Not only did they do a spectacular repair of my car, they provided daily updates on the status of the repairs. Every employee I interacted with was so pleasant. They went above and beyond and had a strong attention to detail- it looks like it never got damaged, the paint matches perfectly, and they even went as far as to replace the dead battery in my car key.

I don't know what's with all the negative reviews, but I went to Crash Champions last Friday and had such a wonderful experience. Even though my car was deemed a total loss, Wyatt was seriously so amazing and patient with all of my questions and explained everything to me. The front desk girl was also so friendly, helpful, and informative. Although I wasn't having work done on my car (since it's totaled lol), I am so grateful for this location and especially Wyatt. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful, and he was there for me every step of the way while I was processing the fact that I had officially lost my vehicle due to an accident. Thank you so much, Wyatt.

I was impressed with the service at Crash Champions, originally Service King. My service advisor was Andrew Galvan. He was professional, kind and informative. He even had my car completed ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend him and the entire staff at Crash Champions.

If I could give a negative number for this review I would. Please do not do business at this location. The company has unethical practices and the staff(with the exception of the two front desk ladies) are very rude. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday 1/26 for repairs. At that time I was provided a document to sign authorizing repairs. In the document, it states that an estimate was provided to me and I reviewed it with a mechanic. That did not happen. When I inquired about either seeing an estimate or the removal of the language, they refused to do both. A mechanic named Bob became very aggressive and odd with me when I attempted to explain the situation. Ingrid another representative came out to add more disrespect and horrible customer service. After further discussion and intervention from another staff member , I was assured I could come back and sign that section of the agreement after the estimate was prepared. That also did not happen. Apparently after I left on Friday they decided not to look at my vehicle and called my adjuster instead of me to tell them they would not repair my vehicle because I refused to sign a fraudulent document which is coercion. I will never do business with these people again.

My car was two days late of the promised pickup date. My subwoofer, amplifier, and shoes were stolen out of my car and everything in my backseat was thrown in the trunk for no reason at all. I also checked the mileage of the car and it appeared it was driven for about 20-30 miles. All that needed to be repaired was a paint job. I told the workers that the items were stolen and a manager named Bob called and told me that everything will be replaced brand new by Christmas. After I told Bob the estimate of the items, he told me that it was under investigation and he needed approval. I contacted Bob multiple times and stopped by the store to receive any updates and I have been ignored multiple times. I have no updates of the situation and I haven't received any of the items that were taken from me. This is very disappointing and unacceptable and I would like to talk another manager or Bob's boss to fix this situation.

My 2021 Honda Odyssey was brought in for repair and these guys did an excellent job.Ingrid Aguilar, kept me updated throughout the process. They did a lot of work in just a couple of days. Much obliged to Crash Champions. This team rock!!

I took my car in mid November 2023. They said 3 to 7 business days for my estimate. After 3wks of no word, i called and it had not been looked at. They promised to get right on it. Here it is January 19. Not a word

Friendly customer service, worked with ease when I changed my mind on using my vehicle, instead of rental, until estimate was sent to insurance. Easy to schedule for work to be done. Had a delay due to getting parts, but received many text updates to be informed. They did a really nice job fixing front left bumper where someone hit while my car was parked. Definitely recommend going here. I could have gone to a closer location, but this one had more/sooner availability.Service: Body & Trim

Service King no longer exists, it was sold and the name will be changed shortly. Regardless, it is the same old ill-mannered employees, rip-off prices, and careless attitude.The $2,500 estimate I received to fix a scratch was fixed by other shop for $550. No wonder the insurance cost keeps going higher.

Horrendously offensive service, even through insurance. For auto enthusiasts that really know their cars inside and out, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The fixes that they perform will need you to take even more time, money, and effort just to repair your car to a completely pre-collision state.UPDATE: Found out through the Toyota of Dallas that these joyriders can't repair anything to standard. Staples and glue, really!? If you guys want a crackerbox repair that is abysmally sub-standard, here's that location.

We are not a mechanic shop. We are a body shop. -Drew Loyal Service King employee s reason why my car had been in their shop for 2 and a half weeks and never seen by a mechanic. As well as . Right front tire was sent out for repair and the mechanic needs it to perform alignment and test shocks, etc. Don t cars have 4 tires that are exactly the same?? Aaaaand alignment testing is done on 1 axle at a time . So you really only need 2/4 wheels and only 1/4 of my tires were sent out. OH wait!!! I go to pick up my car bc they refused to continue service due to badgering and foul language Aaaaand guess what! My tire was never even sent out for repair. Apparently it was on a list of wheels sent out for repair except it was never sent and there the whole time. Drew s explanation . Well our mechanic hasn t been to work since last week and isn t answering calls. So your 1 mechanic you have on staff by your organization s practice at all your shops has ghosted you all. Hahahahaha Wow! Now you are a NO Mechanic Shop!Ingrid: Update on your vehicle: Repairs are in progress. We will let you know if there are any delays.How is the shop on any insurance preferred service shop list?? I will never take my car to any Service King again and will definitely tell everyone I know about my horrible experience with them. Wishing there was a 0 stars option!

After having the car for 4 days, we were told that the work could not be completed as they wouldn't be able to offer the "Lifetime Guarantee" because the paint is too old on the car. It is just a side mirror replacement and there is some damage around the front wheel from someone side swiping me while attempting to change lanes. After having to find another shop we found out that their quote was A LOT more anyway. Service King had great service in person. The ladies at the front counter were very sweet and polite but we will not be back.

