I drove past the store, located less than a mile from my home, which is located on 75 in Park Ln. due to the rude snippet remarks of their manager, Tony he act as if I was bothering him so I decided to go to the Plano store This store was worth the drive. I love the staff. They are well educated they look like they enjoy what they do. It is 180� turn from the nightmare that sits on park 75 and Park Lane.. If you have a problem, no matter where in the metroplex go to this store in Plano, I had them reserve two more batteries for the bat pack that I needed for my equip. I will be picking it up next week.

I needed a new screen for an iPhone 11 they had it in stock and got it on in about an hour. The young man helping me was very courteous and even though they were very busy he was trying to take care of everyone and the phone and did a great job.

The store had what I needed but when I ordered ahead to pick it up they never confirmed the order was ready so I just showed up and the associate had even seen my order yet. The store was empty yet they didn t have time to pull my order before I arrived. The associate was very flat in tone and not overly friendly. Just an average experience.

If you want a quality long life battery manufactured by a highly reputable US company vs overseas or south of the US border found at almost every discount auto parts store or big box members club and want up to a 4 year warranty which exceeds most of them by my experiences go to Batteries Plus.

Joe needs to Go. Lethargic service, lazy attitude, indifference to the customer. Made me drive 20 minutes to get my phone serviced at another location, because he said he didn t have the part come to find out he actually had the part, just didn t want to do the work. Pathetic.

Appointment time was noon. Pickup time was 3:15pm. Went for an iPhone 11 battery replacement. Was supposed to be 45 min appt time. Was never contacted when it was done. Go back after 45 mins then was told give me ten mins to see if the screen works and plug it in. Tells me he broke the screen and give them 30 mins to fix it. The screen repair was free. Was never contacted a second time when it was done. Went back after a late lunch then it was done and screen was fixed. Instead of 45 mins it took 3 hours and 45 mins to replace a battery and to repair a broken screen which I didn t cause.

Had a great experience with this location. I always went to the Allen one, but this weekend found out they closed it so headed down to Plano. They replaced my battery very quickly after working through what the issue was. I ll be coming back here for sure.

This place is awesome!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. No upselling, no pressure, and they finished installing the battery on my mom s iPhone in a fraction of the estimated time. That phone now works great. We will definitely be repeat customers. A+++ customer service!

I had my battery replaced in november at the frisco location that only lasted 1 month. I was told the Plano location had my part and to simply drop it off and they would fix using warranty from the last failed replacement. I dropped it off but unorganized team had no information. I had to make several calls to get status when i was told it would only take 1 day. Frequently had to "find" my order. They had my phone for 3 weeks. Gave them plenty opportunities and time to complete order, i have been friendly and very patient. Picked up my phone finally and when i got home and took the phone out of the otterbox case back screen is now completely shattered. Called them immediately and was told to bring it back in, rep stated "that wasnt like that when i checked on the phone this morning". Took time off next morning to bring it in only to be told that now they claim it was already shattered when i brought it in 3 weeks ago but neither of us are able to prove anything. Turned me away and just shrugged their shoulders. Im very unhappy with this place. We have placed several repair orders over the years, Why would i leave my phone to fix a battery but not the back glass piece for 3 weeks? I just wanted my phone fixed. Take it to another location, not worth the stress and now im out of pocket on damages i didnt do.EDITi do remember now the day i dropped my phone off it was evening of 01/30. I dropped the phone off with Jonathan and he didnt know what iphone model it was. So he took off the case to look at the back of the phone. It was NOT broken then.

I've bought a number of various types of batteries over the years at Batteries Plus. I've always been able to get what I needed with no issues. Today I went in to have a watch battery replaced and it went quickly and easily. Much better and faster than other replacements I've done at other stores.

They offer very professional service and they are very knowledgeable about their products. No more than 5 minutes after I entered my on-line ordered, I had a follow up call from the store in Plano, TX letting me know about some items that would need to be back-ordered. It was very easy to adjust on-line orders at the store.

This is an awesome place! The guys helped me get my battery properly secured inside my old LG phone. Phones are not as easy to work on these days as they were 25 years ago. Some really nice guys here who care about customer service the way it used to be!

The employee who helped me was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He changed out my car battery with care, and made sure to refund me the Core fee which I would not have known was owed to me had he not done so. He was both friendly and respected social distancing throughout the transaction which is greatly appreciated these days. I will definitely be back to this Batteries+ location because of the great service provided.

This was my first time ordering online for pickup. The process was easy and fast from beginning to end. In addition to the electronic communication, I loved the courtesy call saying the order was ready and the assistance to the car. Will definitely use this again!

Great work from Jason and his team! I had recently purchased a new battery for our kids drivable toy car. The previous leads were soldered on. After checking with the original place I bought the battery and they could not do the job, I took the battery here. They took of the problem and resoldered the new battery for me!

Excellent experience. Used their site's search to find the correct battery. Verified it was available in the store. Placed the order. Turns out there are 2 variants of the battery so the store called me, educated me regarding the options and completed the order with the variant I should have ordered. While running errands I dropped by the store and the battery was waiting for me. A perfect merging of online and brick/mortar convenience.

I ordered a replacement battery for my tent trailer online, to be picked up at the local store. The website showed my total amount, which I paid with credit card. The amount included a $12 core charge (to be expected), which would be refunded when I brought in the old battery. I went to the store, brought the old battery and the refund for the core charge turned out to be $9.99. They explained that there was a $3 environmental fee that had to be paid (in Texas). OK, the website should have factored that into the final bill. I was required to provide my location, phone number and identify the store I would pick the battery up at, so they should know I was in Texas and there would be that extra fee. It's just annoying being surprised with an extra charge. Also, it took them a long time to figure out how to process the refund to my card. Apparently, my name is too common and they had to scroll through hundreds of like names on their computer to find me. They should be able to process that refund based off information on my order (I had the order #). The clerk said next time I should provide my phone number as it would be easier to find me that way. Well, as I said above, I DID provide my phone number -- it was a required field in order to complete the order. This whole experience could be made a lot smoother for a customer.

Two great guys, unbelievably helpful and knowledgable. Do not take your phone to mom and pa places if you care about quality service. They fixed our phone while 4 other places gave it back to us apologizing.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Miata online, and with the discount it was $35 cheaper than any other option I found. I ordered during the ice storm of Feb 1, and they sent a text early Feb 2 that it was ready for pickup.
