Great work, as always. Gary and Brandon rock! Second car, third exhaust by these guys and my friend got custom exhaust by them. Great work and fair prices!!

Let me tell you Gary and throes guys saved my butt when I had a stripped lug nut!! Another shop messed up my lug nut and Gary and his guys fixed me up and got me out of the door fast!! I can t thank these guys enough!!! Great customer service fair pricing all around good company

I called these guys and asked if they could help fix the doors on our work trailer. I told them what needed to be done and they said they could help me out. I stopped by the shop and the worker was not only unhelpful, but rude. He told me I couldn't get anything done if I didn't have an appointment and that he was too busy to help me today.

This place is high quality, excellent service. Had my 2012 Hyundai Tucson in for a new muffler, they had it installed and done in under 30min. Very good price compared to other similar shops. These guys are very nice , and I trust them ! I will bring all my vehicles here when needed & recommending this place to friends and family.

I went to the store and request them if they can diagnose the noise coming in the front of the car, first they diagnose wrong and secondly the wrong diagnose that they did was to change the noise is from CV Axle, the total they are charging me was $200 for parts and $500 (4 hours) for labor, total $700, i went to other garage they told me same job in $150 for Parts and $150 ( 1 hour) for Labor total $ 300. They were charging me $400 extra this is totally unprofessional people & customer services and this is cheating, no honesty , i am not going to go to this store ever.

Im positive I found my go-to auto shop. My catalytic converter was stolen along with the O2 line cut. My bf called many places to try to get it fixed and This was the best and only place to have it replaced. Don was great! He was reasonable and honest. Being a female I felt very comfortable and the price and labor was extremely excellent. As a woman I recommend this auto shop. Thank you for everything! Looks great!

Bill's was able to diagnose and repair my radiator fluid leak the same day. I recommend them to anyone with similar problems. I will use Bill's again in the future.

I recently had a great experience here. I was having trouble installing an exhaust I purchased for my car and the team here was kind enough to help me out. Everyone was very friendly and the owner Gary was especially welcoming. We had great conversation and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely come here again if I needed more muffler work done. Highly recommend!

This shop took great care of us when we had a rattle coming from our muffler. Chevy Dealership wanted us to pay $2k to completely replace the muffler and exhaust and so we took it to Bill's Radiator. $90 later we were out of the shop and the problem was fixed. I found his business off the great reviews he has on Google. I went in the morning to have apart welded back on. He was very nice, friendly and cool. He makes everyone who come to see feel like family. I even got to see what part on my car that was broken and having my ride sound like a vacuum cleaner on steroids. Well, it does not sound like that no more. If this whole world was filled with this sweet kind man. We all would be in a better place. If you need work done on your ride. Come here. He gets you in and out as fast as he can. I can not say, Thanks again!! I am a happy customer. He has the best customer service everrrrrrr.

Called Bill s in regards to a motorcycle exhaust mid pipe that needed bending/welding. Tried 3 similar shops before them that said they couldn t do the job, would take a few days, or they needed the whole bike. Gary gave me top notch customer service and Jordan did the job perfectly in under 30 minutes. Price was also on point! Will definitely visit this shop again in the future.Service: Exhaust

They did a great job! No games and straightforward with needed repairs. Went to another shop and they quoted $5700 for radiator repair and all the " required repairs to get the car safely back on the road"I know a little about cars. The reason I took the car in was to get a cracked radiator fixed or repaired. I took the car to Bill's - Gary rocks, they checked the car out. Fixed the issue for a lot less than other shop quoted. And the other repairs ....... not really needed or required. Walked out of Bill's for less than $1100. Thanks to Gary and his crew.Will never go anywhere else. They could have told me several of the other repairs needed to be done. But they showed me the " other repairs" and what really was the issue.Love Bill's, highly recommend. They are hard to find but worth the search.

