Absolutely amazing!I was involved in an accident and needed to get repairs done on my vehicle and the insurance company recommended this place. So glad I came!From the moment I first called, Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful and explained the process of dropping off the vehicle and getting a rental car. She was not only professional, but also offered advice based on what she had done in the past in order to provide the best customer care and make sure this process was as easy as possible for me.Throughout the repairs, Mike kept me informed as to what stage of repairs the car was entering, and an ETA on when parts would be delivered. I really liked that at the beginning of the week I received a phone call to discuss what work would take place that week, then a follow up text message as each step was completed. There was never a point where I didn't understand what work was being done, and no confusion surrounding the ETA of completion.Unfortunately there was a delay in receiving the parts needed for my repair, however I was always informed as of the new ETA. There was a point where I would potentially pick up my vehicle without the last plastic guard while we waited for the delivery, and Mike was even going to go the extra mile to paint the temporary parts I would receive to match the vehicle. I was blown away by how much care the team was taking in terms of making sure I was satisfied given the situation.Thankfully all parts got delivered pretty quick despite a delay from the dealership, and when I picked up the car, I was blown away once more because the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off! Mike explained the final overview of all work that was completed, and Jennifer had the final paperwork and receipts ready for me so I was able to grab the keys and be on my way in a matter of minutes.Absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out!

Caliber staff was very friendly and they kept me up to date with the progress on my vehicle. The repairs were finished a week earlier than expected, the work was excellent and they also detailed my car to a higher standard than most car washes! So happy with their service!

After my daughter s car was hit by debris in the road, Tim and all of Caliber, made sure that all the glass was removed, and restored it to its former glory. I couldn t be happier with the service, and Tim making sure to take the extra time needed to make sure her car was SAFE to drive again! Thanks guys! :D

I had the best experience with this location of Caliber! I recently had my car in a different location, and can confidently say the team on K Ave in Plano went above and beyond! Tim was my point of contact and he did a phenomenal job at keeping me up to date on the status of my car and met the deadline he gave me. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I certainly hope I don t have more car trouble anytime soon, but if I do I know exactly where I m going!

My husband was involved in an accident, truck was not drivable.We d used Caliber Collision on 1203 K Ave, Plano 75074 before with a family member and were very pleased with their services,so we wanted to use them again.We stood firm with ins company to use Caliber Collision instead of Texas Prep that assign you to different companies that we knew nothing about them or their work, we d heard of other people who had used these companies before and weren t pleased with the work, so we wanted to go where we knew they did good work, and that was Caliber Collision.We had our truck repaired last week @ Caliber s and we re very pleased and happy with the work.Christfer P was phenomenal in keeping us updated all the way through the process,and he went above and beyond in making sure our vehicle was completely repaired and fixed like new again .Our 2020 RAM was polished and shiny and drove like a champ..I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone, they re definitely a 5 star

I took my car back to Caliber for a small warranty fix from a repair about a year. I was met by Jennifer who was friendly and kind. I then spoke with GM Mathew and Evan who looked at the issue and immediately took my car back to fix. Evan then answered a couple of questions I had about my car. This was a very positive experience and I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option.

The team at Caliber Collision on K Avenue in Plano did an amazing job. I am 100% satisfied beginning with the reception area (Jennifer) to my service advisor (Mike). I like that they updated me every step of the way via text. My vehicle returned cleaner than when I left it! Good job, Caliber Collision!

Amazing quality of work comes out of this shop. What got fixed looks factory fresh and the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars was an experience a family member had while checking on the status of the repair. Other than that hiccup they do great work.

I had a great experience with Calliber while they repaired my vehicle from a hit and run. It was a very stressful situation for me and I feel like the whole team went out of their way to make sure I understood the process and I didn t feel overwhelmed. The communication was excellent. I didn't have to reach out to them for a single update, they beat me to it every time. And when I got by vehicle back, they had detailed it for me, which I didn t expect. And when the car rental company would not come and pick me up when I dropped my car off, they offered for one of the mechanics to give me a ride. I did not expect that and I was so grateful.

My Mazda got hit by a deer and the damage was pretty bad. I took it to Caliber (through Farmers Insurance) and I was happy with my repair. The car looks great. At one point I wanted more updates than I was getting, and I appreciated the manager contacting me to make sure I got what I needed.

