Customer service here is excellent. I brought my vehicle in for faulty acceleration. After the diagnosis was done, Dustin did a great job of explaining the issues with my car and suggested fixes. They were super kind in allowing me to keep my car at the shop for a few days while I took time to discuss with family on what fixes would fit our budget. I was very appreciative that they were able to chauffeur me home when I first dropped off my carWould come back here in the future!

I got my inspection & oil change done here yesterday. Honestly the best experience by far at a shop. Everyone was so kind & welcoming & I was out in like 45 min if that. Highly recommend going here for your vehicle needs!

CBA truly stands as the Amex Platinum in the world of auto mechanics for me. When I brought in my beloved Peaches, my 2007 Lincoln MLT pickup a classic, limited edition to them for service, the experience from start to finish was unparalleled. The team, including Austin the Service Writer, Dustin, Angel, Brandon, Mike who I believe were the technicians and Greg, the transportation angel, provided exceptional service.Despite my truck being 17 years old and in good condition, it required some significant repairs. Yes, I ended up spending $7,600 a hefty sum in today s market but choosing CBA for these repairs was the best decision I could have made. They conducted a thorough analysis, prioritized the repairs, and advised on what could be postponed to a later date. I appreciated the transparent communication throughout the process, allowing me to make informed decisions about the repairs.The level of support and customer service from Austin, Dustin, Brandon, and Greg was extraordinary. They addressed all my concerns with patience and clarity. Even when extensive work meant I had to return for a follow-up, they reassured me everything would be taken care of smoothly, without any additional charges.I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire team at CBA. In a time when $7,600 could easily be the price of another vehicle, choosing to invest in Peaches was a testament to my love and dedication to my truck. I m not ready to part with it, nor am I prepared for a new car payment. CBA, you are now my trusted Auto Engineers. A heartfelt thank you for your outstanding service and support. The best experience I ve had getting my car repaired! It s not a fun thing to have to do major repairs on your car. I took my Nissan Altima to a few shops for diagnostics and recommendations, and ultimately landed on Christian brothers because of the service they provided, the time the advisors took to answer my MANY questions, the great reviews from other customers, and their willingness to negotiate down the repair price to be comparable to what my dealership quoted me.They were able to work on my car quickly (no long wait times to get in for service!), and had the repairs done within 2 days of my signing off on repairs. Really clear communication from the team throughout the entire process. The icing on the cake may have been the warm cookie when I picked up my car, or the fact that when they brought the car around front they saw my key battery was low and just replaced it for me!The best service I ve ever received from any auto service I ve ever had. You ve got a customer for life from me now. I ve already told my friends and family about what a positive experience this was, because I know many people need to have a shop they can count on!

Every time I go to a Christian Bros, be it here, further in Dallas, or most recently in Plano, they serve up service that I don't get anywhere else. I understand what they're fixing by the time diagnostic is done and how it will affect my vehicle. They work fast and do a great job. Moreover, I always know my vehicles are in good hands with them and they'll only do as much or as little as I need. Great staff, great business, and great service.

I stop by for the first time ever at Christian Brothers automotive on K Ave for a state safety inspection on a Tesla. (02-29-24) It made my day when I was told they were not going to charge me for it. When every shop is planning to nickel and dime for anything, It was a sign of relief when I experienced a business that was genuinely helpful. Everyone over there were nice and courteous. I recently took my car to Christian Brothers in East Plano for a routine service. I truly cannot overstate their outstanding level of service. They explain every option in complete detail, and so that the customer feels very comfortable when selecting options. Their waiting area is very neat, clean and comfortable. They provided complimentary water and soft drinks and maintained ongoing updates regarding my estimated wait time. I will certainly become a repeat customer. Truly outstanding service!

From the moment I walked through the doors I felt extremely welcome. Thanks to Dustin Sanders and Greg Gibson for being professional, kind, and courteous. I was offered a courtesy beverage and a warm cookie amongst arrival. Nice touch right? What I liked the most about this experience is how personable both of these gentlemen were. We had great conversation while I waited for my oil change to be complete. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has automotive needs.

I found this shop from different platforms in their reviews. I was glad I did because those reviews which voted 5 stars truly reflect what I experienced with them throughout their services. From starting communicating with them about my car problems to their explaining the services they would offer me, and until the completion of their services, any staff who I spoke with patiently listened to my concerns and noted everything into the computer. All staffs were very friendly. Their shuttle service sending me home and back to the shop was a great add-on to this review. If there are more than 5 stars choices, I will definitely give them more than 5. So . 5+

I went to Christian Auto Brothers on 1/26/24 after 2 friends just raved about their service. I only got a state inspection over the lunch hour but they got me right in AND served me a warm cookie. I definitely plan to switch my auto repairs to them. Two of their staff also told me to have a blessed day.

