I came in today for a last minute oil change need, before heading out of town. When I came inside, I was greeted by Scott, who was kind, and willing to get me in right away!! I love a place that is willing to provide great service without a wait and with a smile!! Brakes Plus is where I will continue to return to for my car maintenance!!

Joseph at the Brakes Plus Plano location off of Spring Creek was very courteous and professional. I was attended to in less than 20 seconds upon entry into the store. I ve had work done at this location in the past and I received the same great service and attention. Kudos to management and staff. Great job gentlemen!

Best car service place in N.TX! We have been following Brad (Brakes Plus) for close to 15 years wherever he goes. When you are able to find a honest mechanic that knows cars and provides best pricing, hang on! Our family stress levels have certainly been lowered over the years with his suggestions at times when he points to other solutions.Brad has shown love to close to 10 cars for our family over the years and is quick to give straight answers on if they can fix the problem reasonably. Came in for an oil change for my Camry, Joseph was extremely helpful and professional. He advised me on the best type of oil for my car. Plus, he gave me great advice regarding my tires and where to change them. All in all, this location is perfect and all staff members are top notch!

Joseph was awesome. He took me out to the bay to show me what the condition my brakes were in. He explained everything in detail also with a written estimate. I now have a lifetime warranty on all my brakes. So worth paying the extra. Thank you Joseph and Brakes Plus staff for being kind, friendly, quick, and efficient.

Excellent and personal customer service. Service advisor Joseph was very helpful. I needed to have a new battery installed in my daughter s car with very short notice and Joseph was able to get me in and out in less than 1 hour without having to make an appointment first. I will certainly consider returning for service on my own cars in the future.

Came in for an alignment and was made aware that I needed the whole front struts replaced, Scott honored the price of the previous alignment done when I came back for the strut replacement and also went above and beyond and called me Lyft so I can get a ride home while they worked on my vehicle given it was going to take several hours, when the work was completed he sent a Lyft back to pick me up so I could get my vehicle back, all the work done here comes with a lifetime warranty, even on parts that tend to go out with wear and tear. I wish I would have found this place sooner, I am definitely going to be a lifetime customer here, thanks Scott you are a great manager.

I've had an oil change, replaced struts, replaced bushings, and tire rotation with these guys so far. Scott, Ryan, and Joseph are all extremely personable and pleasant to work with. The waiting room is clean and they offer you free Lyft rides home and back if your car needs a lot of work! With all that and the coupons, I'll definitely keep coming here for oil changes and other services.

Came in to get some studs fixed after they broke during a tire rotation. Joseph was very polite and helpful, and was even able to also knock out my annual state inspection while I was here. Overall great experience

Me and my husband have been coming here for the past 3 issues we have had with both our vehicles. The team here is nice, patient and honest! Joseph explains everything with detail and doesn t let you feel intimidated to ask questions like a lot of other car places do. Very grateful for their service! And we loved Joseph! Couldn t recommend them more!

One of the best car experiences I ve ever had. Each staff member was very helpful. Ryan was helpful with getting everything started. Greg was helpful with holding up his end and Miguel was helpful with answering all our questions even if he had to go find the answer from another employee. Overall experience was wonderful and they are all a great team. Will be our go to place for car services that are needed. Highly recommend them!!!!

2nd time at this location. Ryan is always friendly and helpful in diagnosing any issues with my vehicle, and their technicians make sure things are done efficiently. Joseph did my oil change this morning and had me out the store in 20 minutes.
