I took my van to Central Kia of Plano for an oil change. When I picked up my van, there was a pounding sound coming from the front left wheel. The service department had just closed about five minutes before this happened so I came back right away and, my husband asked one of the service men if he or a service technician be able to have a look at it? The person said yes and to bring it right back. I was only down the street. He and the technician took my van to try to find out what the noise was. About five minutes later they brought my van back to me and said that when they were doing other precautionary maintenance check that something was flopping back-and-forth. They fixed that and I was so appreciative that they both stayed past closing!! They didn t have to do that. This was on a Saturday and after closing, so I would not have been able to drive my car because I would not have known why it was making the noise. I gave a five star rating and giving a shout out to Trey.

I have had yet another great experience with central Kia. My car is approaching the 100, 000 mile warranty limit which makes me very nervous especially since my check oil light is coming on. I brought my car in today and they were very concerned and helpful documenting my miles and working out a plan to understand exactly what is going on with my car. They verified that I was losing oil and added oil to my card stating that this would all be covered under the warranty. They said the mileage was documented and gave me a copy and said that I didn't have anything to worry about. I will come back after 1000 more miles to see exactly how much oil was lost and to determine the next step on my car maintenance -all covered under the warranty.I can't afford a new car right now so I am really thankful to be able to rely on their help to maintain my car. They are very honest and trustworthy!!

Mr. Gomez my Service Advisor was so kind. Even during renovations at Central Kia of Plano, the waiting room area is very comfortable and clean. The cashier was very kind also. Service was fast and the free car wash is always a bonus!!

I appreciate the service. As I do not understand with making an appointment at 7:15AM to JUST get an oil change. It took 2hrs and 25min. I do understand mid-morning, people in front of me etc. I was the second in line and the lady in front of me just got an oil change as well.

Made an appointment for 3:30pm, easy peasy. They said it would take about 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived, it ended up bring closer to 2 hours. The service people were nice. The cashier lady was super nice and helpful. They washed my car before returning it to me, which is a plus!! The weird part was they left the back passenger door open and I didn't realize it until I started driving away.

The customer service was amazing! Starting with all the guys in the service center(I witnessed all of them helping other clients attentively with patience and a smile) down to the speedy but personable girl that checked me out. Extremely friendly efficient staff. Would highly recommend!

I had such a pleasant experience at the Kia Service Center! Paul G. took such great care of me and was thorough in explaining the pricing as well as what was going on with my car! 10/10 will definitely be a return customer for him and the Department!!!

I brought my car in for a recall fix. There was no charge. I made an appointment a week before but they had no record of it when I arrived. After some waiting they found room for me and I left my car. The service took about 5 hours. If you book service here, double check your appointment in advance. I'll only bring my car back for free upgrades provided by the manufacturer.

Update:Still a great dealership! Will continue to be a service and sales customer. The service department is honest and very helpful. I heard today they are building a new facility close to their old one. Can't wait to see it!Original:I have been a multiple Kia vehicle owner since 2011 and have always taken my vehicles to their service center. I've always had a wonderful experience with all the staff, from the customer service crew, cashier's and technicians. I've always felt confident they were honest with my maintenance or repairs.Definitely recommend.

I ve been to several auto shops about the same issue with my car. Between small and local auto shops to big dealerships, nobody can compete with the experience I had a Central Kia of Plano. Jose & Trent were very punctual and they fixed the issue for half the time and half the price. I definitely be taking my car here anytime I have problems. Thank you!

When I first arrived at 7 o clock in the morning, I was told it would be approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do the necessary repairs for my brake lights checking all my other lights to make sure they were good and to do the recalls add 1124 Jos� text me that I could text him back with any questions I might have which I responded with a question as to when my vehicle might be ready for pick up I got no response or text. I then called again around 150 saying that I hadn t heard anything back and you would had my car for seven hours. I finally received a call at 3:40 saying the car would be ready in about 45 minutes. later I was told that the first service person shouldn t have told me an hour and a half to two hours because the recalls themselves take about three hours. I have now had another text from Central Kia Of saying that I had a recall on my vehicle so I called because you were missing a part to fix the dash light that shows that my seatbelts are connected. The part was going to be in on Tuesday and I set up an appointment for Wednesday, which was then changed to Thursday because when I got home I discovered Wednesday was not a good day. I have some service people coming to the house they did change the appointment to Thursday but after getting the text about the recall again, I called to find out what time if I needed to come in earlier to get that recall done as well as getting the light fixed I was talking to a young lady in the office who was going to try to get a response from Jose or Paul. If this recall was the same item that I was already coming in to get the part fixed she put me on hold after sometime I got transferred and it was ringing on someone s desk said he was in the office but didn t have it wasn t available at that moment and leave my name and number and call me back. It is now 1114 on the next day from when I left a message and no response. I m not very happy that no one has called me back on several different occasions when I ve either text or left a message on the phone

