Very Imperative that I give this review. I have been a Customer here for nearly 20 years. Day 1 .. I was made to feel like Family and service has been Impeccable! At some point the Business was sold and Mo brought the same energy. When I pull up they know my face and my name! I appreciate the honest and amazing work they do! I live in the Neighborhood so to have them near is a added bonus! I highly recommend them and am always grateful that there were once recommended to me!

Called a day before coming, Muhammad provided great customer service. The next day took my vehicle over and he handled my concerns efficiently and honestly. Coolant and brake flush done with care and gave insight on it. I highly recommend this place over dealership service services, prices were affordable and the overall experience was top tier.

I called to check the price on a major repair on my car. I had my own part, and wanted a shop that would install it. They charged less than half they price of a competitor, and told me that if I would come in, they would fix it now!I saw how Mo, the manager, took care of other walk-in customers, and decided to let him take care of 3 front suspension related jobs. His guys were very quick and did some excellent work. They invited me to see the repairs, and made appropriate recommendations for future work.I'm surprised at how quickly they get the work done. I consider this to be a high value shop. They can take care of most of your car problems, and will let you know what they can and cannot do.Pricing is very reasonable, too. Most especially, with the quality of work that they do, and how quickly they do it.Highly recommended.2. Part of driving an older car is having it repaired. I had to bring my car back in because a window jumped th track. Quick repair, professionally done.3. 2/09/24. Once again it's Community to the rescue!My car died while driving down the road, which took me by surprise. I had it towed to Mo and company, who did another excellent, professional repair. They had to replace the alternator, also showed me why the alternator had failed, and fixed that problem, too. Since it was in the shop anyway, I had then make a scheduled repair at the same time.As usual, it was excellent work completed at a reasonable price.Let Mo take care of your car, you won't be . I went in with good faith and spent $$$ asked for more help with a part for my door. I called 3 days consistentlyVery disappointed..if you can't do the job..just say so. A very poor way to do business. I. inquired about price of brakes for a friend of mine . She was interested but decided to go with a shop.with more consistency. Even though this shop was very convenient. I found out later there was family emergency. My daughter went and had a inspection done But a simple call back.would have been nice...So I went.elsewhere and spent $$ Went by a week.ago and was in**out in 30 mins with TX state.inspection..**

Speedy service. I was quoted 25 minutes for the state inspection, and the mechanic was done in 15. Mechanic said that I was a bit low on coolant, which I saw after getting home was well within the adequate levels. For those who can discern the necessity of upsell services, this is a good place to get the yearly vehicle inspection done when they discount the inspections.

I live about 30 minutes out, so I called in advance to make sure they could get me in for an alignment, and the person on the phone said yes. When I got there, he said he can t get me today. If your time matters to you, don t waste it on these people.

Mo really took his time to review my car and explain what was needed in addition to completing my state inspection. Mr. Mohammad was welcoming and patient while listening to me explain my concerns, I ll definitely be back and have found my new local shop! Thanks again for all your help this past weekend.

The warranty is not true.The receipt said they give all work warranteed 1year.The wheel alignment was not good at that time but I believed their warranty and delayed re- service.Now he said wheel alignment is not included in warranty.++ addingI arleady talked with your shop guy and he denied warranty.

He got me in and out really quickly!He didn't give any issues with my Groupon voucher and there were no extra charges for my alignment.It was my first time getting one so he explained everything to me that was on the paper and I was gone within 30 to 45 minutes.He wasn't really chatty, but he was polite. The waiting area was comfortable had drinks and places for me to plug up my laptop.

Wonderful service and at a good price. The service person identified several areas to improve the car and performed the fix in around the promised time frame. Seems honest enough to do business with in the future.

Dropped car off in the morning for analysis was told I would get a call in a few hours. Called in the afternoon and they said it would be next day. Next day they never looked at it so I picked it up. While it was parked in their lot the car was hit by another car.Response to reply: this is definitely the correct shop. Next door to the El Publito restaurant.

Called them for alignment Mo took me in right away and got my vehicle alignment done they gave me a discount I paid $60.00 and alignment was done very quick. Took my vehicle there for a problem, quoted me for things that I did not even needed. I was out of state customer, told them I need to drive my car back in 2 days, they quoted me about $2500 worth of repairs that was not even required. I drove my car back about 900 miles without any problem. My Mechanic looked at the vehicle and only thing he repaired was a leaky power steering line cost me $ 150 with labor. Stay away from these people. Most of the positive reviews are from there own family members.Service: Engine repair

19 year old working in your business will make you bankrupt. 2nd encounter. 1st time he didn't know how to check BMW oil level. 2nd time checked my car for overheating and said nothing wrong, even stated he added coolant. Which was a lie, as the coolant was already maxed out when I came. Because of his lies I was stranded the next day...car overheating! This is why no one trust mechanics!
