Really impressive on November 22 try to drop my vehicle below for repairs estimate,And the lady on a Frontdesk I think she s a supervisor! She called insurance trying to prove that the door been ripped off manually on all that damage not related to the accident and she stood besides the insurance to convince them that it s only minor damage and then not the whole side. It s related to the accident and you can see the other vehicle. It was an SUV and there was a witnesses there. and the police right a full report status that the SUV driver 100% fault I don t know what that lady on a Frontdesk tried to prove but she shouldn t be there because she s not honest I m not qualified to be employer for such job because she s acting like a judge and Attorny against someone his vehicle got damaged by the way the white charger is my vehicle and the other driver who hit me has the SUV

They had my car for a month. I feel my car was just sitting in their garage for 4-6 days before they started to work on it because a part was supposed to take 10 days to deliver, 4-5 days because of Christmas/new year's holidays, and another week to install the new part in my car.Other than that, pretty good job, doesn't even feel like I had an accident, and great paint job. Next time I'll try to get a rental before dropping my car off so I wouldn't be Ubering around which was expensive.

I was trying to get an estimate scheduled for the repairs on my vehicle but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all.In first place, the lady that answered the phone was talking with me and also with someone else in the background and I had to answer the same questions several times because she wasn't paying attention to me.Then she told me that they do not work with my insurance company. I told her that she won't work with my insurance company and I try to explain her that I am the one paying for the repairs but she wouldn't listen to me, she just keep saying that she understood what I said but that she doesn't work with my insurance company. All of this happened as she keep talking with someone else complaining about her previous call. Apparently there was another problem with her previous call and someone was trying to call them back but they didn't answer. With this first impression I doubt I'll use them to fix my car.

Absolute worst experience with a body shop. My 2012 Honda Odyssey was hit by another person. On the recommendation of that person's insurance I brought it to Service King for an estimate. After dropping my vehicle off, I expected a call back within a few days. After no response I called and was told that the estimate had just been submitted to the insurance company. After another week with no response, I called again to find out that my vehicle was being declared a total loss. I informed Service King that I wanted to retain my car and have it repaired and that I would pay any difference in price that insurance would not cover. They told me that it is not "Service King policy" to repair a vehicle that has be deemed a total loss even though repairs can be made. I then told them that I wanted to pick up my vehicle so that I could have it repaired somewhere else. They then told me that they would not let me have my vehicle back because it was a total loss. After arguing with them for several minutes that since I drove my car in to them, that I should be able to drive it out, they finally relented. However, I had to pay them $150 to reassemble my vehicle because the insurance company only pays them to disassemble and evaluate the damage. When we arrived to pick up my vehicle the technicians were busy wiping off notes written on my car on which parts they could remove to be sold as salvageable. Talk about trying to gain off another person's loss. Not only was service king slow, unresponsive, and unwilling to help a customer, they also evidently practice unethical business practices to profit from selling parts from vehicles that they are able to declare a total loss under Texas state law. If you have other options for your repairs, go somewhere else. My experience has been that they are undependable and are only looking out for ways to help the insurance company and themselves.

They lost my business the minute I walked thru the door. I stood in front of the desk waiting for assistance and the maintenance techs kept walking in and out the door without asking me a thing, so no thank you.

My absolute favorite thing about my car is it's matte paint. After my car accident, I was worried about getting it worked on.Robert was my service advisor and he was outstanding! He reassured me that my car was in good hands and he answered all my questions. I was kept up with the progress of my car. I received updating text messages throughout the process. The final product was great quality work! My car looks even better than before! I will definitely recommend!

I don't recommend this service king at all. I brought my truck in for repairs after getting rear ended. This shop was recommended thru my insurance company. I give 2 stars because the actual repair of my quarter panel was good, but the paint was cheap, not blended well, had a orange peel texture and molding pieces are of cheapest quality and looked as if they never buffed the paint at all. I've seen better quality of work done at low budget auto body places. Omar was my rep and contact. Cool guy personally, but customer service skills were non existent. Never gave me accurate info on how long the work would take, came in after I got my truck back (2 weeks for one quarter panel) showed him the things I wasn't happy with. From that point I never heard from him again, I've called and left several messages with the receptionist and still no return. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!!!!