Service King always goes out of their way to make sure you're completely satisfied. Their customer service is top notch.Now for the repairs, I am very satisfied. Someone dented the driver's side door and Service King did a phenomenal job at repairing it. This is the second time I've gone to a Service King and I couldn't be happier. I know if I ever need to get my vehicle repaired again (hopefully not), I know where to go! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great location. Took a while to fix my car but unlike other places, they were up front about supply delays and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. They have an enterprise attached to it and even took back my rental for me even though enterprise was closed. The work the did on my car looks great and they cleaned it from top to bottom for me. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for a Wednesday to have pictures taken for an estimate. Was told I would receive an estimate in a couple days. It's now Wednesday, a week later and with two phone calls. Have heard nothing. Very poor customer service. I went elsewhere and got an immediate response. Guess Service King didn't want my business.

Great service provided given the situation they were in. A rear end collision turned into a rear end collision plus updating my truck due to a poorly timed update by Ford. Kept me updated the whole time. Rich was excellent

I had a parking lot backup which was minor and was going on a 3500 mile drive in a few days.Service King were great and wisely ordered the damaged tail light and called me in 3 days in time for me to return and get the body work done before my trip.I am driving a beautifully repaired car and able to keep my plans.This is the second time I have used Service King and I have been very satisfied both times.Service: Body & Trim

This is the most efficient, detail oriented body shop I've ever been to. Made the repair process very easy, including dealing with the insurance company. Ingrid handled my claim and could not have done better. She's very friendly, explained everything that would be done, and kept me informed daily. Highly recommend this location.

We brought my wifes Jeep here for to be repaired after getting in a fender bender. They did a good job on the work and after things beyond their control made the job take much longer than it was supposed to the GM gave us a gift card that covered the expense of the extra insurance on the rental car. I was super nervous. I've never had my car towed away to a shop before. They made the process super easy. I live far and this was the closest shop listed by my insurance. I received email communication as well as phone updates. Completed paperwork by email (thank you Jared). Initially they let me know it would probably be the following Tuesday before I could get my car back. Less than ideal for my work situation, but I know you can't rush quality and time it takes to receive the necessary parts.When Chuck called me on Friday to let me know my car was ready, I was absolutely over the moon! My car was finished ahead of time. If COVID wasn't a thing, someone would have gotten hugged lolI have waited a few days before review so I could take my time to drive the car and make sure it was in tip top shape. It was like the accident never happened!A HUGE thank you to the team there for getting me back on the road so quickly and for providing such excellent customer service.Services: Transmission, Painting

My repair at Service King resulted in visits to both this location and the location on K Avenue, for reasons explained below.As a result, I am writing reviews for both locations. Some of this review is about the central office and about the rental car experience, which are part of the whole experience. The logistics were horrible.I scheduled an estimate at this location. The estimate was performed quickly, which was nice, but they missed one part I told the estimator about, while the estimate added 4-wheel alignment when it was not needed given the nature of the repair (I later requested it to be removed).I scheduled the repair from the central office and they asked if I wanted to use the same location where the estimate was performed, I said "yes"; I confirmed the need of a rental car as well.I showed up for my repair appointment, and they didn't have record of my appointment. The receptionist was quite grumpy as well. Upon further checking, I'd been scheduled at the K Avenue location, where there is not an adjacent rental car facility. So I headed to the other location, now late for the appointment.K Avenue location had my appointment, but didn't have record of the estimate, which had to be transferred from this location.Finally, they had Enterprise come to the K Avenue location to bring me back to this location, where I waited another hour for a car because they didn't have any car ready.Enterprise was understanding about the situation and gave me a great rate on the rental, which turned out to be a minivan. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I was finally out the door.The repair itself was performed at the K Avenue location, so that's the end of my experience and review with this location.

I had written a detailed summary of my experience in this shop directly to Service King corporate, including examples and names. It is my practice when I have less than a stellar review to go directly to the source versus a public shaming of sorts. That is not my style. In said report I wrote, Your understanding and response to this summation will help me know how to write my review . There was a prompt phone call from the shop top manager, but he seemed distracted, disingenuous, and disinterested ultimately. That s a shame, as I was offering genuine feedback that he could communicate up the chain which would/could reduce or eliminate frustrations, lost time, and inconvenience at the customer level. This particular location has been my go-to for well over a decade and I ve referred many to them, an act I don t take lightly. So what were the issues?a) They have changed policy so that now the intake personnel are no longer the trained professionals who could walk around the car, take detailed information, and answer any and all questions. Instead, a hurried and rather incomplete set of photos were taken of my vehicle and then sent to estimators.b) The quality control that was their signature in years past is now missing, and when I went to pick up the car it wasn t exact. My opinion is not that of a laymen as I restore classic automobiles as a hobby including body and paint. This repair was on my commuter car, one that took me a two year search to locate due to its perfection.c) When disputing the imperfections at pick up the aforementioned photographs needed to be referenced, but as said they were done slip-shod.d) The subsequent interactions with the intake person did not go well, as she is either ill-trained or ill-advised. I suspect both given her manager s response as stated above.e) The entire fiasco was remedied and responded to professionally but only because one individual pulled their proverbial fat out of the fire. The corporate office and her boss were both given her name.f) Now I am hesitant to give my qualified recommendation to friends and family, but I will check in periodically to see what changes, if any, have taken place especially with the advent of their new intake policy seriously lacking.g) The shop has sent me automated queries to know what they could do differently to get a better review. This is the second time I ve laid out the facts, and so, as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Terrible customer service. I did not even receive an initial phone call for my Car damage and what they will fix. A person named Tuck suppose to call me regarding of my car repair but I never receive any phone call from him. No phone call on updating about my car condition even they promised to call me. I only received text messages on the process of the car Repair and the repair cost with minimum information. And when I called them for an update of the car, I was passed from one person to the next. When I picked up my car, they just took the money and gave me my key and a stack of paper but no one border to go over what they did, nor take a look at a car with me before I drive off. I have never had any experience like this before. Yet, worst service ever. It will be my first and last time there.
