From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted and welcomed by the staff. The associate assigned to my service was Paul and he walked me through what to expect while they had my vehicle. I was updated regularly through their automated texting system about where we were in the estimated time. Paul was great source of additional information and would also text me with more specific details so I always knew what was happening with our vehicle. The checkout process was quick and they went over everything that was done. I was back in my vehicle quickly and extremely happy with the service that was provided. I hope to never need their services, but if I or someone I know does, this is the crew I want to work on my vehicle.

I took my truck to Caliber Collision for some work to be done because the insurance Travelers suggested them. Now the truck came back with damage to the paint. The paint now has swirl marks and scratches all over it. I cannot believe the damage that they did it is so bad that people ask me what happened to your truck. I just tell them I left it at Caliber Collision for almost 3 weeks and it came back like this. Now to be honest they did tell me to bring it back so they could wash it and see what they can do. At this point I do not want them to ever touch it again if they can do this much damage to the paint. I would never use or suggest anybody to have work done at this shop. Here are the pictures to show how bad it is and the truck did not have these marks before I took it in.

Caliber handled everything even the car rental return. We are very happy with them! And, best of all, our beautiful car is back to being beautiful.

Tiffany was amazing from the start! She was very transparent and provided us weekly updates about the status of the vehicle. We chose Caliber due to a lot of highly rated reviews and they did not disappoint. They ended up fixing the front and rear bumper on our 2009 Lexus is250 from a 3 car collision earlier that month. The car looks brand new! Paint and installation looks flawless and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs any auto body work and I will be going back if I ever need any work done in the future! Calibers services 2 of my vehicles. They did a great job in the repair and where timely in repairs. Even when dealing with anothers insurance and those communications. Ken provided great service and communication. It was great to work with him.

We love Caliber! Have used this location several times and they always do excellent work. This is the only body shop we trust our cars to. Very friendly service, great communication, and high quality work. Car comes out cleaned and the service tech takes you around the vehicle to answer any questions. Also, they have an Enterprise rental inside their building which is super convenient.

Excellent service. After being hit at a light. They worked with claims insurance. Paul texted every few days with update on the repairs. Repair Time frame was as expected. I was able to leave the enterprise rental vehicle there at the collision center. Definitely, made picking up my vehicle, seamless!!Thank you

Caliber Collision in Centro Plano will now be the only place where I take my vehicle to be looked at and repaired. This is the first time I have ever taken my car to Caliber Collision, and it is by far the best decision I have ever made. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they always put the interests of the customer first.The service provided by Mario Santiago and Manuel Cervantes was outstanding. In addition to communicating with me constantly, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and kept me informed of the status at all times. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. In general, we have grown accustomed to seeing the customer service industry take a shift and be quick to leave negative reviews. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to write a review and express how grateful and diligent these individuals were. These individuals deserve all the credit, and it is our responsibility as customers to recognize them and reward them for their hard work. Their assistance made the process stress-free and I am grateful for their assistance. Not to mention, that my car looks brand stinking new.Thank you, Caliber Collision! The customer you have gained will be a lifelong client, and I look forward to referring you to anyone who may need your services in the future.

Estimate right on spot. Worked well with my insurance-USAAI got multiple estimates that were all over the map. Had I known the estimate I received at Caliber and the one to insurance were the same- I would.have paid out of pocket.Next time- I will trust the estimate I get from Caliber w/o insurance- my adult kid just started driving - so we all know- things are attactted to the car!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took 3 attempts to accept car back after repair. Quality of repair was not great. Customer service was OK but wasted hours showing up with gased up rental car but had to reject repair 2 times. My car just needed a new door and paint match. I gave them some leeway because car is 20+ years old and parts are hard to find. Also got charged 300 dollars for a rental car that was no charge to me because of poor communication between insurance company and Caliber Collison. Still trying to get this charged removed.

I came in to drop off my Nissan Altima coupe. It needed the rear bumper to be replaced and painted. It took around 6 days or so to complete the job and the results were great!

