I had been told that before at other places and then I would have to reach out to THEM 10 days in to see if my vehicle had even been started on. Chris was always on top of the progress and anything that was happening with my vehicle. I also had to have an oil change done while it was in the shop so he worked with the service department and Jordan Farmer next door and they both made it super convenient for me to get it all taken care of all at once. The repair was quick and my car looks brand new. I just have nothing poor to say about this body shop and the people I worked with and I won t hesitate to come back if I need more work done in the future!

Perfect experience. I took my car in for repair of a small scuff on the front bumper corner and to have paint chips repaired across the nose and lower air dam, which was additional but quoted at a very reasonable price. They were completely professional & courteous, they coordinated with my rental car agency for me, they kept me updated as to progress and they delivered my car back on schedule, cleaned inside and out, and with the same mileage as going in. Best of all, the repairs are perfect. The color and orange peel match exactly and there s no trace that there was ever a problem. They even fixed (perfectly) a large gouge near my headlight that I wasn t expecting to be included. Very impressed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Crest Body shop location off of Lexington in Plano, TX.From calling in to schedule, Alex was unbelievably helpful and had our car towed in that afternoon. Chris, our service advisor, was amazing!! He called and text every step of the way. He was beyond helpful during our journey of having a total loss. We had never experienced this and they made the process so easy. I highly, highly recommend them! I will never use another body shop! Thank so much for all your help!

Took my car here after I rear ended a lady. Chris was very helpful and so was the lady at the front desk. I really appreciated the text messaging alerts and continually kept me up to date with the process of repairs. I really recommend them!My ONLY complaint is that the car had no coolant in there at all at pick up. I noticed it and immediately put coolant in myself. Probably just an honest mistake.The car was detailed before checking it out and I think the car is cleaner than it was when I bought it back in Feb. :)

This collision center operates independently from the Crest dealership, which is actually very evident once you walk in. There's nothing classy nor cozy about the interior, but Larry was enough of both things to make the experience not 100% sh*tty. After a horrible hail storm in my neighborhood destroyed my back windshield and made unsightly dents all over my car, Larry walked me through the process of how my car would be fixed and assured me that this would be a simple process. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him at all.The collision center estimated that my car would take about a month to complete, so I didn't rearrange my vacation plans at all since the timing was going to be perfect. They ended up fixing the car 2 weeks early but I wasn't able to pick it up since I was out of town. Larry let me know that they could hold onto my car for a while, but probably not as long as I needed them to. What they failed to inform me of was that the collision center's responsibility for the vehicle ends the minute they finish repairing it.Between their completion on my car and the time I was out of town, my car got severely keyed. My car was parked in a normal parking lot next to other cars, so I can't understand is how it would have gotten such deep scratches on *both* sides unless someone intentionally dug into my car. They pulled up my car and were ready to hand it off to me with the cosmetic defects and offered no apology for what happened. They just kept saying it wasn't their responsibility anymore but that they could help me with 50% of the cost thereby charging me $500. What really blows my mind is that they were saying they couldn't control if someone decided to walk through the parking lot and key my car - truly superb security. No security cameras or physical deterrents to keep someone from literally walking up right next to a car and keying it from front of back ON BOTH SIDES?? If they're so confident that they don't have people wandering their lots, then I would have to assume that one of their people messed with my car out of spite for leaving it on their lot for so long.The above it just the issues I had that were unrelated to the actual work they did on my car. I still had hail dents on the top near my sunroof, which would have been easily noticed had they just LOOKED. My steering wheel was greasy and left black marks on my hands. There were pieces of glass in my car that I'm still finding every day...I trust Crest, but unfortunately blindly trusted the collision center as well since they shared the same name. Don't make the same mistake I did. If my review isn't enough to sway you, read the others.*Update: I took my car to an actual body shop and they told me that one of the really long scratches on the side of my car had been attempted to be covered up by clear paint. So my suspicions about the scratches being intentional were correct.

We had a terrible experience getting our vehicle fixed here, and would not recommend this shop to anyone.Story: I got into an accident in my Mother's SUV when she was in town visiting me (out of state car). We took the car to Crest Collision based on proximity and insurance acknowledgement. Here are the highlights:- They took 6 weeks to fix the car, needing an extra week at the last minute (rough when you're trying to make travel plans to come back into town to pick up the car).- They were terrible about updating us on progress, we always had to call them. They also had misspelled my email (I never got any from them) and they never asked us about it until we were there to pick up the car.- When we picked up the car after 6 weeks, it was clear no one had test driven it or cleaned the car. Evidenced by having another person's car door interior in the back of our SUV when we picked it up?! (we thought it was ours at first, it wasn't and we had to return it to the shop)- We also had to immediately take the car back to the shop because the horn was going off randomly! They needed another day to fix that.- They doubled the insurance company's estimate of cost to repair (~$7K to ~$14K).I'm not sure if it's because the vehicle was out of state, but we sure felt like we were taken advantage of. AVOID THIS SHOP.

After three repair jobs over many years I trust their work. Hail damage, broken window and the last one front end damage around grill/hood were all fixed just fine. The first two involved my insurance company of which Crest Collision is one of their certified repair shops. Short wait time and they fixed the car. I think it best to do business with a collision repair shop recognized by your car insurance company. Just easier to deal with as both want to keep your business. The last repair was more significant and involved another insurance company. Fortunately the other driver's insurance company accepted responsibility for the accident and paid for all repairs and rental car while mine was in the shop. I did have to take my car to a different collision repair shop for an second estimate for the other insurance company. But Crest TOOK CHARGE of the entire matter including follow-up with the other driver's insurance company when they discovered more damage than the other repair shop had noted. (Hidden under the hood/grill). Only downside was the accident happened just after a major hailstorm in the area and I had to wait three months for an appointment. All repair shops had a significant backlog of work at the time. (I was lucky the car could be driven while we waited). Three weeks for repairs which included wait time for approval of additional repairs by the other insurance company. We got frequent updates as to progress of the work. I would do business with them again but hope not to any time soon.

Initially Chris was the person I encountered about repairing my truck. He was rude and contentious, almost hostile, and definitely abrasively sarcastic. Asked for another attendant and got Larry. He has been courteous and considerate. A pleasant experience with Megan at the front desk also. Still waiting for my truck and hope the price will be pleasant also.

Chris Landry is the go to guy. He was honest and upfront with details of the process to fix my car. He drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental. His updates via text were super. Great Feature by Crest Collision. My car repair is fantastic, I will recommend this location. Thanks everyone!

I should have looked at the reviews before I brought my vehicle here. I don't give reviews often but this is the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my SUV in to fix the bumper and it took close to a month to get it back to me and it wasn't even fixed correctly. Additionally, the other side of my bumper was scuffed and they didn't even tell me about it or fix it. I now have to bring my vehicle back to get it finished. They said it will take 1-2 hours but I'm sure it will take a week or more to complete. Completely dissatisfied customer.After looking at the other reviews, this place should really be put out of business. I can't believe Crest want's to be associated with this disappointment. I would clean house and start over!!

This place is horrible. Went through them because when I called stonebriar Chevrolet they said they use crest collision for service. My husband's 2018 Chevrolet truck was in a little accident so we thought taking it through crest collision would be a great decision. BOY WAS I WRONG. They had the truck for 3 weeks. 3 weeks for his little accident of hitting a parked car. Not once did they ever update me. I had to call over and over and they never returned my calls. GARYS customer service is horrible. He was not friendly and never kept us updated. They kept saying over and over they found more and more problems. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE FRAUD.
