The Service provided was excellent - the technician was very knowledgeable and genuine. The crew at this auto shop was amazing. I received excellent customer service. They are compassionate and honest people. This service is hard to find these days. They fixed my car and ensured me that they would take care of any future concerns related to that problem. I felt well taken care of. Great job, guys!!!!

Great service. Did breaks, struds and oil change. Emailed me the estimate and called me to explain the details and after my approval they did a great job. So far no issues and they called back to check if everything alright. I would recommend this place

They took more than 2 hours to perform inspection , oil and filters change. I was told that it would lake 30 to 45 mins. I would not recommend for them for oil and inspection kind of services.

Big-time Scammers and unprofessional. Beware!! I approached Bavarian Auto Care because my car had a small accident. They told me to tow the car to them, which I did. He said he will replace the radiator first and decide whether the engine is working fine. After a week, he confirmed engine needs to be replaced and call my insurance to deal with it. I did the mistake of not going to the dealer. Anyway, I did all the formalities of claiming insurance and he claimed money to cost the engine. I had to rent a car for almost 5 months (spent around $2500) and whenever I call him for status, he told me about some crazy reasons like a color mismatch when painting the bumper, etc. Finally, when I went to get my car back, they didn t install my front license plate and I didn t notice that. To my surprise, they messed up my entire transmission. I asked him about the transmission, and he said he drove and didn t notice anything. So, I drove for a week and realized it was very dangerous to drive. The car was not shifting auto gears by itself and suddenly come to neutral while driving. They messed up my car big time after keeping it for 5+ months. I spoke to the insurance estimator and came to know that replacing the engine should have no impact on the transmission. So, it is evident that they screwed up my car (Transmission issue, Check engine, Power train System error). I reached out to the Bavarian and he said he will take it to the Ford dealership and have it checked but have to leave for several weeks. I don t have a second car and I asked him if he can provide me with a loaner car, but he said he can t.Recently, I reached out to him, and he asked me to call my insurance and tell him that my car already had a transmission issue before the accident and get it repaired by claiming again. He entirely changed his version of I didn t mean, and I always wanted to fix it right to Your car might already have a transmission issue . For the last 1 year, I m suffering big time and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Beware of this place.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Car looks and feels great, like new. However, the customer service was awful. I didn t have a choice in which auto-care shop to use, as this was the closest and my car was nearly totaled. I had figured the service was going to be great because one of the mechanics pulled over to the side of the road with me and helped me get my car to the shop, however after 3 or 4 weeks of leaving my car in the shop and not getting a single call from them, I knew it was going to be rough. We had to call them first to get any sort of update on my car. Any time we called or visited they were extremely vague and honestly kind of weird about my car, never keeping us updated. Maybe some people like this style but for me I was extremely worried for what this meant for my car and how it was going to look after this, thank god it ended up okay. I d honestly just like a little more transparency from the people fixing my car. Same guy who brought my car in promised I wouldn t need to pay my deductible, and we found out the day my car was ready that he wasn t even working there anymore, and I d have to pay it (to be honest, I expected I would have to pay it anyways it was just weird to be promised that and then the guy disappears) Honestly just shaky and weird customer service, they did a good job on the car but the customer service weirded me out enough to the point I will never be returning for any car needs.edit: had the car back for a while now and it's still running great. found random lighters, men's deodorant, and tools under my seats while cleaning. i can kinda understand the lighter and tools but deodorant?? really??Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto glass replacement

Really great service, and the finished product looks amazing. Branden and Senthil are very highly knowledgeable, friendly, and true professional. Had scratches on my bumper and they fixed it at very affordable price (50% less) compared to quotes I got at other body shops. Used Bavarian Auto Care twice so far for my BMW. Starter Motor issue was quickly diagnosed and replaced at a fair price. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Oil change experience was very good. They identified a few preventive maintenance items but did not pressure to add any services or repairs that is not needed. They patiently explained the issues and provided their recommendation. Will definitely use them for my car care needs in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I brought my BMW there to be serviced, brought it in early morning ok a Saturday and was not complete until the end of day despite being told it would be a few hours, so after going all day without a vehicle I go to pickup. Before dropping off I advised that brakes occasionally spqueeked and there was a noise while accelerating. Was informed that nothing was wrong with car, problem still exists. Supposedly changed oil with full synthetic but never received an itemized list of services that were performed for $175. If I had known, I would have taken to a more reliable or reputable place as dealership quoted me $120. A few weeks later my splash guard became unattached, brought it in for repair. Was told I had tan research the part to be replaced. Had part shipped to shop to be replaced and was informed it was missing parts to install. You would think if you work on luxury cars they can find the correct part and order it. After all, that is their business, after two months part still not replaced and was told by owner I don t have time to research parts for free. Owner and staff are totally unreliable and incompetent. Non responsive, won t answer phone and obviously don t want to make any extra effort to maintain business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TO BE SERVICEDService: General repairs & maintenance

Really blown away by this place. I went in for the first time to get an oil change, and they were very welcoming. Their prices are extremely reasonable and not only did they do my oil change correctly, in a timely manner with the correct oil and amount, but they also did an inspection around my car and checked the brakes for wear when they didn t have to. Props to them for their genuineness and thoroughness!