Exceptional customer service, I had my car fixed there 6 years ago. I stop by ( I remember last time service was good) because I had a small issue that had nothing to do with past repairs. They fix the issue without charge me and were extremely nice about it.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Selina warmly welcomed us at the counter and gave us the most kind and excellent service! She was a joy and a blessing to interact with. I m so glad I took my car here. They obviously have the best people working in the front and I don t expect we will experience the same kind of service from the rest of the team.

This review was tough for me to write. Robert helped me with my truck after I got side swiped. Throughout the whole process he was super nice and helpful. My problem wasn t with him or his service. It s the actual repairs. The first time I picked up my truck the paint wasn t correct. There was overspray on all the windows. Tons of over spray under the hood. Non of the passenger door controls worked nor did the passenger side mirror. There was hard paint lines on every crease of the doors and the bed. When I dropped it off he said they would have it all fixed in a day. 6 days later it s ready for the second time. Everything is ok there are still a couple of hard paint lines on the doors but I m over it. My passenger door still doesn t unlock. But I m afraid to take it back to service king cause I don t want to be missing my truck for another week. I m not blaming Robert he did his job. But he is the first person I talked to we were both respectful and nice. But I wouldn t take anything here again.

I went in for an estimate, SK121 - Allen, to start the repair process on a bumper. The Advisor checked and said it will be awhile and will send the estimate via email that evening. NEVER got it; called and was told he would contact me but no follow-up. I finaly got the estimate via email a week later. I informed the Advisor via e-mail I wanted to start the repairs ($1,500.00) NEVER heard back from him. After 1 week, I went back to the Service King that's been servicing our vehicles for years and I LOVE them. Go to the Garland store folks. You want go wrong. Those guys are AWESOME and they CARE about their customers.

Terrible experience!!! My car has been and is still there for over 1 1/2 months for a bumper repair that should have taken 1 week. Brad, our "service" rep is the worst rep I've ever encountered in any business that I have dealt with. I haven't gotten 1 call from him the entire time my car has been there. He does not call when he says he will, does not follow up with the insurance company, does not order the parts he said he ordered, and is full of excuses! The managers aren't any better. I left a voicemail for their manager Mark Taylor and have not heard back from him. We have done everything asked of us and some of their job as well. Our car is ready but nobody there will authorize its release. I am also still waiting on corporate to have a regional manager reach out but will not hold my breathe. I will never use this place again and would recommend that you don't either.

The bumper on my new-to-me car was flapping and I was concerned I would need to replace it. I was met at the front desk by Selena, who was ultra-friendly, professional and efficient. She whisked my car to the repair bay, they replaced a missing screw, and she delivered the car to me in 5 minutes saying there was no charge for their service! It doesn't get any better than that!

Service King - Service is not just a slogan, it is their way of doing business and if you get Omar as an adviser, you will know what it is like, to be treated like a King. I went in to have my Ford repaired and from the time I walked through the door everything went well. Communication and follow through is great, they also sent text updates as well that I really liked. My car was delivered looking good and on time. Thank you Omar for your Service and for treating me like a King. Service King and Omar is a winning combination if your car needs collision repair. Thanks again!

After my wife backed my car into another car at a wedding, I was in need of a bumper cover repair on my pearl white 2015 Acura TLX. I got estimates from a number of local shops and was most impressed with the thoroughness of the estimate from Service King. James Wetherby provided was my service advisor and provided the estimate which was right in the middle of the three estimates I gathered. He kept me up to date on the progress and got my car out in 3 days which was perfect. The best part, his estimate was within $3 of the final bill. No surprises. One thing to be aware of, Service King has an automated messaging system that gives you updates on expected delivery time, etc. Ignore them as they are way too conservative. For example, my car took 3 days, it told me 7 days. Just consult with your advisor.

