Quality of work was excellent! The price was great as is the warranty. The receptionist made sure we knew everything we had to know ahead of time. They arrived on time and were completely professional. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you!

This is the third vehicle we have had Bill s Auto Glass repair windshield chips on. Excellent service, on time, great pricing and no two month wait for an appointment like one of the major auto glass repair shops around. My appointments have always been within days of calling and for my convenience, they ve come to my home and work for repairs.I will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends and family!

Highly recommend!!! I was looking for a quick turnaround to get my windshield replaced and Curt was on it and immediately checked to see if the glass for my car was readily available. Convenient that the technician comes to you! The initial installation wasn't 100% but the urgency in fixing the issue was very professional and much appreciated. Hugo came first thing the next day to make some slight adjustments and it's been perfect ever since!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had a chip in my windshield I wanted repaired ASAP and Safelite was booked out 2 months! I called Bill and he was willing to come out the very next day! Not only could he get me an appointment quickly, but he came out to my house. My windshield was repaired very quickly and I love having the piece of mind knowing that I won t have to worry about it cracking and needing to be replaced. Plus they give a lifetime warranty on their repairs! I would 100% use them again and recommend them to friends!Service: Auto windshield repair

Bill s Auto Glass of a Plano was awesome!! From the first call for an estimate with Curt to the actual replacement the next day with Hugo (less than 24 hours later), the entire experience was excellent. Curt was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in helping me to determine if my windshield had any special sensors to consider. Hugo was also friendly and professional, called when he was on his way and again upon arrival, was earlier than the scheduled time (how often is anyone early these days??) and did an amazing job. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Directly on time.The employee was a nice guy, came right into to me and within 45 minutes we were back on the road. Experienced, right to the point and boom, done.I would recommend these guys over SafeLite any day, not just cause of the great price, but man! They are quick!Super impressed. Curt took great care of me! Despite the fact that I didn t have a glass repair, Curt checked to see if they could assist with my windshield trim replacement. Even after their tech came to my work (in Addison) they discovered I needed an additional part. There was never a complaint and my tech was efficient and very personable!In a world of poor customer service I was pleased with my small-town and personal treatment. I m happy to recommend Bill s Auto Glass to anyone needing affordable repairs and kind service!

Very professional and courteous company! Earlier this year, they replaced my windshield and did a fantastic job. Due to some bad luck on the highway, another rock cracked my windshield. I didn't hesitate to give them another call. Once again, they were kind and able to schedule me the next day. I highly reccomend - they will take care of you!

I called Bill's Auto-glass and talked to Curtis. He was very helpful and knowledgeable during our phone conversation. The process was fast and smooth and they worked around my schedule! The customer service I received when setting the appointment up as well as the Glass Installer was wonderful and I would definitely use them in the future.

Called multiple places and got prompt response from Bill's Auto Glass. Steve arrived promptly and was very efficient and professional. He said he'd be done in about an hour and 50 minutes later he called my office so I could come down and check out my new windshield. Very good job and I will always call Bill's for any auto glass needs in the future.

I called one morning about a windshield replacement, and they were able to get it done the same day. The tech came out to my house at no extra cost and was efficient, professional, and very sweet with my curious 6-year-old. Job was done quickly and smoothly in about half an hour. Would definitely recommend!

This was a grrreat service. After calling several places to replace my windshield, I was so lucky to find a person (Curt) who told me they could do it in no time and without any charge if they came to my workplace. The price was fair, I think, and the service excellent. They came promptly at the time we'd agreed and the job was top of the line. Hugo worked fast and diligently.

Made an appointment. The tech was here exactly when he said he would be. Hugo was very helpful and courteous,. He was done in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. All in all, from a quote on the phone, to making an appointment, to installation, I couldn't ask for any better experience. So I needed just the Windshield Top Molding for my BMW and tried various shops but no luck. Some shops refused to install the molding and some recommended a brand new Windshield that wasn't needed. Finally, I called Bills auto glass of Plano and talked to curt. He helped me like I was his first customer. He was very professional and helpful. Courteous and Professional installer Hugo was sent to have the molding installed. I not only saved money and but time and I would highly recommend Bills Auto Glass of Plano 100% as they do a great job.

Bill's Auto glass responded quickly to my request for a quote and arrived to my office promptly to complete the install. Compared to other nearby businesses, Bill's Auto Glass provided me with the best quote for my broken windshield. The installation team provided fantastic customer service. I had to have my windshield replaced on my 2006 Mazda Tribute. I did a search on the web for an auto glass company in Plano, TX. Bill's was one of the first companies to come up on google. When I called to get a windshield quote the owner was very professional & knowledgeable and gave me a great price. They offered free service to my home. The gentleman that came to replace my windshield was very polite and did an excellent job!! I would definitely use Bill's Auto Glass for any future jobs and would refer them to friends and family. They also offered a warranty on the installation of the windshield.

The BEST service. Called about a chipped windshield on my 2016 Jeep. They gave me flat price over the phone (no holding) and offerd same day repair option. Scheduled for next day, received text they were on their way to my home, with 30 min ETA. On time, fast, friendly and you can't see the chip, like brand new. Don't shop around, just call and get it done right and fast. They offer lifetime warranty, etc. Best professional choice for my leased vehicle. Can you tell I am one happy customer?!

If you need your car window replaced make sure you call Bill s Auto Glass of Plano and talk to Curt. The customer service and response time was excellent!!! Hugo was the tech who came out and did a phenomenal job replacing by car window. Their prices are very reasonable and way cheaper than safelite ! Thanks Curt and Hugo !

They did a fantastic job! I needed my passenger window replaced after someone hit and ran on me. They were so quick and helpful. Came Out the same day and had it done within about 15min. Highly recommend!!

My experience was fanstatic. I called and tech was @ my door within 1 hour. Service was speedy & it looked brand new. Curtis was very helpful & understanding. I am very pleased & would recommend to all my family & friends. Tom the tech was very helpful as well. Thanks Bill's auto glass for making my bad experience painless!!!!

These guys are great. They came to my workplace and quickly installed a new front window in my car. I only wish I had called sooner. I had no idea how easy it would be. The back window on my Nissan Altima 09 was completely shattered during the hail storm last week here in Plano. I called Bill's after calling a few places and, Kurt the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful in getting my an appointment the very next day. (Other places I called were taking longer than a week to get out to you.) He set everything up for me at a good price and had Steve his technician come to the parking lot my car was parked at and fix the glass. Steve vacuumed everything up and did the job with a great attitude. Really helped me during a difficult time. Thank you! I definitely recommend and would use again! - Daniela

Got the windshield replaced on my 2012 Sonata and service was fast and easy to deal with! My windshield is back to looking brand new. Gentleman I worked with was Curt, who was very nice and knowledgable about any question I thorough at him regarding my windshield. I highly recommended them for any glass repair!!

Thanks to Bill's Auto Glass in Plano. I called and received a smooth customer service, an hour later a skilled technician, Todd, came to my house and fix my chipped windshield. I must say, this is what a good customer service is all about. Thank you very much!