Got my catalytic converters stolen while on a business trip. They had me back on the road in 3 days!! It doesn't even seem real. The Girl at the front desk was super cool and smoking hot, good lord. Their technician, Chris, was so friendly and kept me calm. You da man,Chris- Duece

Tim, Michael, Jennifer and the Caliber team on Ave K did an outstanding job repairing both my truck and SUV. They both kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and delivered my vehicles ahead of schedule. Couldn t be happier and will be back if I have the misfortune of being in another accident and will recommend to friends. Thank you again!

My wife dropped off her car there on Tuesday, August 29. The first service advisor treated her very shabbily; like she was an inconvenience to him. I followed up with a visit to the shop and the claim was transferred to Michael Priest. The only communication we receive from Michael is a text about once a week saying the completion date has been delayed. It s now November 3 and they still don t have the car ready. This was for a very minor repair. A dent in the back fender. Communication with them is terrible. The manager is always either out or in a meeting. Michael has never bothered to return my call or respond to an email. If your insurance company gives you another option, take your car anywhere except to Caliber Collision. Horrible experience

Christfer Pak is probably the most friendly and polite person I have ever met in a customer service setting. He constantly kept me updated and let me know as soon as an update with my vehicle was available. Highly recommend Caliber.

Chris was the most helpful, caring, attentive, knowledgeable person I have met this year. He does his job with grace and fortitude. You definitely have a star in this man. If everyone was as half as good as he is the world would be a better place. He genuinely cares and you can see all of his greatness that he expresses without doing it on purpose. I highly recommend that if you are in an accident or even just need some work done on your vehicle, that you take it here. Aris the General Manager and Tim are very upfront and to the point when discussing time tables, cost, and what needs to be done. Everyone at the front desk is nice and are also very straightforward, asking only necessary questions and informing you without beating around the bush.Additionally, even after my car had been finished, picking it up on a Friday, when I noticed that my sensors were acting strangely on the next Thursday, I called Aris and he got me in the very next morning to take care of the issue. Even going so far as to have one of the techs drive me home and offering to get an Uber back to the location when it was time to pick it back up.For as long as I stay in the area, this is where I'm going, and so should you.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery

This was my first experience with an autoinsurance claim so GEICO recommended Calliber for my repairs. They finished the work pretty quickly but replaced my door handle with one with a button that my car doesnt have. They also messed up my brake lights and didnt even notice.Second part is that I mistakenly used a check from GEICO that was meant for them. (The check was sent to me & had my name on it)but when I picked up my car I was only charged the deductible. I paid the deductible and then sometime later I returned so they could check my brake lights. The second amount I owed was never mentioned at all.3 months later i start getting calls that i owe the amount so i call back to confirm I'll pay, and the manager tells me they have an order to repossess my car.They obviously screwed up by releasing my car to me without full payment but couldnt admit tothat.Awful company and I hope i never have any business with them again.

We had a side window broken (in front of a Super Cuts) and had to have repaired. Perp tried to get into car thru window. Young lady that operates the shop shooed him off. Clippers in hand. Work done by Caliber was quick ( rainy weekend) and looked new when we got the car back. Looks even better clean from sloppy rain. Might me a chain shop, but they give family shop service and work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing experience! The customer service here was by far the best that I have experienced anywhere (inside and outside of the car business). Tim and Aris in particular were very easy to communicate with and helpful. I also came down with strep, and they brought my car right to me and refused a tip. I recommend this location for any of your vehicle needs!

Recently needed repair on my 2022 Kia Stinger. The bumper was hit and a few sensors were broken. Christopher took good care of my ride. He even notified me every step of the day. Each time I interacted with the office; being greeted by name and with welcoming smiles made this journey easier. I felt as if I could trust them with my baby Stella. I recently called the K Ave location as I previously had my car repaired there last year only to find out they no longer take public appointments only if your insurance company has a contract with them. Since I was going to pay out of pocket for the hail damages and my insurance company did NOT have a contract with them they said that location could not take my appointment or handle the hail damage claim even when I said I would just pay out of pocket. Not sure if this is a new way of doing business? But I was disappointed as I had a great experience with this location previously. Time to look for a new auto body shop with great reviews.

Did a great job of repairing the front end after I hit something on the interstate. Quick and accurate estimate. Worked w/ my insurance company and finished the work a day earlier than estimated. Cleaned it inside and out before they gave it back to me. Was very impressed and they kept me informed with timely text updates. I would definitely go back there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