Great service and they even gave me some fresh cookies while I waited. They were so nice!! I just got an inspection so I can t speak to anything else, but I ll definitely reach out to them when I need service in my vehicle.

By far the friendliest auto repair place I have ever been to! I came here for my state inspection, oil change, tire was low, and headlight out. All of this happened after the first snow of the year so I do want to say it was extra cold outside. Not only do they have a complimentary shuttle to pick you up and drop you off, but they really are kind. The pricing was clear and they take pictures and videos to send along with their findings. They even made sure my car was warm for when I got in it to leave. I have nothing but positive things to say. I will continue to come back without hesitation!

I have had work done with CBA Plano in the past. In recent memory I ve had a wiring harness (chewed through by squirrels) brake and brake pads and my my recent visit was for an AC leak which needed a replacement hose and recharge. I interacted with Dustin and Greg, both were absolute professionals and very communicative during the repair process. They even have a shuttle service which was extremely helpful getting me back home after I dropped the car off.There is a reason I keep visiting them anytime I have a problem, they do good, clean work, they do it quickly, I NEVER get the run around, I know what they quote is what it actually costs to fix and they are good kind hearted people. I love the guys at CBA Plano and I recommend you give them a visit.

It was a great experience and I am glad that I have finally found a place where I can trust with my car. It was my first time taking my car to them and they, by far, exceeded my expectations.I was greeted with professional and polite people, and they kept checking in with to see if I need anything. I wasn't there for so long though, as my car was ready long before I expected and I was on the road again.

Christian Brothers in Plano gave us one of the best experiences I had at an automotive place. Prompt and Excellent service. Mr. Dustin gave us the best possible customer experience. All the bills were taken care by them, what a wonderful gesture of kindness.We are truly blessed to have received this Christmas gift from Christian Brothers.

First time customer. I needed a state inspection and picked the site simply because it was in my way. Upon picking up my car, the manager asked me if it was my first visit and when I said yes he gave me the inspection for free. This not only made my day but my year after other unfortunate experiences elsewhere.With such a simple gesture these guys earned my future business.

I had a 7 a.m. appt for my Mercedes Sprnter Van. It was a vehicle inspection so I could get my van registered for the State of Texas.I had my auto insurance saved on my cell phone. However, I could not get to my insurance info because my insurance app was out of date, so I tried updating the app. I also tried the Internet. It would not update and looped me back to the same place where I started.The guys at the front counter were so patient with my dilemma. They had faith that things would work out so they started the inspection anyway. Before the inspection was complete, I finally was able to get the current insurance info. I am so grateful for the guys at Christian Brorhers. Their patience and how everything was handled speaks well for the company name they use .I trust them because I could see how professional and compassionate they were toward me.Thank you, guys, at Christian Brothers. Went here for a state level inspection and oil change on 12/19/23. Both were done in no time by professionals on the floor. Special mention has to be made about Dustin at the front desk who was extremely courteous and friendly. He sets a high bar for customer service. Truly exemplary!

I didn't do business with them because when I called for a price estimate on a brake job with rotors, they wouldn't give a price quote without me supplying my tag number or VIN number, and I didn't have either one available. There are too many other places for service without that hassle. They were very nice on the phone, so they are friendly.

I worked with my service advisor Dustin and he walked me through the issue and the repair, clearly explaining the work to be done and the time it would take. Their repair was the same recommended by the Buick dealership but considerably less money (same parts, same warranty). I noticed how they spoke to other customers and I got the impression they wanted to take care of them. I will continue taking my car for service to Christian Brothers in Plano.

Dustin was awesome to us from start to finish. Very informative each step of the way. Very satisfied with the work done. We were there with warranty work and we re still treated with respect, unlike some other places I ve experienced in the area. Will go back again!

Not retyping it.Good job. Aces even.Bad business policy on not accepting customer parts for installation. I look to upgrade my sports luxury cars with name brand parts, not hold you or dealer accountable for warranties for junkyard supplies. (NEWSFLASH: Most aftermarket parts void warranties by themselves.) I do expect all new 'nuts and bolts to be tight.'

Every single person at CBA was very polite, attentive, and understanding with me and my vehicle s issue. I received the most thorough inspection of my vehicle I have ever seen, along with very reasonable categorization of the issues found and remedies advised - that is they were obviously not drumming up silly issues to make more money. I ve never been to CBA before but I plan to return. If you re after the cheapest shop, these guys aren t for you but if you re wanting a thorough professional job, you ll get what you pay for at CBA.

After my recent experience with Christian Brothers- as I allowed them to do my car s very first repairs, instead of asking myself what all they did right I decided to share what they could ve done extra (I suppose) if I had to fish for something lacking. Here s my answer. They could chosen to provide me with a free massage and to feed me grapes during. So, if you need that, then keep on searching. But if you need anything else that s actually related to vehicular repair and to customer service, then feel free to stop searching and to begin putting your trust in them. It ll be worth your time and money.