This dealership was doing just fine until they got my check! I was an ease customer paid upfront for my car. Now that they have their commission I can t seem to get anyone to give me my sales receipt and the second key I was promised. My sales guy Kayden was calling or texting me everyday asking if the check had been sent. I have texted Kayden 3 times in 7 days and can not get him to answer me now about what I need! I called on Friday and was told the sales manager would call me back. NO ONE has called me back. I even went through Facebook messenger and not one single person from this dealership has tried to reach out to me. Beware before you purchase from them. And make sure you have everything you need before you sign any papers or give them payment.

Got in at 7am! I was the first customer as they open the door. Came in for a check engine light and the attendant said nothing I can do about this today! It was 7am with only 1 person in line behind me. Their working hours for the day are 7am to 2pm that s 7 hours of work and the couldn t attend a check engine light on a 2021 telluride that is UNDER WARRANTY. Wow talk about bad service. This is super disappointing.

This is the second time I made an appointment here and got in earlier than any other Kia dealer. The only problem is every time I come they want to keep my car for 3 to 4 days and don t give loaners. I end up having to pay an arm and a leg for the rental and car repair. They are not worth the time next time I will book at another Kia dealer and just wait longer for the appointment.

Trey Taylor was very pleasant and welcoming when I entered the service area. He helped me figure out if I had the prepaid care service (which I did) and also came to the waiting area to let me know when my car was almost ready. He explained what was done during my service appt. and then walked me out to my car and let me know I could contact him if I had any issues. All in all, I had a great first experience with getting my car serviced with Trey. Job well done at Central Kia of Plano.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This dealership is terrible. Do not buy a car here. Do not get your car serviced here. They don t care about your business and they got morons working for themService is absolutely terrible. Can you call and make an appointment and tell him you need a new tire three days before you get there and they let you show up and say we don t have it. Terribly unprofessional.Service: Tires

Took my Kia in for an airbag related recall and warranty work. Jose Marquez and the other gentlemen in the office were super nice and professional. They got my Kia back to me 24 hours later all fixed, tech did great work. Even did a courtesy wash. Very pleased with the service I received especially since was all recall and warranty related. Even got shuttle service to and from home which was a huge help. Would recommend!

This has to the worst service department ever. I've been trying to schedule a service appointment for 2 days and have yet to be able to schedule an appointment I was hung up 3 times and put on hold for 2 hours. All I needed was an appointment. This experience has me seriously questioning if this is the right place to get my car fixed.

I was to give Michael Hunt 10 stars if I could because he was AMAZING when it came to getting me approved and he made sure everything went smooth. On the other hand Jose and everyone in he service/parts department were horrible. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in nor did they know anything when I asked. Would not recommend taking it to be serviced here. They made it seem like we were bothering them even though they left us in the dark about all things when it came to the car. Michael hunt was amazing though. Helped me through everything

Went in for a recall. The paper said an hour, but service said it would be between 2-3 hours. Disappointing, but no one could help that. An hour and half later, they said the car was in the car wash. 1 hour later they said they were drying off the car. Finally almost 4 hours from going in did I get my car. Then they left something unplugged so I had to go back after leaving. I could have done without the two hour car wash. I will never be giving them my money.

I've had a terrible experience with Kia Plano. I had a clicking noise coming from the steering wheel. I've had to take my Sorento in for 4 separate full day visits, each time getting told that my car still wasn't fixed. They dented my car during one visit and refused to take responsibility. After another visit they created a new problem and now there's a creaking noise that comes every time I brake. Now, they've had my car for over a week and I haven't gotten a single update, except for when I called and even then had to stay on hold for ages. They're terrible at communication and create more problems. Each time they order a part, no one ever calls to inform me it's here. It takes calling two or three times to even get someone to pick up.

The service department is awful. It took 8 days for my advisor to call me despite being notified on day 3 by the parts department my item was in. Multiple people said they would tell my advisor to call me, and he didn't. Finally, on day 8, he called and told me it would take another 4 days to get it painted. When I finally went to pick up my car after the work was completed, they said they needed another 20 minutes to put through the carwash. They called me at 12.15p to say it was ready, and I showed up at 1p. I would have expected it to be ready to drive off at 12.15p when they told me it was ready.KIA - you have my contact information since I paid you $1400+ for this service. You can reach out to me if you want additional information or wish to rectify the situation. As of now, it's been 3 weeks since my service and I filled out the survey sent to me via email & text message, as well as wrote this review on Google, and I've not heard from a single representative from Kia of Plano.

My car was returned at the time that they had promised. It was clean and all work had been completed.
