Jordan at the front desk was super friendly over the phone and even more so in person. He made my long appointment stay quiet comfortable. The technician Chris was very thorough explaining the issues with my vehicle and gave me recommendations and upcoming services for my BMW. The prices are reasonable and expected and appointments are best for large jobs. This is my go-to spot for service. Thanks team!

The staff and tech at Bimmers Only are exceptional. I've been a customer having my commuter serviced by them for the past 4 years. The outstanding workmanship and fairly pricing makes this a top choice for any repairs.

A fantastic garage indeed, I highly recommend. I have taken my bmw down to Ian this morning, he figured out the problem straight away very friendly and professional and I was off within an hour. Great service, they really do know what their doing! they are still open at this time so do not hesitate to go down.

Truly a shop that cares and puts the client first. Freddy and his staff have always been such a pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable and safe every time my BMW M3 needs service. I have been very very picky with who works on my car as it is not just any bmw and requires someone highly knowledgeable in the platform. Never been pressured into buying or doing something I don t need to do.This is the only shop you need to be using If you live in the DFW and surrounding areas!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I was recommended to come here if my BMW was ever needing anything, and after my experience I was not disappointed. Jordan took care of making my appointment over the phone, then when I showed up a week later he took care of me very well. I was extremely happy with his attention to detail, communication, and overall customer service. I took my car there to have an aftermarket downpipe installed, and was very surprised I had it back by the end of the day. I am very happy and will be back again.

Came in for an estimate, didn't have to wait, and Jordan looks like he enjoys his job. He's very knowledgeable. Wouldn't take my M5 anywhere else. Dealership quality.

Jordan was awesome! Took my BMW there for brake replacement and brake fluid flush. They made a time commitment and exceeded expectations!!! In addition, I priced the work out at several places and they were one of the most competitive. Will be using them for all of my BMW needs.

They did my front lip spoiler very well. I got my lip on eBay and is not a perfect fit, but they still manage to make it close to perfect. Staffs are very kind, knowledgeable and considerate. Waiting time is not long during the installation and fee is quite fair. Would highly recommend any modding done here for any bimmer because they surely know their stuff!!Updated (March 2023): So driving on highway, a huge rock hit my passenger side lower part of front door and rocker panel. Bimmers Only professionally fixed it by ordering new door shell and rocker panel, then painted it as good as factory, and installed them properly. When my car is out of warranty, I will only bring it here!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Freddy and his crew go above and beyond just service. I ve always been an American Car kind of guy, but they have shown and taught me a lot about the world of BMW.Freddy won t stop until it s just how you want it. I was even got follow up and satisfaction calls afterwards.I ll definitely be back

We went from having a really terrible day to feeling relieved due to the help of these guys! Jordan specifically was a delight to speak with! He absolutely knows his stuff and has peak customer service. I felt very informed with everything being explained in detail and he answered any questions I had. I was made to feel stupid at Dallas BMW and was met at Bimmers Only with generosity and honesty. They saved us $700 compared to the dealership. I highly recommend these guys for any BMW needs or wants. Definitely will be back in the future, and to Jordan THANK YOU AGAIN!

They are very honest and trustworthy! I came here to get a quote on an existing diagnosis from another shop. Jordan and the team are very friendly and professional. They made my request priority and took a look at the car again, provided accurate information and more reasonable price for their service! We will go with them. Such a pleasant experience and we are so happy to find them!

I saw a tech driving a loaner car. it was as a dark blue bmw x5. License plate started with RVR. I followed the reckless driver and he sped right into the shop. One of the techs that was leaving for the night actually approached car and asked if I needed help. I told him about the situation and he told me that that was a loaner car. Just wanted to make this review to let people know how their techs are driving cars around. I did get a video and a full pic of the license and it s Been reported to the police.

I just moved to Dallas Texas. I needed to find a shop that specialized in BMW's to service my 2013 BMW 550 m-series. I saw the great reviews so I figured I would give bimmer only a try. They did not disappoint. I scheduled my oil change with Jordan and they conducted everything in a timely manor, very professional and inspected my vehicle for what I would need to get done in the future. Over all great service and I will be bringing my car back for all my BMW needs.Service: Oil change

Whereas I had some issues with the front desk person not being particular in scheduling my appointment and wasting my time, it is how the business owner reacted that made me change my review.The owner took personal interest in understanding everything that happened, acknowledged areas of improvement and deeply cared about my satisfaction. I had my services performed on my car and he did a wonderful job. I was impressed that the owner took a lot of efforts to get in touch with me, to discuss all what I wanted and what transpired and took ownership to get it fixed.

Excellent communication and the team did fantastic work getting the AC system functional in the Dadwagon. I d highly recommend this shop and the fact that they re all BMW enthusiasts in a nice bonus.

I normally don t write reviews but I felt the need to recommend these guys. They ve definitely turned some really stressful situations into really positive experiences with my vehicles. I ve brought two vehicles to them. They are very prompt and good at what they do. The best part is how reasonable their pricing is. I ve had had a couple quotes at the dealership that these guys were able to do for a fraction of the cost. And I ve tried other shops in the past where I had issues with pricing or quality of work. This place definitely eliminates all my worries. They do a great job explaining everything and educating you. Very trustworthy and exceptional work. A must if you need work done on your BMW.Also, had aftermarket stuff done to my car and very happy with the results!

This location is AMAZING. I went in to put my plate number, Jordan installed it and was fast about it, he also didn t charge me anything. For luxury cars such as BMW, you don t want just anyone fixing your vehicle, you need someone specialized in luxury vehicles and I will definitely recommend this place, ask for Jordan and thank me later.

Let me tell you. As a female BMW owner, it can sometimes be very intimidating to find body shop help. I can confidently report that the vibes are good here.I chose to go with Bimmers Only over my dealer, Sewell, because of their expertise, transparency, and excellent service. Went in for some bumper work on my 228i. After my experience, I will only be going to Bimmers Only from now on.Big shout out to Jordan who was extremely helpful every step of the way. His attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Someone give that man a raise.

I brought in my BMW to Bimmers Only Plano in 2022 and just getting around to do the review now. Jamie and Jordan worked with me very diligently to get to the bottom of the issue and be very clear with estimates and rough cost. I took the BMW in, and was very happy with the outcome! Great work!! Don't think twice about going here!

Took x7 in for body damage after ripping the passenger side mirror off and denting side door. They were quick to get me in and worked with insurance. Jordan is organized, super friendly and knowledgeable. Fast turn around time and looks like new. Freddy and his team are the best in town. This place was highly recommended to me by a friend so I brought my car here for pre-purchase inspection. Freddy and his guys went through the car thoroughly and provided a super detailed report including quotes and recommendations they have. Not to mention Freddy personally seeing to it that the car was looked at within the hour despite their being completely slammed with work at the time. I went ahead with the purchase, with confidence. You couldn t ask for a more knowledgeable team or better experience.