I had an unfortunate mid-grade accident with one of those rubber/plastic poles we typically find here in north Texas on DNT and 635 HOV lanes (was either hit that or smash into the car in front of me). The damage to my car was mainly cosmetic however it felt like the equivalent to walking around with a black eye. I am someone who enjoys cars a lot so to have a collision in my 1.5 year old car had me feeling pretty badly about the incident.Mario at Caliber Collision was more than professional; he was inviting, polite, warm, and put my mind to ease when talking about the necessary repairs I would encounter. He did a walk-around with me while I explained my story and helped identify other aspects to look at for further damage. He was also very upfront and honest about the timeline and repair techniques they would most likely do. He even made sure my rental service picked me up from his store on site without me needing an Uber or walking, and offered coffee and water while I waited.The work done to my care was AMAZING. It looks entirely brand new! The parts were all replaced with OEM parts without me even having to ask, and repaired body damage immaculately. The paint honestly looks better than before thanks to Mario going the extra mile to have the team buff out some surface scratches that I had got from factory and could never get off myself! They re calibrated all the sensors, adjusted my wheel alignment, and replaced a part that I was even unaware it was damaged or had potential to fail later on. 10/10 hands on service and quality of repair.The timeline and communication is 2nd to none. I'm aware parts are hard to come by these days due to manufacturers being behind schedule. But even so, my car was only there for 1 full week! Thursday to Thursday. Every morning in between I was given updates about my car's restoration process. I knew exactly what my car was doing on any said day and when that service was completed and moving to another station. Mario made sure to keep that contact with me without me ever needing to ask him myself.I hope I don't encounter another accident again anytime soon. But if I do, there is no doubt in my mind that this is where I will bring my vehicle.Thank you guys! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My vehicle was involved in an accident couple of weeks ago and my coworker referred me to Caliber. They were local to me and had great reviews. As soon I stepped in, I knew I was walking into a quality shop. Traci M. made sure that I was informed on the entire process from start to pickup. I would definitely give them my business again, but I would rather not be involved in another accident.

Ken Kite was my primary contact during my time/experience here. I would ask for him by name on any future visits. I would bet that you would be hard pressed to find a more personable, trustworthy, hardworking, patient, diligent, communicative and pleasant employee in this company. I can not say enough good things of how he handled my case (which was an extensive 6 month, multi-visit process). Above and beyond are an understatement. Pay this man!

Had a accident and my insurance advised me to try caliber collision, initially I was hesitant to go with private company rather then showroom. But, when I went in for repair the service provided by Henry Castillo was unmatchable, he was friendly,calm and explained me the entire process. It was supposed to be ready in a week. But next day I went in again as I forgot the memory card in car. And told him that I don t have any rental car as the insurance isn t covering that is when he co-ordinated with his team ( Allen Miller & Javier Abrego ) and told them to expedite the car. Honestly, they had my car ready within 3 days. And as a complimentary they had buff the small scratches on my car.Wanted to thank you guys for your hard work and being so kind & helpful when needed the most.RegardsAbdulServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident recently and my car was sent to this center for repair. Darren was very friendly, informative and helpful. He kept me updated promptly so I know how things were going all the time. I was a little concerned to dropoff my car at a collision center because I've heard bad things about how collision centers operate and how there's no visibility on whats going on once they take in your car. But Caliber changed my perspective completely. I was greeted very well when i walked in and the drop off process was very seamless and fast. The best part was the regular text updates on whats happening with the car, status on parts, eta on delivery, etc. Chad did an amazing job handling my case and the customer service throughout the process was amazing. I got my car back sooner than i expected. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend this Caliber location to anyone looking to get their repaired.Service: Body & Trim

I just got into a wreck a couple months ago and took my car to the shop about a few weeks ago and just got it back last week. Chad the employee is really friendly and very helpful and he always keeps me posted on when my vehicle is expected to be ready. So I recommend Chad if you get into a wreck or anything else he ll answer to any of your questions or concerns you might have.

I was involved in a hit and run accident and Caliber repaired my car for me. I was highly impressed with their work and customer service. Everyone was so nice; my service advisor Darren got my car back to me in no time. And Lacey at the front desk answered all of the questions I had about my repairs and had an amazing work ethic, she made sure I was taken care of when she had whole lobby full of people. The whole staff was empathetic towards my situation. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!

My Land Rover was involved in an accident, hit in the front and rear. We chose Caliber as we have used them before. While I have always had a good experience with Caliber, this time around it was a few notches higher.Our Service Advisor, Darren, was with us almost immediately. After looking at the vehicle, he assured us that it would be repaired professionally and to our satisfaction. It was! It's rare in post-Covid days that you meet someone that talks and listens and makes you feel especially comfortable. Darren is that guy! Professional, communicative and pretty funny too!