Year ago great. Today they've had my car 3 weeks and I stopped by to find out what the hell was the problem. Met with the manager and found out that my parts aren't even ordered. Depending on the how well things go from this point on will determine if I change this review. Manager said he was hired to fix the problem. We'll see. Update, finally got my car back. BUT, I had to take it back to correct the poorly installed fender. I could actually see the door hinges the gap was so big. The hood line went from above the fender to below the fender from front to back. This was all corrected once i got my insurance company involved. Prior to insurance getting involved i couldn't get scheduled for the corrections. Last thing and I'm done... I can't prove it but I have 3 chips of paint missing that wasn't there before. 1 on the hood and two on the rear quarter panel. None of these are rock chips but appear to be deliberately done by upset worker having to do repeat work. Idk like said but it definitely wasn't there before. I'll have this damage fixed somewhere else. One Star is 1 too many.

Just a delayed 'shout out' to Doug Fisher and the others at Service King in Plano on K. Avenue. Our insurance recommended them and it worked out great! Not only did the fix my son's car after his first fender-bender sooner than the date promised, but kept us apprised of progress throughout and then went above and beyond when we came to pick it up. My husband and I drove over together before work to pick up the car. Went in and everything was ready to go after we looked it over. However, when we went to leave, I discovered I had locked my keys inside my Tahoe! Needless to say, my husband was less than thrilled at the prospect of driving back across Plano in what had become quite thick rush hour traffic to pick up another set of keys. But before we could even figure out what to do, Doug Fisher and another guy from the shop (can't remember his name - sorry!) went in and got their "lock pick set" and had me in the car and driving home in less than 10 minutes! They turned what would have been a horrible morning into a non-event with a smile! Just wanted to say thanks again to both of you all and everyone at Service King! I'd like to say "we'll be back!" - - but I'm really hoping that we don't have any more "fender benders" that take us back any time soon! :)

My bumper replacement took 23 days and when I got my car back the battery was dead. Completely. Had to buy a new one the same day. The air cabin filter had been chewed up by a squirrel and had to buy a new one of those 2 days later. I always park inside and at work and home. Now my gas tank cover won't open because it's bent.

I gave my car for repair of my Honda Van sliding door after accident. I was told one week, and they took two weeks. Every day I will hear that it will be ready and something else does not work. Anyway I don't mind two weeks, but even after that, When I went to pick up the car, the sliding door was closing but it was jerking when it would start to close. But the advisor wanted me to take the car and come back if there is an issue. Anyway, I picked up the van and found my battery is almost dead and had to replace the battery.1 month later, my door won't close while I am outside in Walmart parking lot on a weekend evening. I can't drive without door being closed and I am outside of home. I had no other option but to keep trying to close the door. After multiple attempts it finally closed. I really hate it but I have to go back to same store to get it fixed.I normally don't write reviews, but after this experience, I would not go back to this store for any other issue.

Horrible logistics, good repair execution. My experience started with the South Plano location and ended up here. I wrote a separate (long) review about the South Plano location. The horrible logistics from that location were also present to some extent at this location - my repair was unexpected scheduled in this location after being estimated at the South Plano location and I'd told central office to book the repair at the same location as the estimate. They didn't have information about the estimate here though the repair was scheduled here, that information had to be transferred after I arrived. The repair itself was completed in the estimated time, though an incorrect part was delivered - they drove to get the correct part and complete the repair on time. The repair was executed fairly well and car was shiny/clean when I picked it up, looked like a new car.The drivers side front fender had to be re-aligned and while an onlooker may not notice, I can see places where the alignment is not the quite correct. I noticed a missing curb flap piece under the front bumper that wasn't replaced - I will contact them about this.

This is such a sorry ass excuse of a body shop. It took them a whole month to fix my car, they kept making mistake after mistake. The delays were inexplicable errors due to incompetence and stupidity. They keep your car as long as they want so they can rack up the bill as much as possible. They gave me a quote for $4000 but after the screw ups they made due to their incompetence it ended up being an $11000 bill to replace the trunk of my car. I believe they have a conspiracy going on with the rental companies too to squeeze every buck they can get from unsuspecting customers.