Had an A/C condenser line rubbing on a metal surface causing it to leak refrigerant. Brought it in for repairing and Don was effective and quick, had it done within 20 minutes. Gary up at the front was such a pleasure to deal with, greeted me with a smile. Even charged me less than originally quoted. These guys are awesome

My husband brought his car here for a radiator issue. GARY IS AMAZING! One of the nicest people I ve ever met. Even came to the car to offer me offer me coffee while waiting. If only I could give this a 12

Went in early to get the Resonator taken off. Took les than an hour and I still made it to work on time. Car sounds 100 times better. Love this place. Took my mustang for the same thing and installed an X-Pipe. Will continue to bring my cars here

Called Bills for muffler service after being quoted $550 by a well known nationwide establishment. I had never heard of them but shortly after walking in the door I knew I was in the right place. He put my car on the lift, showed me the issue, made a recommendation and shortly thereafter I was done. The price was great, not good, I mean GREAT!! Even better was the customer service. Kind and courteous and was offered drinks and snacks multiple times. The best part was hearing the results! I wish I had gone here years ago for my mechanical needs. I highly recommend Bills and after you go you will know why I do so. Great people and excellent work. He could charge twice as much and still be cheaper than other places. I m actually looking forward to the next time I need something done. Have you ever said that about any kind of auto repair? I don t leave reviews for places but after this visit I had to. The customer service at this shop is OVER THE TOP!!!! On Wednesday night my catalytic converter was stolen off my truck at a local hotel. I called Bill's on Thursday and they were able to get my truck in immediately. Gary was very nice and got me in and out so I could get on the road to head back home. I can not say enough good things about this place. I scheduled an appointment to install MBRP catbacks on my mustang gt. Now I ve been to a bunch of muffler shops and this business has the best customer service and accommodations to what fit your needs and schedule! Shout out to Gary for being so helpful, personable, and accommodating to everything I needed. Secondly their work is detailed, precise and best of all it s so affordable. If you re like me and want to get some aftermarket exhausts, cut mufflers, etc. go to Pyro(Miguel)! He took the time to make sure everything was perfect down to the lengths of the exhaust tips being symmetrical. They are all amazing at their craft but I had the honor of Pyro working on my mustang and let me tell you I can not take the smile off my face from how well it sounds. 50 stars out of 5.Service: Exhaust

I was referred to Bill's to have a replace a catalytic converter that was stolen and I hands-down received the best treatment and care that I have ever received in the car industry. From the moment I met with Gary, he was engaging and energetic and honestly, treated me like a member of the family. He had an amazing ability to run the shop, manage the cars that were coming in, and at the same time, keep the front office going with customers - single-handedly! Gary also took the time to educate me on what the catalytic converter was, what it did, and why someone would steal it - all information that, as a car owner, I should know. Service took an hour and only felt as if it were 15-20 minutes because of the easy-going atmosphere Gary created. Getting a referral to Bill's was the best! I will be transferring all of my car needs and look forward to seeing Gary in the future. He's hilarious, kind, knowledgeable, and the real deal! Thanks for the amazing service!

Had my catalytic converter stolen off my truck so I contacted these guys to see how much it would cost me. Price was reasonable, so went ahead and brought my truck to them. Gary was there to greet me and he was awesome! He is a delight to talk to and is an honest straight forward businessman. Told me the work would take 3-4 hours and right on time he called me about 3-4 hours later to let me know it was ready for me and to my surprise was a couple hundred dollars less than he quoted me. Wow that was a relief! Went to pick up the truck and Gary met me again, had great conversation, paid for the repair and was on my way out! Thank you to them for high quality work, a more than fair price, and my truck runs/drives better now! Thank you guys! I highly highly highly recommend Bill s! Ask for Gary he will treat you right!

Don was a huge help figuring out which trailer fender I needed to order to match the one that was still on the trailer. I never realized how difficult it is to order a fender for a trailer. They gave me a quote to have it installed also a spare wheel and tire for the trailer as well. I will be a repeat customer. If you want to have a good laugh, talk to Gary. Gary is a hoot! These guys never let me down. Been here 3 times with Hyundai Veloster and they re super friendly, amazing at their jobs and are great about communicating to their customers! Gary will have you laughing till your stomach hurts while you re waiting on your car to be finished up. Also got a chance to meet the owner last time I was there getting my exhaust and muffler tips put on, and to no surprise he was a great guy as well! If you re looking to get great work done, for an unbeatable price... this is the place.

Let me tell all of you something. If you need your car fixed done right, by good people, and not screwing you on prices THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I have made a lifetime relationship with Mr. Gary and his team I will trust no one else to fix my car from here on out. Needed my catalytic converter repaired he did it for an unbelievable price! I was SHOCKED! It helped me out so much because normally a fix like that can be easily over 1,000 in a shop! Never trusted any dealerships anyway they just make you pay for their brand. But here you re only paying for what you need! They get to the root and fix it simple! I will bring my car up here until the day I die! Thank you Gary and everyone else!!!