Competitive pricing and genuine parts with labor warranty. Knowledgeable and friendly people to explain you the details of the problem. Ric has been a pure professional in my dealings with him. Service was done on time and with excellent quality. I got communication /updates throughout time my car was in repair. During Covid-19 time they have also provided drop off /pick up service. l have been referred by a friend while I was looking for a good Auto Center for my Volvo S60. Bavarian did a great Job of regular service. Also, they had fixed wheel bend which everyone told to get a new wheel. It has been 5 months service with them and car runs very well. very friendly, on time delivery and better price.

took my 328i to Bavarian Repair last week and I couldn't be more happy with the service. About 2 months ago I got my starter replaced by a mobile mechanic that actually ended up screwing up more things in my car. More service lights eventually started to come on etc. Mike went in and found all the issues. There were air leaks and missing screws I had no clue about. He was fair, and honest. There was even a car part he quoted me for that he thought I'd need up front, but called me back saying I actually don't need it. Any other mechanic would have probably went ahead and made me pay for it. I'm 1000% happy with the service and quality of work Bimmer repair did. My car is running great. HIGHLY recommended

Been to this place to get some repair recommendations taken care. Got an estimate from Volkswagen service center and went to this place just to take care of few important replacements. Out of all the recommended replacements, I wanted to replace front left and right control arms, stabilizer bars and inspect vacuum pump for an oil leak issue. After replacing control arms and stabilizer bars, I went to pick up my car. The charges were about 20-25% cheaper than the estimate from Volkswagen. The inspection of vacuum pump did not help in fixing the oil leak but had to incur labor charges for the same. The recommendation from this service center was also to replace the vacuum pump to resolve oil leak issue. The estimate was whopping 60% higher than Volkswagen where I received an estimate of about $1050 + taxes while this place claimed that theirs is the best price around DFW and quoted $1700. I realized this place is not as good as it seemed and did not go ahead with Pump replacement.Control arm replacement needs wheel alignment. Since I had Firestone s lifetime wheel alignment program, I went to Firestone and they could not do a proper alignment stating that control arms are not in good condition. After all this experience, I lost the trust in this service center. I went to another mechanic to check the control arm issue. It seems they have used Control arms from two different manufacturers for left and right side. As a result wheel alignment was unsuccessful. Finally, I had to pay the new mechanic to replace one of the control arms and complete the wheel alignment. The same mechanic replacement Vacuum pump for about $750 which was about 30% cheaper than VW.To summarize, the price estimates I received was very high and the quality of work is very poor.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am beyond impressed with this place. Not only did they fix the damage on our car from our accident, they got it inspected and fixed a tail light that was broken long before the accident. All of this without charging us our deductible! They lent a car at no charge to use while ours was being repaired. Unfortunately that car was stolen while in our possession with our car seats in it. Branden found car seats for us to borrow while getting ours replaced. We couldn t be happier! We will be going there from now on and recommending them to everyone we know.

Never met a more honest and humble mechanic ANYWHERE. Went to the dealership for preventative maintenance and got a quote for $2700, Mike got me all squared out for $1200 and did more that was needed after I paid him. He also has an experienced auto body guy who works under him who did a great job on my brake calipers as well as cleaned my headlights, and my headlights were basically garbage, made them look like NEW. IF YOU WANT A GREAT HUMBLE EXPERIENCE, GO TO MIKE!!!

Absolutely amazing I had 2 great experiences with both my cars, I had a $2,700.00 estimate from dealership on a MDX as they wrongly diagnosed complete set of steering, instead of pinpointing the problem. Bavarian Auto Care team actually diagnosed the problem and replaced what was necessaryand saved $2,200.00 Amazing have not problems with my MDX.Similar issue with Honda Odyssey, got it fixed for about 6 months, no problems absolutley.Great Services and most important is are very honest team at Bavarian.

I have known Branden for years. I have 100% confidence in his abilities as an Auto Technician, Motorcycle Technician, businessman, and most important, an honest human being and family man. No, I was not paid for this and I do not give my recommendations very readily. I know first hand what a name and reputation really mean. The reason I know Branden is that he worked for me and my shops for years. His care for his customers are unparalleled. Honesty and trust is a key to the automotive business. We are not perfect in this industry. If I can not achieve 100% trust and confidence from my customers, then I am in the wrong business. I do have that trust in Branden. He might not be perfect, but I do trust that he will take care of his customer s vehicles like they are his own. It hurts me to see someone being belittled and accused of something that is not reflective of the person I know and trust 100% for many years.

Very bad experience. Came to fix my rear window regulator and check the convertible top (was not open). They called me next day and said that they fixed the window but fot top they need to change some part and it will be work. When i came to take my car the top was not working, the front windowsdon't close until the end, trunk don't open with the remote or from the button (just manually with the key) when i asked what's going on the guy told me "we didn't touch nothing just fixed your window. Now it's giving me the error "top on operation". I'm said and not recommended this place for fix your car

Based on my friend's reference, I had my car serviced here. It was real good experience and Brandon was very nice. He delivered the car on time and with great quality. I am 100% satisfied and I would recommend this place to my friends too.

A few months ago I took my MB to a different shop when the CHECK ENGINE light came on. $860 later the light came back on in two days. I took it back and was told my car needed some repairs worth $3000. Then I decided to come to Bavarian and I can't thank them enough. This guys are honest and effective. My problem was diagnosed and fixed with precision for $750. No CHECK ENGINE light!

Very bad auto repair shop. The mechanic charged me extra money and he lied to me. He did $100 work for $250.., very disappointed. Go on your own risk will never refer to anyone people like that, The person who used to work here before Mr.Mehmood such a good n honest guy. He works in Carrollton now. Charges the right price and perform his work excellent. His shop is autoway-auto repair 1419.

If you need a honest and reliable mechanic shop then stop by Bavarian Auto care. Knowledgeable and friendly people to explain you the details of the problem and the more economical way to fix them. Customer satisfaction is always their motto. Transparency and flexibility is what will bring more customers and Bavarian got it right.
