This is the first time where I can truly recommend a shop to anyone and I am surprised myself by how easy it is for me to recommend this place.Car Care Central has a team of very professional and courteous mechanics with a very modern system. I took my car in for a check-up and, once the result was ready, they emailed and messaged me the report instead of calling. In it, the findings are clearly written with pictures attached, so you can see the issues yourself. In addition, they also list the recommended actions for each issue/finding so you have an idea of what might need to be (or required to be) done. I love how I don't have to take a call to decide right away and I can really review the report at my own pace and this is a huge plus.I do want to say that the report can still be improved with the pricing or a price range of each suggestion so it's even easier to discuss the next step.Of course, this is just after one visit, but at this point, I cannot find any fault with this shop and I can recommend it to anyone easily.Car infoMake: BMWYear: 2008

Terrible service. Bad attitudes. I tried to work with these guys after an insurance claim I had. The part failed because they installed it wrong and wouldn't fix it. Argued for weeks, finally I bought the part again and made them install it. Awful experience, very predatory people in charge. Also rude. I'm a 20 year mechanic. Do Not Recommend

This place has a new owner who is not interested in doing quality work. 30 yrs. Loyal customer . They can t even do an oil change properly. $$132 My car was overfilled with oil. I had to show them how to do it. I would not let this place work on a bicycle !! failed my car for state inspection (the horn) and refused to fix it.

As always... Carlos and Dakota got us in... fixed up and done. Inspection and oil change. Good group of car fixers. They've done great on MULTIPLE problems with our aging vehicles

Car Care has been the only place I'll take my cars to for years. Carlos and his team are the best in not only getting the job done but also making sure you feel informed, part of the decision making and their customer service is top notch.

I wish i can give 10 stars to this place. I have my white corolla with thousands of hail dents , they fixed it like brand new. My front bumper was loose, this is not hail damage, but they fixed that with no charge! Scott is a nice guy, picked up phone call quickly and he 's always here to help. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends :) excellent job!

Very pleased to have my car serviced here. They were very professional and extremely competent. The pricing is reasonable and would definitely be my go-to place for any service needed.Would recommend them for anyone looking for an affordable and professional car maintenance or any other service.

Their definition of customer care is we choose you not the customer choose us. Went there around 9:30am , they checked my car in got my keys, then said we will 'try' to check it out today! I asked them specifically if they will at least do the diagnosis the same day, he didn't promise, but said he should be able to do it. Having gone though the elaborate check in process, I decided to try my luck. Come evening, they says we can't check it today! I had to make another trip to pickup the car since I needed it the evening. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me sorry for the inconvenience or offer to give an appointment to check it out the next day. Never going back there! Seems like people who go there are there long term customers and just go with what they say. This place is not for new customers

Car Care Central was able to fix my car on the same day I brought it in. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. I'm a single, senior citizen and I've had bad experiences with auto repair shops in the past so I was nervous about taking my car in. But car Care Central was a great experience and I'm glad that I have a place I can take my car to in the future as needed.

Love this placeGo-to spot for oil changes and other concerns for the whole family. I really appreciate they take the time to explain things & listen even when you don't know cars so you understand where your money is going. They also let you know what can wait vs what can't and how long you have to address less immediate problems which is really helpful if you're short on time/money.

Everyone here has been very fair and honest about everything regarding my car. I always appreciate how thorough they are about explaining the whys and the hows for everything they do, and they do all this without insulting my intelligence. Car Care Central had been my go to place for oil changes and other auto repair needs. I've always been impressed and satisfied with the customer service, work, and costs.Today I scheduled an appointment online, for 1 pm as I needed to be out of there by 1:45.I also called to verify that my 1:00 was confirmed.I was there promptly at 1. At 1:25 I had to request my keys, as they had not even started, and I could not stay and wait.Needless to say, I was not happy with the overall experience and I still need an oil change.After the situation above, I visited Car Care Central the next morning, to see if they would get me in. The person at the front desk said they were very busy, and apologized for the appointment issue from the day before. He asked if I would come back at 2 P.M. and they'd take care of me right away.I showed up at 2:00, without hesitation, he asked form y keys, and in under 25 minutes, I was leaving with a fresh oil change. In addition, they provided an excellent 'discount' due to the situation that had occurred.I appreciate how they stepped up and handled everything, and will continue to support this local Plano business.Service: Oil change

Absolutely the worst experience at a repair shop. Dropped my vehicle off on 1/18/24 at 1:45 pm finally after 2 phone calls and going up there the following afternoon to get an answer they still didn t have an estimate of repairs done yet. Got the estimate Saturday morning and authorized the repairs along with an oil change and a state inspection. Went to pick up my vehicle and the inspection was not done. They tried to refund my money for the inspection and ended up refunding the entire amount and they wanted me to leave my card info so they can run it again on Monday which i did not do and told them i would call them on Monday . Now I m not upset with that part. Got home and looked at my vehicle. The oil filter housing was not removed so that tells me the oil change wasn t done either. The factor paint marks are still lined up on the thermostat and the bolts show no sign of being removed. So I m not even sure the repairs were done.

Impressive speed and efficiency at Car Care Central! Their Vehicle Condition Report app is detailed and user-friendly with an excellent UI/UX, and their text updates kept me well-informed. Definitely worth a 5-star rating!

I had a tire & battery issue with my car. I live 5 hours south from Plano,in town for a job. This place was referred to me by an employee from O'Reilly's when I went to buy a battery for car, every one at car care was friendly and gave me option of getting service after showing me the estimated cost. The employee John drive me to my hotel room to get my money and brought me back to repair shop which was such a nice thing to do that they offer to help customers in situations like I was in he's been there almost 2 years and he likes his job and he's a great employee for them to have which she also spoke nothing but good things about liking where he worked so that tells me they're doing something right by taking care of their employees. Given the circumstances of my misfortunate events of my car I am very satisfied with the service and the repair bychoosing to go to Car Care on a referral

Had 3k worth of suspension work done that I probably didn't need that they insisted I needed, originally I brought it in for a clunking noise that turned out to be loose break components which of course wasn't found after the fix. Now my car makes a rattling noise it never had before.

They wanted to charge me 130 dollars to change a headlight bulb on a loaner car. They said it would take half an hour.. 130 dollars to work 1/2 hour to change a bulb . What a scam!!!!
