I went there yesterday to get a new battery and installation for my ailing iPhone. I was told it could take 30-60 minutes depending on how busy they were. Luckily for me, I hit an off time. First off, Shelley gave me his chair, he could see I was disabled. And then got right to work on my phone. He was finished in 15 minutes. We had a good conversation which made time pass easily. I also got a 10% discount. They have every battery and bulb you could possibly need. Great for a quick key fob battery change. I highly recommend Batteries +. Great service, great prices, excellent employees.

On 1/10/24, I went to the store to replace a car battery under warranty. The McKinney Store call this store to let them I was heading there to replace a warranty battery. The Frisco store employee Skylar told me that he couldn t change the battery because it was 10 mins before closing. I told him that car battery was dead and I couldn t wait. He didn t care because he was about to close. I was upset because I drove from McKinney to Frisco after the McKinney store employee told him I was heading to the store to replace the battery which he acknowledged . Horrible experience and treatment from Skylar. I will never do business here after buying several batteries due to the lack of accountability. It seems they don t care about the customer. Called the corporate number which I couldn t connect. Stay away from battery plus. Specially the Frisco store.

As I just bought the battery, I can t speak to its performance. But, I can speak to the service I received. Drew was great. He was ready when I arrived and immediately installed the battery. Great, professional service.

My iPhone 8 battery died, and I was searching for companies that could replace it. To my surprise, I found out that Batteries Plus offers this service. I was thrilled because I've been to BP before and love them. If you have never been to one, you need to check it out. I went to the location at 4568 Hwy 121 Site 104 in Plano, TX 75024. These guys were awesome. Joe was the person I was working with and he was absolutely great. I also talked to Chris (Kris?). There was such a good vibe in the store. I could tell everyone enjoyed their job and did it well. Definitely fun guys. They not only replaced the battery quickly, but they charged less than any of the other quoted prices I'd seen. This is not the closest store to me, but I will be going there when the need arises. Highly reccomend this store and this particular location. Thanks Joe and Chris and everyone there.

Be very careful that you get the correct replacement. They switched out my replacement for there own brand.

Been going here for years for speciality batteries.My 5-year old truck battery died this morning, would not hold a charge. And I remembered seeing they had Duracell car batteries. They replaced it with a 4-year warranty battery in 15 minutes, with no appointment. And I think the Duracell battery is probably better quality as they are made in USA.

Never ever go to this store. They couldn t fixed the broken screen for my iPad mini. They first fixed the screen, then the touchscreen doesn t work anymore. Then I left it there to let them keep working on, then they just recycle it without notifying you.

Stopped by today for screen replacement on my Galaxy S21 and I must say that the service provided by both Shelley and Skylar is unmatched....These guys are top teir when it comes to customer service and product knowledge....Thanks again for making my Monday better....You guys are awesome.

Honored the car battery warranty which I was happy about. Nothing exceptional on the positive side, just basically getting it done. Would recommend if getting good pricing.

Not the best experience here.My first encounter was flawless in 2021. Clean buy and installation for my car battery. Perfection.Second encounter was a few months ago for a new battery. They cancelled my order due to inventory. They did not have the Odyssey Extreme. Which is fine but the owner indicated this is an issue. This isn t on him or the location but the business as a whole. He was very nice.Third encounter was today. I bought another battery because the one I have finally gave out. I tried to be proactive on the second encounter. I bought the battery and picked it up. The clerk checked me out and handed me the battery. I prompted him for the free installation I had opted for. He informed me no one was there. This was all fine but I needed the battery. My car was having start up issues. I wasn t mad just annoyed. I m not confident or have the tools needed for installation. I ve been to this location twice and didn t receive my product or service. I would give this location three stars for customer service but no. I feel service shouldn t happen after the fact, but also prematurely.I will be returning this battery tomorrow and never returning. Not because of the service but the fact it s a useless store. Imagine going to the same gas station and they never have gas for a fill up. Why go back?

I went in at the last minute. My FOB s battery needed to be replaced.There was a super nice, young guy I think his name was Derek..or started with a D.He had great customer service!With his attitude, his future is bright! Thank you.

Long time customer and let me tell ya!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. I take all of my High End watches in for battery replacement and the guys are always so terrific. I purchased the battery online and made a reservation for installment same day on my wife's Cambry. She arrived on-time, went inside, B+ staff got the battery and installed it immediately. In and out! Great service.

dropped my iphone 12 off was quoted a 1 hour wait time. Come back 2 hours later and was told they didnt have the parts. With no heads up! Just kept me waiting when i could have taken it elsewhere while other places were open. Thanks for nothing.

We were told to put a deposit on an ipad repair, but when we got to the store, the supervisor said, "we don't work on those because it's not worth their time." We were also told that the repair will take 24 to 48 hours. All of this could have taken place over the phone and not wasted time.

Both sales people were unaware that the key fob battery I need was indeed in stock. I had to ask them to look it up and then help them look for it.

Really good customer service. Thanks Matt! My tire was slowly leaking so I brought it in. They found a nail in it and it had to be replaced replaced instead of patched. They did the replacement on the spot and ordered a new tire for pick up the next business day.

I'm glad I found this shop. They have batteries of all shapes and sizes at great prices. What I like more is the fact that the guys there would stop at nothing to find the perfectly matching batteries. First time we wanted to get the batteries of our wrist watches replaced and it must have been painstaking to find the matching one for each of them. The second time it was for a thermometer that needed an LR41 battery. I couldn't find a suitable one from the shop where I bought the thermometer from. Same luck with other popular shops that have batteries for everything and even some of them are shown as equivalent to the LR41, but don't fit. The guy in this shop did the right thing - checked each battery for fitment and gave me a 392 fitted on. That, in my opinion, is a huge factor towards customer satisfaction. I hugely recommend this shop and please check out their promo offers of AA and AAA batteries while you are there.

Horrible customer service. Went in-store to get a replacement key fob for my son's car because the current one was cracked/about to break. They didn't have any in stock so they stated they would order one. A week went by and I never received a call/update on said order so I called. They stated it was not in yet but they would call when it arrived. Fast forward to a month later, no call, no fob. Meanwhile, I had to have the original fob replaced by a locksmith due to it falling apart and becoming non-functional.

Most important is the friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand and lots of batteries to chose from. You can also order online and have curbside service. Batteries Plus has a lot of ++++++++

I picked up a new battery for my motorcycle yesterday 10/5/2022 evening around 7.30 pm. I asked the salesperson if the battery was fully charged. He said it was fully charged and ready to use. Today morning I go to start my motorcycle and there is no power. The battery has no charge. Now I have to charge this overnight before I can use it. This is bad service.

Overpriced store , don't have good stock . Personal is rude . Lied to me about product warranty in order to sell it. Don't honor promised warranty.

Geo was amazing!! It was such a relief to have someone help me replace my car battery (something I know nothing about). He was so kind, very thorough, and even helped my fiance test his battery while we were there. Highly recommend this place - great pricing and awesome staff! <3
